No nail is the same and there are many in which the shape is clearly not what I asked for or looks as if she didn't even care. One nail isn't even covering my entire nail. We were going to leave because they hadn't started our pedicures but they insisted that we would be fine because they still had 30 mins before they shut it off. We both sat down at the same time to get our pedis but a lady worked on my mom's feet for at least 10 mins before a man came & started on mine. I chose the same $45 pedi for both of us, in which they both included a "longer massage". I saw my mom receiving the service but I did not get a massage at all. Every time one of the packets was put on my legs it was quickly rubbed in and that was it. Also, my toe nails are very short and always have been and I've never had an issue with getting a nice pedicure. He told me that he wouldn't be cutting my toe nails because they were already short, but he also did not shape them and they looked horrible. Then, he said to me "you need to grow your toe nails out for next time"...like? Despite starting my pedi after my mom's, ours both ended at the same time. At the end of the service I expressed to him that I had not received any foot massage at all, and he pointed to the top of my ankle to under my knee and said that was the "foot massage". I told him that's not a foot massage and he also did not massage my legs he just rubbed the lotion in. He insisted that that was not true, so I just said okay because I'm not going back and forth with anyone. He gave us some tired little bottles of lotion or something to compensate for the nonsense I guess. Not to mention, there were more ppl coming in and they didn't say anything to them about the water being shut off. It was truly a waste of my money and time & we will not be back.

She moved onto the eyebrow waxing and it was painful. At one point she somehow pinched my eyelid with the wax and left a blood blister on my eyelid. I jumped as it hurt and I said you pinched me. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. When she was done, she handed me the mirror and I pointed at the blood blister and she said you had this when you came in. I said that I would not have requested my brows to be waxed if I did have a blood blister. My manicure did not include filing or shaping my nails only cutting. I thought that was very odd. Two of my fingers were not cut evenly and she said it was because my fingers are crooked. After the waxing she had me pay for all of the services before I even had the manicure. This attendant was rude and mean and would not allow me to address my concerns. She just shut me down and acted like she didn't understand me. I don't deal well with public confrontation and this was an awful experience for me.
