This was my first time in. The entire manicure and pedicure the lady doing my manicure was aggressively yelling at the lady doing pedicure. At one point I stopped the service to address it stating how horrible of an experience It had been and was getting ready to walk out. I will not return. read more

An empty salon on a Friday should've been my first red flag. I've been trying so hard to grow my natural nails out and wanted a builder gel set to help protect them. Instead, gel was removed extremely aggressively and rushed, even though there was literally no one else waiting. She ended up breaking two of my nails, and I also told her multiple times that the handpiece was burning me. She seemed careless and continued rushing through the service. She kept saying things under mask every time I would say something. I already had a feeling I wasn't going to get the result I wanted. What really bothers me is that I was still charged for a removal that left my nails damaged and broken. Definitely not the experience I expected. I personally do not recommend this salon. read more

Horrible horrible experience. The technician doing my nailes seemed to be upset at the other technician? Saying stuff under her mask and constantly looking at her and slamming stuff on her cart. Filing my nails like if she was super mad and hurting my nail beds. Was going in for a pedi and full set, but after my pedicure all I wanted to do was get the hell out of there. Didn't tip her and she slammed the cash register. I'm not one to confront or start any arguments, I just hope the owner sees this and gets her out of there. If there is an issue within workers there, they should really settle it somewhere else not let it out on your customers! Horrible, will never ever go there and will make sure others don't go here. First time here today , I wish I would of went with the other lady's , but the young lady I believe her name was Natalie at the first seat unfortunately did my nails , she was very rough , rude , and she didn't do my nails correct they look horrible I paid 57$ I told her I wanted my nails filed down she lefted them to thick . Then all of a sudden she started talking very loud and screaming , and being an noxious at her 2 lady employees making a scene in front of me , taking her anger out on me , pulling my hand , being rough , slamming her tools , using the machine rough on me , I'm very upset about this its totally un professional I definitely would like to go back so they can please fix my thick nails that she did after I told her over and over or a refund please !! I came in for a full set and two pedicures for myself and my daughter, expecting a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the technician's behavior made us both uncomfortable. She was repeatedly slamming items, throwing tools onto her cart, and at one point threw the lotion hard enough that it fell onto the floor. I politely asked if everything was okay, hoping it would ease the tension, but the behavior continued. My daughter felt so uncomfortable she wanted to stop her pedicure. They said to wait 30 minutes and the man who answers the phone is extremely rude telling me no business respects appointment times and that customers should expect to wait over 30 minutes passed their appointment time to be helped. This lady was very rude and unprofessional, they don't want to give us her real name or license number, still charging full price and demanding a tip even after being rude and yelling at us. All we said is that there was no need to be rude after my cousin said she didn't like the nails and it wasn't what she asked for, never said she want going to pay. She started yelling at us saying we were the rude ones when we never raised our voice or said anything wrong to her. Multiple people including someone in the salon at the time said she is always rude and bad at her job and now I see why. read more

Service here was awful! I had to wait 30 minutes to get gel X nails off there's only one lady and she runs the center and she has three other customers. While she was doing my nails, she literally hurt me because she was going so fast and she was very carefree on what she did and she literally told me "this is why you have to wait because if not, I have to go super fast" I will never come back to this place! If I could give this place a zero I would. The owner is super rude and she is so careless on what she does to your nails so hopefully I don't get an infection from this place. She didn't even finish the service because of how much she hurt me that I wouldn't let her finish up. She wanted to and she kept on telling me let me finish. Let me finish, but how can I let you finish if you already hurt me. I haven't gotten my nails professionally done in years. I always just do them myself at home. But I felt like treating myself so I made an appointment with Cindy to get my toes done. She was very friendly and welcoming. Their massage chair was such a welcome surprise as my back was very tired. She did such a great job trimming and shaping my nails and even helped relieve an ingrown toenail I had. They have a large selection of polishes both regular and gel. I got the regular but my coworkers get the gel here all the time and it lasts about 3 weeks on their hands and much longer on their toes. The salon is clean and the instruments are in sterilized pouches. The atmosphere is relaxing yet entertaining (they have the TVs on). I was really happy with my session. I would definitely go back. Got my nails done yesterday with Megan ( very sweet lady) but this is about my nails. I will be going to take these off, it is hurting and my hair snagging to my nails when I stroke my hands through my hair because of her amateur work she dip the powder all the way close to my cuticles. To be fair I didn't complain to her or even ask to fix it cause after this experience I want nothing to do with this place but she should know how her work is.
