I was connected right away to their executive assistant, Roberta and immediately set a time for that same day. I went and helped with the design Two sweatshirts embroidered in less than 30 minutes. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. For multiple embroidery pieces and more bulk items please plan accordingly.

Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.
