There are always so many different flavorful cakes available so I came in to buy a cake but all they had was chocolate cake. Was very disappointed! Muchas cupcakes is a cupcake shop that is a staple in Miami. There is not one Miamian that does not know about Mishas cupcakes. This shop sells mini cupcakes and cakes of PLENTY assorted flavors. Came to pick up cupcakes for my sons birthday party at school. There were at least 25 different flavors to choose from. So naturally I chose one of each. They also have a vegan cupcake which I was going to get for a child who is allergic to eggs. However the girl in front of the counter told me you have to order ahead for the vegan cupcake. The staff there was very personable. The cupcakes no matter what location are amazing. The best part about them is that they always taste the same. The taste does not differ. They are pretty consistent with flavors anytime I have eaten this cupcake. I was bummed to learn later that they have a new promo that if you call ahead and order by phone you get a discount. I'm not sure if that's still going on but if I would of known I would of done it!!! read more

Not Misha's cupcakes telling my sister they can make a simple birthday cake and then giving her a totally different cake the day of pickup. Everything about this cake is wrong except for the red piping. The color of the cake is not supposed to be neon pink. The font is a mess. The letters aren't even the same size. The 1992.... The logo, packaging, description of flavors, marketing and price point makes you believe you are purchasing something special . 110% sure she isn't tasting her product; too much sugar, grainy icing is truly nauseating. The London Square location was interesting and not in a good way. They didn't have any seasonal flavors and I requested one of every cupcake they had (27) the clerk only packed 2 boxes. I pointed it out to her as I was checking out (purchased 2 apple pie and 2 Boston cream, too - personal). The order is going to Miami Cancer Institute tomorrow, as a thank you gift. I live way South and so whenever I'm in the area I try to always stop by because their cupcakes taste so so good. However only maybe once or twice have I purchased the cupcakes and they DON'T fall apart when I'm unwrapping them. They are a bit pricey and I constantly feel unsatisfied because it's like I throw away most of the cake portion that stays stuck on the wrapper and basically am only able to enjoy the icing. :-( Also, it's a little annoying not being able to walk in and just order your preference (you have to order 48hrs in advance). I don't know if this is new due to the Covid19 but I was disappointed when I tried to stop by and grab my favorites and couldn't, so I settled for a pre-prepped box that included some flavors I didn't care for and ended up throwing those away. It also didn't help that when I stopped by this last time the door was locked and the lights were off but the "open" sign was on, so after getting tired of knocking I called the next store which was Sunset to make sure they were open before driving there and they told me to try and knock again because this store (London Square) was open. This must be the worst location to go to. First off, the employee Andrea is the rudest. I went to the store to pick up cupcakes for my sis in law bday and gave my name but apparently if I don't have the order # from an email that I never received, she can't find it by name. I was explaining to her that this happened to my company where we did not receive the confirmation as well and she just didn't want to hear it. She obviously doesn't understand customer service. I used to be a Senior Accountant for a company that had a superb customer service team and I'll tell you this, she would of been let go long time ago. It's sad that she is the face for that location. In addition , she said I should of received a phone call confirmation. I tried explaining to her that I didn't receive a call on my cell for my order confirmation and the previous month, my company didn't as well. Of course, she didn't believe me that happened on two different occasions. So I left and called back asking for a corporate number to see if they can locate my order and she still gave me more tension. I don't understand , I'm just trying to handle a situation that she should be doing. She put me on hold and guess what, she found it. Now the problem is that I could not pick it up so I had someone get it for me. What a waste of time because I was THERE. In addition to all of this, the cupcakes that I received were either under cooked or dry( See my pics) . These are not cheap cupcakes. One would expect high quality Misha's cupcakes that has always been provided for years. Not this place. I suggest to my yelp team to purchase cupcakes from their other locations. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been a fan of Misha's since their start. This week I placed a order for my daughters 1st birthday cake and have been beyond disappointed and frustrated with their service not to mention their lack of cake design expertise. They really shouldn't be presenting catalogs of cakes they can not produce. It seem like armatures working in these cakes so don't be fooled. Not only was the cake I selected incorrectly made but the second attempt was horrific and made with a 2 day old cake instead of producing a new one. The second design looked at if a child did it and was leaning to one side. Left with no choice on the day of my party they promised a refund to be told after only a design credit could be given which was laughable in the amount verses the cake cost. If I would have been told their "policy" I would have left the cake and bought another anywhere else but didn't since I was told other wise. I was forced to run to buy cake decorations to hind the cake as much as possible and hide the lean. PLEASE BEWARE before ordering with them. I will not be returning. Cute, little shop with lots of personality. It was the end of the month when I went in, and was lucky enough to enjoy $1 mini cupcakes! The flavors of mini cupcakes I ordered: Smores , Peanut butter & Jelly, Cookie dough, Reese's, Oreo, Red velvet. My favorite being the cookie dough. I think the Reese's could use a little more of that Reese's flavor. Peanut butter and Jelly was definitely a unique flavor. Our favorite cupcakes are Misha's!!! This one is located in the London Square. They are so soft, moist and with amazing different flavors. We have tried a few already and each time we go we try something new. We liked them all so far. Today we had red velvet and chocolate ganache. This place is small with no space for tables or chairs.
