We waited nearly an hour past the scheduled appointment time with no updates or apologies. When she was finally seen, Dr. Mishell displayed a terrible bedside manner-he was abrupt, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. We left the office feeling unheard and frustrated. I would not recommend him based on this experience. The office said he has been practicing here for the past 25 years and is considered to be a "Senior Doctor" I find that to be a joke! He told us that he called a prescription into our pharmacy and 5 hours later our pharmacist said they never received anything.

I can't remember the last time I felt so completely heard and understood. And she even shared a private story from her life that let me know she truly understood what I was telling her about. Not only is she a great listener, she does a fabulous job explaining why I was having ear aches and how this can be addressed. Thank you Dr. Kim!! The only downside is that I had to wait almost 2 months from the time I called to get an appointment to actually seeing her. Tells me she is very popular but makes me wonder what I'd do if I had a more immediate issue.

I indicated a lifelong affliction with my throat that strongly suggests repetitive infection that the doctor dismissed as acid reflux. Steer clear of this quack.
