I asked the manager if she could hold two items for about an hour while I looked around the mall, and she immediately said they don't hold merchandise. Just a few minutes later, another customer walked in, and I watched the same manager hand her a pair of shorts that had clearly been put on hold. That inconsistency was frustrating. I came back and purchased the full set (around $100), but then I was told I had to provide my personal information to complete the purchase. I've shopped at plenty of clothing stores and have never felt pressured to share my information just to buy an outfit. It made the checkout experience uncomfortable. The store itself is cute, and I liked the clothes enough to make the purchase, but the overall attitude from the staff came across as unwelcoming and cliquey. It was disappointing because good customer service goes a long way. I hope management works on providing a more consistent and friendly experience for all customers. Worst of all my daughter was there and felt the weird mean girl energy. The manager had a totally different face when I came back and bought the set lol

However, when I tried to return the items, the store refused and claimed they were non-returnable. If an item is Final Sale, that should be clearly stated before the customer pays, not only after they try to return it. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience.

It's very cute and very clean, and doesn't seem like a thrift shop at all. The young woman working there was friendly and helpful. I saw lots of little things I wanted to buy, like the tiniest Labubu I've ever seen, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Most of the clothes and accessories for females seemed targeted toward young people, but I'm glad I stopped in and checked out all of their cute loot. The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable.
