I think this restaurant is new. The feel is American/Asian and felt relaxing. I had a cheeseburger…read morethat was excellent this meat was not cooked from frozen. I asked for medium rare and it was a perfect cook. Came with seasoned fries. My s.o. had the steak salad which was largish and very fresh mix of arugula and romaine and butter lettuce. Service was good even though the mgr/owner was training a new hire. Just an elevated cafe but miles apart from carts or fast food. This cafe could clone itself in other parts of Tri-Cities and do well.

My wife recently ordered the "signature" Fish Tacos from 3 Eyed Fish, and to call this a "fish…read moretaco" is a massive stretch. In reality, it's a raw cabbage taco with a hint of fish essence--or perhaps a cabbage taco with a fish surprise, if you're lucky. After she gave up and ate just one, she brought the rest home. I actually measured the piece of fish inside: a staggering 1.5 inches by 1 inch. That was it. One single, tiny nugget per taco, buried at the very bottom of the shell. Because of this, you have to choke down several mouthfuls of completely raw cabbage before you finally reach your single bite of fish. To make matters worse, that one bite of fish was terrible. They apparently brine it in a way that leaves it aggressively, unpalatably salty. While the menu claims the taco comes with "slaw," it is just heaps of dry, raw cabbage. There was so much of it that you couldn't even see the three corn tortillas until you went digging through the vegetation. The sheer lack of seafood in a "signature" fish dish is appalling. Save your money--unless you really, really love overpriced plates of shredded cabbage.

Atmosphere: I love the vibe of the lighting and decoration…read morein the bistro sit down restaurant area. Service: Super friendly owner, and staff! Took our order and food came out pretty quickly. Crab Cakes: You get a salad with 3 crab cakes on top of some delicious aioli that has a bit of tartare sauce taste, but not fully. Crab cakes are pretty pricey, but it's real crab, and really good! The kind of melt in your mouth. Avocado Butterflies: I love the avocado cream cheese like filling that was so so so good! It comes with 5 wontons, and it's so worth the price for how good the quality of dish. I loved the sweet chili dipping sauce a lot! I highly recommend this shareable dish! Salad that came with Crab Cakes, and Avocado Butterflies: It has pickled cabbage that gives a unique depth of flavor that blends well with the rest of the salad without needing any salad dressing. Lavender Lemonade: It was super sweet! It was my first time having lavender lemonade. I loved it! Lavender is a great herb for relaxation/calming to help you sleep better. If you drink a lot of this lemonade it may help you get a better sleep. Tall Dark & Delicious Cheesecake Slice: This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life! Way better than The Cheesecake Factory in my opinion. The fudge drizzled over the top adds a beautiful appearance to the dessert. It even comes with whipped cream! I highly recommend this bistro and definitely will be back in the future to try more of their delicious desserts!

The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean and beautifully aesthetic, and we loved that they also had outdoor seating. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. Our experience started a little rough because the first lady serving us didn't seem very welcoming or interested in helping us, and at times came across a bit rude. However, the sweet girl and the gentleman who took over later completely turned the experience around. They were kind, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of throughout the party. Their service really made a difference and helped make the celebration enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back for the food and atmosphere.

Well, going through the Tri-Cities to visit family, on our way to the wine country in Walla Walla…read more We were looking for coffee and some light breakfast. We stumbled onto this place, they had really good reviews, and it was nice and close to our hotel. Upon walking in the door, the people working there were very friendly and greeted us immediately. We took a moment to see what they had, understand what the options were, and decided on a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, and a breakfast sandwich along with a drip coffee. The cinnamon roll was our appetizer, and I'm glad that we shared it, it was cooked very nicely and tasted really good. Once we got the egg sandwich, we cut it in half, and shared it, and that was the right amount of food for a late breakfast snack. The breakfast sandwich was really good as well. We did ask for a refill on the coffee and they did offer it to us without a charge. A nice plus This was a Saturday morning, and it was kind of busy in the place, but it was nice and quiet and able to have a conversation. I would definitely go back, the food, the service, the cleanliness, we're all pluses.
