We would give 0 stars. We have been using their services for several years now, there have been…read moreminor problems over the years, off and on, but we have been patient Until now. We paid our last invoice where services were really and truly provided in February of 2023, at that time we were promised new uniforms. No new uniforms ever came, and no services or delivery ever happened. I started to make phone calls to my delivery driver and then the service manager. No response, they are working on the problem. There is a change of staffing and a lot of running around with them when making calls to customer service or trying to get ahold of someone in management. In the meantime, no service since the end of February 2023, we have been billed for May and June of 2023 for services NEVER received. We call weekly to dispute and speak to the district or regional managers, we leave messages and receive NO response. YET, we are still being billed. We have had service tickets regarding this case. The latest was on 8/17/23 Aramark collections called about the outstanding invoice. We explained that we had not had services or received any products since the end of February yet were billed again in May & June. Zachary from collections stated that he would file a dispute.... I have filed many disputes but this has not stopped the billing and invoicing even after closing the account in July for NO SERVICES being received from Aramark. Zachary stated that they would have to contact the district manager. Great!! I would love to hear from him, I have been waiting for a call back for months. Zachary stated This could also involve GPS tracking of their trucks to see if they drove to our building.... WTH? Please be advised, that Aramark, has caused us undo stress and violated our consumer rights. The next step is to contact our attorney and let the consumer protection law handle this problem.
