This is my 2nd time here and I recommend you do try this gem, ladies and gentlemen , to get your nails done by this business. I finally found my "go to" nail salon! Today, I got gel manicure and pedicure plus extra $ for callus remover, which I highly recommend as Mindy does a phenomenal job of making sure my feet look & feel like a million dollars. My gel manicure was also getting my hands summer ready, as I got an amazing spa services included like cuticle clipped and all the works for my hands. For a pedicure, I suggest you pay extra for callus remover as this feature of a complete pedicure. Don't skimp by not getting callus remover, as I am well versed in determining if something is worth extra money and this salon's upgrade is worth the extra fee. I'm extremely pleased nails from head to toe w/gel for at least 3 weeks and both the lovely ladies whom dedicated their time& patience to their craft. I do not feel rushed nor ignored here . Mindy w/that callus remover was much needed to ensure my feet are "summer ready." I was surprised by how few veteran-owned nail salons there were, so when I found Trendy Nail & Spa, I knew that was the place. I stopped by in person to make a reservation for four. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Getting to the salon wasn't too difficult, some street parking wasn't too difficult. The salon had a cute and modern vibe to it! I was instantly seated by Tammy and she got to work. They had an iPad at each station, which really made my experience here relaxing. I had a hard gel set on, and Tammy did mention how they'd have to start clean and remove this set. I was charged for removal, which I wasn't the greatest fan of. I asked Tammy for a classic nude, white ombré with a bit of glitter on top, and she delivered! This is probably the best set of ombré nails I've ever had done!!! I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)! If I were in the area more often, I'd go back to Buttercup in a heartbeat!!!! They are on the pricier side, but you'll be paying for quality IMO.

(There is a reason they are always busy they do an amazing job) I have very short nails and the nail technician was able to make them look so pretty and feel secure. Normally my gel chips in a day but these are holding up and feel strong.
