The guy who owns the place and works here not only is fast, but he's inexpensive! He offers a variety of things and you can tell he knows his stuff. I like how he doesn't like to waste time (he's very fast) but he didn't half ass installation and I also liked that he wasn't trying to force any sale. I think he's a genuine person and very visibly a hard worker. As for the unit I got, I got a single den radio for my originally double den stock radio... He provides a kit along with installation for nearly triple times LESS than best buy! And he was not forceful about the sale as other places I went to. On top of that, he did a wonderful and QUICK installation! The sound in my car is great and so is his service. I highly recommend, I would give 6 stars if I could. Customer service is great, but the quality of work on top of that is just really a spectacular place that can't go without review and especially RECOMMENDATION! Great job, great place. I rolled in for a quote to have my two front windows tinted. The guys said they would strip off the old tint (it was peeling) and replace with a much higher quality tint for $35 bucks a window! They pulled my truck into the bay and had me out of there in 35 minutes... Incredible! I was very happy with the job they did. They had to steam the old tint off and strip the old adhesive. Windows look killer and no more weird crackling sounds when I roll the widows up and down. I highly recommend these guys for tint! read more

I had some custom work done to my shaker 500 sound system on my Mustang Gt and John was able to work around the obstacles with no problem! Came out clean and sounds very good! My radio broke I took it to Planet Motorsports in Montclair (I thought I just blew a fuse) they looked at my car, came back with the "good news and bad news" deal he told me that I didn't blow a fuse but I would need to replace the whole system and quoted me around $400.. Damn where's the "good news"? So I came here the next day and Kurt told me if he could fix it, it would be $35 if not he wouldn't charge me. I left my car for a few hours, came back and HE FIXED IT!! Outstanding service!!!!! My boyfriend took his 2003 Corvette to Mission Audio after reading all the great service reviews. Previously he had taken his car to the dealership for an electrical work which was fixed but the CD player no longer worked after the repair. When he took it back he was told that he needed an entirely new cd player, parts are too old to locate. Drove in to Mission Audio and Kurt stepped out and immediately checked the CD with some type of meters. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes.
