Spent ~$700. She had some kind of attitude. My hair looked OK after the color on that day but after a few months it turned orange-y. When I went to another salon ~6 months later, first the master stylist who did my hair said, what happened at your last salon? Your hairdresser did not add enough bleach or had the wrong mixture so your hair turned more orange-y now. Also, he said whoever did your layered cut wasn't good. A basic layered cut. I think this sucks because i'm paying for service from the professional and not their assistants! I messaged Nancy on instagram and she was very prompt with her response and helped fix and achieve the hair color that I wanted. Nancy is really welcoming and super nice.
