Reasonably priced. I usually pay around $15 for my hairy eyebrows and then depending on the pedicure you choose can determine your price range. I'm extra so I always pay a little more. I think the specials start as low as $30. If you get gel or chrome - like I did there are extra charges. Always be sure to ask . Other than that I love coming here. Beyond irritated with my peeling gel. Vivian is nice, but should stay away from completing gel manicure services... initially my nails were completed on Friday it is now Sunday and they are peeling.. wish I could get my money BaCK! $$$ -So the owner responded .... absolutely not beyond your "immediate control" after two days absolutely not...... you fail as an owner !!! My wife and I both got pedicures, and the price was pretty reasonable! The woman doing mine cut my nails a bit short.. which I didn't mind at the time but she did end up cutting me pretty badly. She kind of just brushed it off. It bled quite a bit while we were there. I know it wasn't on purpose, but I do wish she had brought it up herself instead of me having to mention it. My wife said that she wasn't content with her nails. Her gripe was that they were cut uncomfortably short. I hadn't planned on leaving a review when I first checked in, but my toes have been hurting a lot this past week because she cut me and trimmed my nails way too short. First time coming here, all I wanted was a simple manicure with gel, I forget who did my nails but she was a talker, which I don't mind but I went in the morning and kind of just wanted to relax (not talk). Horrible service. As I walked towards the store I was greeted by some man outside who said hello. I walked in and he said we can't do. I didn't understand him his broken English. A few tips from my years of experience as a loyal customer: - Make the appointment. While they do accept walk-ins, it's really disheartening to see how many people get frustrated that they can't always be taken as a walk-in. Your lack of planning does not constitute bad service on their part. They always do their best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but it's just sad to see people get so upset when they can't be taken. - Tip in cash. They do take card as form of payment, but you should always be tipping in cash. There's a grocery store next-door with a bank attached to it should you need to make a stop before your appointment. - My go-to pedicure is the #3. Ivy did my acrylic nails and she was gentle, Very kind and friendly. Kathy did my pedicure and she was also very gentle, especially when scrubbing the heels. I was really disappointed with my experience here despite me getting my nails done by the owner. The gel nails I got chipped the very next day, and when I went back to have them repaired, I was made to wait over an hour despite having an appointment. I was even asked to sit with my hands soaking in acetone that whole time. On top of that, when I first requested a specific style, the technician denied it with attitude instead of explaining or suggesting alternatives. Then to make matters worse, the owner tried to accused me of not keeping my hands under the light/being on my phone which wasn't true because I never have service in this area. The receptionist came over and said "oh you broke it" I replied, no it peeled right off after I got home. 15 mins past my appointment time I walked out. Went here for the first time on Monday, was serviced by a kind lady named Queenie. She took me as a walk in right away, I told her what I wanted with my nails and she delivered EXACTLY what I asked for. I'm a hairstylist so I have to wear my nails short and I hadn't had them done in over a year because I couldn't find anyone to give me a natural look they would always end up oddly shaped or too bulky. Well Queenie was GREAT! The picture I'll provide doesn't even begin to do justice to how beautiful her work truly is. I will certainly be back and I definitely recommend this salon. I asked for a pedicure and for the 2nd option not sure what it was called. The tech hardly cut my cuticles and painted my nails with 3 thick layer of polish. It looked as bad as it sounds. The worst part of the experience was when she turned on her phone to watch a dance video while she was "massaging my feet." The massage was nothing but her weirdly playing with and tapping my toes while she focused on her video on her Facebook. Strange experience. The hot towels were burning hot. I used to be a loyal costumer to Queenie's. I would often, almost every time, make appointments because I am a busier person. The owners and I would talk about everything and I used to have no problem. Being a loyal costumer, I was hoping they'd also be loyal to me. I had an appointment at 4pm with my mom. They called my mom and had said they got too busy and took too many walk ins and couldn't take us at that time anymore. My mom said she would be okay with paying it an hour, but I had plans so I called separately after that. I said that I wasn't able to come at 5pm because I had plans for the weekend and they had already pushed my time back. Considering I had an appointment, I assumed it would still be okay if I came at my normal time. The owner, Queenie, said that she wouldn't take me at 4 in such a rude tone! I told her I was sorry but I wanted to keep my original time. She ended up arguing with me and eventually hanging up on me while I was talking. Her husband called me back after 5 times and I explained the story. He said "sorry" very shortly, in literally the one word, and said bye bye. I was then hung up on again. I recommend Queen Nail by Subway and Clark's, they were so so accommodating and they ended up taking me at 4. I was really saddened to lose the place I would always go to, but if you are rude I will not provide you with my business or my mom's. They do not honor appointments at all. read more

They had my feet soaking by 2:10, great! 2:20 the water is barely warm and I'm waiting, 2:45 still waiting...2:57 Ivy finally pulls her cart over to get me started. By then the water was cold, nobody offered to change or refresh the water...whatever. Pedicure wasn't great, my toe nails were misshaped and sharp. Then the manicure started...Ivy argued with me about everything I wanted to do.. I said I wanted a manicure and dip and she's arguing about price. I didn't ask about the price. She asked me if I wanted to cut and I said yes and she said "but looks better long", I picked a color and she said "that color doesn't match your toes"...I know, but that's what I wanted. She even argued how much I paid on a prior visit. Unfortunately I was serviced by Ivy on all 3 of my visits. Although I had called and made an appt and specifically asked for anyone BUT Ivy...fml! So I'll start off positive. I called about 20 mins before to see if Queenia had availability which she did. She sat me right away. Now I've been to her before years ago... and she was more caring and would give you her input on what you wanted. Now she answers with attitude when you ask for her opinion. She seems more annoyed if anything. I was pretty frustrated because I came in for a dip and my understanding was you can do a dip on your natural nail. She starts to glue nails on me which I did not want. And I told her 2 times and she kept saying I told her I wanted them long... which my nails were long but she cut them down. Anyways she stops everytime to answer the phone. Everytime someone walks in I had a doctors appointment and ended up being here over an hour for just nails. A simple color no design. And then she pretty upset to see that my main nail looked like this. I will say she doesn't rush but yet don't allow your customer to walk out like this and I expressed to her how I felt about it. Worst pedicure of my life! I should have not even been charged the $30 I paid. Took 1:30 min to do a pedicure with 2 min massage. I went in for a deluxe pedicure. I told the lady I have back problems and couldn't sit for long. The pedicure water was cold I told her and she said just wait. It never got hot. When I looked down when she was done my nails were horrible! She did 3 coats of gel, cut nails uneven, and cut me so every time she used nail remover she burned me. She was about to start massage and I was like no they look messed up, thick and uneven. She got mad and started removing polish just from big toes to fix it took her another 20 min to do 2 big toes. At this point I was in pain from the cuts. She filed the toe nail polish to the point where the drill burned my nail. At that point I told he I don't want the massage and don't want to be charged for massage I didn't get. I told the owner I was very unhappy and don't want massage I had been there for 1 hour and 20 min he said he would take off $5 at that point I went back to get the 15 min massage bc $5 off was not reasonable and she only massaged me for 2 min bc she said I had back problems she wasn't doing 15 min or hot towel. The shop was very empty only me and another lady. Honestly I will never go back. My nails are horrible! When I was leaving she said she would do them again.
