We had a surprisingly great retail experience at this Levi's store. We had to get new jeans for one of the kids ahead of school and stopped in. Everyone we met was pleasant and gave us good guidance on the options that were available. They then helped us to find the right sizes, some having to be pulled from the back. In addition, the walls of shelves were all fully stocked and well organized, making it pretty easy and efficient to either find what we are looking for on the floor, or to realize that we had to ask one of the employees to make a run to the stock room. The changing rooms were both plentiful and clean, and another employee managed the flow of clients in and out very well. I have to say - other than Apple Stores, this is one of the best run retail shops I've been to in a LONG time. It actually might be on par with an Apple Store in terms of logical layout, attentive, knowledgable and caring employees who take pride in their work, and leaving me with a feeling that we were appreciated and got a fair deal while leaving. Great store. One employee (I wish I could remember her name) measured me for my jeans. Perfect fit. It saved me the whole process of trying on every size that's too small going up to my size and feeling terrible about my body. They fit like a dream. I wish they had a larger selection here. They always seem to be sold out of my size. Here's the kicker, when I was asking the employees if they had my size in the back they said no. I didn't know you CAN actually pay for the Jeans you want in the size you want and have them shipped to your house for free! They didn't give me that option, but on the way out my friend who was also in the store with me WAS given that option. They should let people know about that. read more

I went to the exchange around 03.24.25 at 7:30 and I don't know the name of one of the working girls there because she doesn't have a badge. And I waited for 15 minutes for the change for the girl to come and take care of it, and that girl was trying to flirt with 3 boys and doing a social media exchange. And when I said what's waiting for you, she said there were conversations about the job, little girl, that's just your job and there are customers you need to take care of. The employees here are very rude and they don't care about you, which shows how inadequate they are and far from professionalism. Note: except for the 2 girls there, they were all very rude, you should give your employees a good orientation and put a menager on their heads.!!! My experience at this store was amazing. I was at the Levi's store because I had to exchange some shorts that weren't my size. I was told by the employee at the counter that she would be with me shortly. I did not have to wait very long. Once it was my turn, she checked for my size at their location and they did not have it. The Levi's employee went above and beyond to make sure they did not have the shorts at their store, then offered to give me back my money or call another store. I decided to check other stores. Eventually the employee found my size at a store closer to my house. She put the item on hold for me by name and made sure they held it for 24 hours. By this point, I could tell that this employee was a manager, her professionalism was through the roof. She then asked if I still wanted my money back but I decided to take a gift card instead. I left extremely happy with my retail experience at this Levi's location. Whoever this manager was, thank you. We need more retail stores to take notes from the Levi's in Milpitas, they are doing it the right way. read more

Horrible service, no one knows what they're doing or how to find a pair of pants. The sales associates will look at you, then turn around in hopes of not helping you or answering questions. The store manager really needs to take a look at the service and have conversations with everyone. The sign said it was 29 for a pair of Khakis. We picked it up, and went to the register, no one knew that student discounts existed, and no one was able to assist. They then said on 29 is wrong. I tried to show them the photo I look after walking over there myself 2 times to get the photo when they just hung out at the register. Not friendly, service is non-existent. Horrible. read more

I usually always have a very tough time looking for jeans that made me feel nice and where comfortable fitting. I haven't purchased jeans since I had my son today the associate that was at the fitting room was so nice! I loved the way her jeans looked on her and asked her which ones she was wearing she proceeded to ask for my size and went to grab me the exact same ones she had the warmest vibe! I actually ended up buying 2 pairs and walked out excited. she was helping everyone in the fitting rooms from grabbing sizes to checking up (mind you it was super busy) i have social anxiety and her helping me without giving me a snotty attitude made me feel super comfortable, I did grab her name but I forgot once I got home! read more

11/9/16 I was here right at the store opening. The guy who opened the shutter seemed pretty sullen. Turns out he was the manager and seemed annoyed when I asked for help to open up a fitting room. I went to the outlet the other day to try to find a pair of comfortable jeans. Stephanie greeted me and was my assistant throughout my shopping experience. It is hard for me to find jeans that fit well. Stephanie had a great personality and was truly a pleasure. She helped me locate a couple different styles of jeans that ended up fitting very well. The only problem was that they didn't have any for petite/short people. 32 length was just too long. Gretchen was the fitting room attendant and was also very personable and helpful. She made sure that if I wanted to try another style or size that it would be brought to me so I didn't have to keep going in and out. Great service! read more

If I remember correctly it was spend $140 & get $40 off & the list went on. She gave me a few sizes to try on & when one didn't fit she would look for another in the right size. I give people Mad props who go out of their way to help customers it shows that they are a people person & they enjoy what they do. I ended up buying 3 jeans 1 men's shirt & jeans for the bff & shorts for her fiancée! I spent only $100! That's was a great deal! Total of 6 items!! I went in there today and saw a massive amount of jeans, neatly folded and sectioned off into certain areas of the medium sized store. There were other items, such as: shirts, jean jackets, and coats, but nothing compared to the jeans -they stole the show! Lol. I came in on March 23rd and the employee was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. I couldn't get the employee's name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was young, tall, thin, and Caucasian. The signs on the store's window and across the entire store said "Graphic tees for $9.99" but when she rang them up, the price was showing up as $14.99. Rather than call a supervisor or manager to override the price for me, she just applied a friends & family discount and asked me with an irritated tone, "Is $11.99 OK with you?" My son wanted a pair of jeans for this store when we were at the mall. It is a store which sells Levis and Dockers exclusively. Not much else to compared to. Looking at the merchandise, I could not say that I would buy my clothing here. Prices are not much better compared to JC Penny's prices for Levi's. However, my son wanted a pair of Levi's jeans, which was selling for $29 plus tax. I guess he needs to have a name brand one for his use. Service from the staff was great. I received many questions from the staff about how they could serve me. I was impressed that they were attentive to the customers. Overall, it was an O. The employees aren't the most helpful, and pretty much just do the standard, pushing buttons on a register and opening fitting room doors. I bought a denim jacket that I absolutely love. However it went on sale further on President's Day, they were unwilling to do a price adjustment, how pathetic. All good cause I worked around that to get the deal I wanted lol. Anyways 3 stars for average workers, but great merchandise and product. Also appreciate the fact that the store is well maintained so maybe that's why service is lacking cause they are constantly cleaning, who knows? The upsides of this store are that it sells nothing but Levis and Dockers product and it sells some product from last season so if you don't care for this season's offerings, you might like some of the discontinued models you see here. This place isn't much of an outlet, though, at least not in the sense that there are lots of blowout prices. A lot of the jackets sell for about $80, which is what you'd pay elsewhere. Sometimes this store will offer 30% off on certain products but that's really hit or miss. This store's breadth and depth in jeans and khakis is likely no better than that of JC Penney's at Eastridge which has a really good stock of sizes including odd sizes like 32x34 and 33x34. In this above respect, this store isn't that much of a "factory store" if it's breadth of sizes can be upstaged by a department store. Returns aren't easy here. They will try to get you to exchange and if you still want to return for an outright refund, they won't make a secret of their being perturbed. After having dealt with better-mannered personnel in other stores, I was taken aback. Check this place out if you're a Levis/Dockers fan like me and you're already at the Great Mall but probably don't make a special trip just for this store. If you want to see some of last season's jackets, you can just as easily look to clearance websites such as Overstock.com, Bluefly.com, Bonton.com who often undersell the Levis outlet by a $20+ or so. read more

After having all sorts of jeans, from 7 for all mankind to True Religion to Marc Ecko, I decided I wanted to find a good pair of slim and straight dark washed jeans... I started my trek at the Levi's store in Valley Fair since it's super close to my house, but I wasn't willing to shell out $50 for a pair of jeans, that are just Levi's... I remembered that there was an "outlet" store in the Great Mall, so I decided to head over there and see if there was any price difference... And what do you know, the same exact jeans were about $15 less here than at Valley Fair. I was super stoked at the price, since I will never wear store brands from JC Penny's (despise going to these places) or Kohl's or even Mervyn's when it was in business. And the staff here was super helpful and since it was pretty early in the morning I was in and out of there in about 20 mins. Perfection to me! read more

Love this store! Levi's seem to be the only jeans that fit me right and I always find the perfect jeans everytime I go in there. The staff is always nice and very helpful, they can still be a bit pricey but to me it's so worth it although I do tend to find some really good deals when I least expect it. read more
