My breakers keep on tripping so my friend recommended him, after saw his good reviews, I decided to hire him. Eddie(actually name Eduardo Perez) charged me $275 but did NOT fix any of my electrical issues. ZERO, NADA, ZILCH!! He did the bare minimum to cancel a wire and reconnected them, took him 30 minutes MAX. Less than 1 hour after he left, the same symptoms came back, I called him and told him he didn't fix the problems, he said he will come back but he will charge me another $200 for the "service call", and that's NO guarantee he's gonna solve the problem either!! I can't afford to keep on throwing, who knows how many more, $200 to the toilet drain. So I had to hire another electrician to solve the problems. The new electrician told me, Eddie didn't even notice, not to mention solve, the basic and 1st foremost important problem, which is, the voltage on the bus-bar it's not steady!!! After the new electrician fixed my issues, I messaged Eddie for some refund, I told him since he didn't solve the issue, but I was still willing to pay for his time and gas and the breakers. He got into a big'O fight with me , not only he declined any refund, but also he threatened me that he's going to go to my house and take off the breakers and reverse the good job that my other electrician has done!!! He also threathened me he'll make my life miserable! This is unbelievable, coming from a so called "licensed" professional! This guy has no ethics! not to mention the basic electric knowledge. After going through the so-called good reviews here in details, I realized, those are only baby/ newbie jobs, like install a light or a fan , which is a no-brainer. I can do a better job than him! So if you plan on hiring him diagnose and troubleshooting and solve any issues, don't dream on him, RUN!!!! read more

Had a hardwired smoke alarm go off at 5am Sunday morning. I thought it was a dead battery issue, but then electricity on that circuit was also turning off and on. It's very nerve-wracking not knowing if there is a fire somewhere or if it's a false alarm. Switched the circuit off to get some peace and quiet, but then realized the fridge was on that so I couldn't keep it off for an extended period. I reached out to several other electricians I found on yelp (some who also advertise as 24hr) at ~7am and none picked up/answered voicemails except Eddie. He quickly got Caesar out to my house who listened to my problem, quickly diagnosed the issue, and corrected it. We cannot say more positive things about Mission Electric - we are SO lucky we found Eddie. On Wednesday morning our hardwired fire alarm started randomly sirening and then would shut off and repeat at random intervals. This wasn't just the battery chirp, it was fully going off. We figured it must have been an electrical issue but couldn't figure out where or why. We contacted 6 different electricians and none of them answered or even responded back. Not only did Eddie answer, but he moved his day around to be at our house within 2 hours and took the time to look at and test every single fire alarm for faulty wires. After thinking we fixed the problem due to a bad battery, the alarm sounded off again and Eddie got a fire alarm from his truck to completely replace one of the faulty units. Again, he waited around an 30 extra minutes to make sure the system was OK. And THEN, he followed up via text to later in the day to make sure everything was still running properly. They helped install the Soltaire Round Chandelier 36"(https://www.arhaus.com/products/soltaire-15-round-chandelier?variant=42997536456875) and I was very impressed. Although the chandelier is big and heavy (90 lbs) and the ceiling is high (around 16-17'), they were able to install it nicely. This chandelier consists of 4 levels of pendants, and they used laser to make sure these pendants level properly. They also communicated well about what they were doing and discussed with me when decisions needed. At the end, they helped cleaning the chandelier so that it looked shiny and beautiful. read more
