She's so kind and able to explain whatever it is you need to explain. Her pricing is reasonable and everything is easy to do. The welding is not noticeable, if at all, so the pieces look very seamless. The quality of her pieces are great with options for silver, gold-filled or solid gold - no gold plated here! I've had my pieces for months and they are sturdy. I work out (lightly), shower, household chores, etc. I'm also very accident prone, hitting myself on many things and these babies do not come off. I trust the sturdiness of the bracelets so much I had no qualms about getting one for my toddler! She made it loose enough for her to grow into but not too loose where the bracelet would come off. She's had it a few weeks now and it hasn't caused any issues for her. Christine's options for chains can vary though she does keep the very popular ones in stock. She's able to do hand chains, necklaces, anklets, etc. I've seen my friends book her for private events, like a luncheon or bachelorette/bridal shower. I mean, that's like a long-term relationship! -And I wasn't ready to "break up" so I continued a long distance relationship. Since my corporate office was in San Jose, I would fly back to see her and would schedule my work meetings around my lash appointments. As I began to do less work in the Bay Area, me traveling there became less frequent and I was FORCED to find another lash artist. I like my lashes wispy with a hybrid of different lashes. Her salon is very clean, bright and nicely decorated. You can tell immediately that Quyen has an artistic eye and a good sense of interior designing. Quyen is very easy to talk to and she made me feel comfortable. It was my first time ever doing microblading/micro shading and I was nervous. Quyen patiently explained to me what she was doing and answered any question I had on the instruments that she used. She consulted with me the type of eyebrow I like before she started doing all the measurements and drawings. I could tell immediately that Quyen was a very meticulous person and that I could totally trust my virgin brows to her hands. Quyen also cared a lot about her customers. She knew I might feel pain and discomfort even though she already applied the numbing gel for me. She kept comforting me every time she applied the ink as it would sting. At the end, she also delivered a verbal instruction for me on how to take care of my new brows. As I was thinking how I could remember all of the instructions, she handed me a cute aftercare kit that had an adorable postcard with drawings of the healing process and written days by days instruction as well as when to contact her for touching up appointment. She was patient, gentle, and incredibly professional. My sister cried after seeing her new brows! I am so happy I recommended her to Quyen. For my mom, Quyen took her time and spoke in Vietnamese. My mom felt very comfortable and had no complaints. If you know Vietnamese moms, you know how rare this is lol. She took her time drawing my mom's brows until she was satisfied and then got to work.
