A clerk pointed me to their local chocolates and candies section, and I was able to get some bourbon balls and modjeskas -- dark chocolate modjeskas, in fact, a first for me. And during my short trip, I noticed several local brands represented, as well as great options for pre-made meals. I feel like Paul's would also be fun to shop at for a party. You could find lots of dips and other party foods to show off. A few years ago I also ordered some fruit baskets here for my kid's teachers. I used the service for the fourth time today. I agree with the others, I never had delivery on…read moretime. Once I waited 90 minutes. Once, they blamed the restaurant, another time they said the driver was in traffic for 30 minutes. Their website doesn't explain how they work, how many in the fleet, etc. it makes sense that ordering at dinner time drivers might deal with lots of traffic. Also, Louisville Metro is sprawling! There are add-one for gas, service charge and a tip of 15% for orders over $40, but I believe that is negotiable once you get to the credit card page. Now for the five star news. My food has arrived hot and orders were correct. I did not get utensils; I advise asking for this when you place the order. The drivers have been very nice. But the best part is that when I am stuck at home or don't want to drive or cook, I don't have to have pizza or greasy Chinese food! They have some very good restaurants on their list, and a good variety of options. I will continue to use them, I just will just order early and be patient!

He said that he would escalate the issue to my local office. I asked for that number/email to follow up in case they didn't get back to me. I was refused this info and told to just call the same number back. The food arrived two hours after ordering. The pasta was soggy and gross. It went into the garbage. Well... no contact. So I called back the next night. I spoke to a girl (Kim?) that was really helpful and understanding. She said I should have gotten a refund that night. Unfortunately since it was the next night she could not do it but would get her manager. Daylin came back on. Was somewhat nicer this time and said he would escalate (again). This time he did give me this email address. No contact again. No surprise either. It is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced for something like this. There are a lot of Delivery options available. The fact that I couldn't cancel my order or get a refund for food that was late and bad is inexcusable. Especially in a new and competitive market. I'm wondering if this is even a valid email. I will continue to try to make contact just on principle. And I will be spreading the word on this service to every venue that I can.

Today I ordered a shrimp po'boy with a side of mac and cheese, and a Nashville chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the side. I also got some vodka. Delivery was through text, so check their Facebook to see if they're nearby. The sandwiches were delicious! The amount of shrimp was generous and they were so tender. Not too spicy. Delivery was very fast and friendly. In this time of minimal contact I felt safe because they assured me the credit card device was cleaned, but you have the option to just swipe and not touch it if that makes you feel safer. I will definitely order again soon and hopefully they'll be around long after the social distance thing is over so I can meet the folks behind the delicious food in person!
