Big guy sitting in the desk told my husband that the "part of the transaction never went through" (OUR bank statements say otherwise) and that he needed to charge him again. He charged him again also adding $350 for tint job that he promised would be $250 total since he "really liked" my husband... that was just false advertisement for us to spend our money there! The system that they installed went out within a week!!! BC the the incorrect wires were used.. they set the system up to fail just to get more money! Anyways they stated that we had warranty as well if anything happened... husband went back in to get it fixed under " warranty" but instead left with another charge of $900+ for the new system... mind you they never finished the tint job as well .. bc "no time" Not to mention, they broke the back panel of the car when doing the installation didn't bother, giving us a discount or addressing the problem Really wish we would've read the yelp reviews before spending any dollar there!! It sounds great and was pretty much exactly what I was looking for without having any prior knowledge and only being able to express what I wanted with extreme layman's terms lol. The not so good: As mentioned above, I don't know anything about car stereo systems, so this may be an industry standard that I'm not aware of and I may be complaining about nothing, but I find it odd that the subwoofer is not mounted or attached to anything, it's loose in my cargo area. At worst, this seems like a major safety hazard, and at best it seems like an inconvenience should the thing tip over and pull its own wires out which could potentially damage it as well. In addition, I would have liked to have been walked through the installation process, as I don't think I would have agreed to having such a large subwoofer and enclosure in the cargo space as I use the space with the seats down to transport materials and power tools quite often. Currently, this is not possible as the subwoofer takes up considerable space in the cargo area, limiting my ability to put pretty much anything bigger than a shopping bag back there. I will say that I came in a bit late, about 5:30PM and was getting done wrapping up with the payment at almost 6, so this entire installation took place in about an hour, which normally I would applaud anyone for such expedient work, except it seemed more like a rush to make a sale than to do the entire process right from start to finish. I would have been happy to come in the next day if more time was needed. A bit more transparency for a newbie like myself would have been appreciated with perhaps some options for retaining my cargo area space. I was asked for some pretty sensitive information (SSN, bank account and routing numbers) with no explanation on why it was needed, only to find that I was being signed up for financing multiple times across multiple platforms to see which would approve me for the highest $ amount. If I was asked if I was looking for financing or to pay up front, the answer would have been upfront. Financing wasn't necessary. I ended up agreeing because I was told on Fridays there is a 10% discount if you finance, but I'm unsure if that ended up getting applied as I only financed $300/~$1300 I paid, 1080 was paid upfront. Overall, the employees seem skilled and knowledgeable, but the customer service could use a little work.
