Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind. The young man was neck deep in projects that were already placed so I took it upon myself to walk around the shop and browse. There were already a few sample pieces that pertain to Lego theme but just wasn't what I wanted. I let the young man know I had a few ideas|designs in mind and wanted to know if he was able to replicate. He told me to email over screenshots of the images and ensured that he would be able to accomplish the look. The turnover rate was fast fast! We stopped by on a Tuesday and was able to pick up the final product on the following day. Pricing was a little bit higher than other businesses I've gone to previously but with the tight schedule and quality that was provided, I'd say the cost was justified. Keep in mind that your design and article of clothing you purchase varies which may decrease or increase your overall costs. 5/5 stars. I would definitely use iCustom Oakridge again in a heartbeat.

Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either.
