I'm not sure what they did for the diagnostic fee they charged me because it is clear they didn't do much if any investigation into my cars issue. After obtaining a second opinion at True North, it was discovered that my engine was not having significant engine issues but that some simple routine maintenance issues and new spark plugs were the fix.
