From the moment we arrived, first thing we noticed is the park is immaculately clean and incredibly well-maintained everything from the grounds to the restrooms, showers and laundry room are very very clean. It's a secure and peaceful gated community where you can feel safe. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds so much to the overall experience. Love the idea that there is a pet park and grass areas for our little furry family members. I really felt very comfortable knowing that property managers Maria and Jessie are truly outstanding--always attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring, from the time I first came to the park, until the time I left. You can tell they take pride in the park and the community. It's rare to find an RV park that feels this safe, organized, and welcoming. Well maria you wanted a review but I did not want to leave one because I don't have anything good to say . Lets start off by you're micro managing ways you have you're sister working there and also her husband you go around telling everyone how you're husband is in law enforcement and how you are known around there like " the little ninja " and all you do is look for ways of writing people up . I was not going to say this but you asking me why I don't have a woman coming to my rv is very personal also you told me how you can watch everything from you're cameras at home I think you're narcissistic definitely. Since your husband is Caucasian and he is in law enforcement he should send you to school so you can take a management class . Also you only rent to the race you like and if you can't be In there business you get rid of them for anything petty. You also claim you are kid friendly but you kicked a lady and her 5 kids out just because they were playing like kids do In the summer if I can give you a negative star I would . Everyone please stay away from this micro managed rv park . It's clean but that's it . Maria makes you feel like this is a jail that you are paying for . I have never been to a park where a manager (maria ) tells you I have been doing my rounds . I kept everything clean just like you said and you still told me I can stay even after you told me to leave I no longer can deal with your w narcissist attitude . Also you told me that you are not the owner and you should not be telling people you are . Every time you get in a jam you call you husband .im not the type but you will run into someone that's going to sue you . Stayed in a premium spot with my family and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it if you have little kids or at all actually . In the camp ground there are kids on surpn bikes going 40mph and no one is policing the speed anywhere at all. There is a bike path they could go on and they don't. The parents/adults are so drunk they let the kids do whatever they want. People also park however they want bc the site doesn't enforce anything. If you think there is going to be any beach space think again bc the public has access to everything and it says don't save spots but they are saved all day and night bc again...no one enforces any rules. For the cost of this place you could stay at some really nice RV spots that you can actually enjoy with your family. Even the cheapest spots we have been to were a lot more fun. I literally watched 3 drunk guys driving a golf cart while dragging a stroller w a baby in it past your security guards at the gate. I couldn't believe it. Drunk driving everywhere around the site and in the site. One star is generous and as locals we will never return. read more

I have stayed at Mission RV multiple times in the last 4 years. Always have been very happy with my stay and with staff and management. Have usually dealt with Norma and she has been one of the best in the business. Last year, they changed the reservation system so I could not make my normal August reservation until May. Last year's stay was great as always. This year, in March, 2026, I called for my August, 2026, reservation. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed not willing to help at all. I asked for her named multiple times and she flat REFUSED to tell me her name. I asked who the manager was and she told me Maria was the owner and would NOT tell me anything about Norma. She said I had to call back in May for August. One of the rudest people I've come across in a position of service to the public. I called on May 1, 2026, and was quickly told it was full and no spaces available through the end of the year. Again, I asked for her name, and she would not give it to me. I asked if Norma was available and she said she is no longer at Mission RV. I asked for Maria and she claimed she was busy. For Maria and Jesse: This person needs to be GONE today. She is the worse representative of your once great business and is destroying it with her nasty attitude to long time customers. Do NOT Stay Here, EVER Again. read more

Over the past month we stayed here almost weeks. We were visiting family in the area and this is the most convenient RV park. It's only a few blocks from Interstate 10 and close to all the stores. The area may not be the best, but the park is great. There is a coded entrance gate and we felt very safe in the park. The managers are friendly and they take such good care of the park. It is very clean and attractive. Most of the sites are concrete but not all. The ones that are not, are mostly level. There is a small off-leash dog run and plenty of grassy areas in the rest of the park. Parking is limited but we were able to fit our 38' motorhome and car in the same spot. They do offer parking along the perimeter fence and outside the fence under the solar panels. The rates we surprisingly fair for the area. We will definitely stay here again. read more

I stayed at Mission RV for two weeks. The park is incredibly well kept and very clean. The bathrooms are cleaned three times a week and are so squeaky clean including the showers. The laundry room is large with reasonable prices for the washers and dryers. Park is very safe with electric gate and code. The RV spots are cement and very well kept without grease spots or cracks. It was nice to sit out in the morning and have coffee. The guests were all so nice, some long term, some short term. The long term guests seemed to be friends and spent time together in the evenings. The staff was very helpful and friendly and assisted when needed. The park has wifi and full hookups including cable. There are rules in place to keep the park incredibly clean, safe and well groomed, which is nice for guests. The campground is great for families. One of the perks that I loved is there is an amazing Mexican restaurant right outside of the gate that I frequented too many times in the two weeks I spent at Mission RV:-). Grocery store and Walmart are about 2 blocks away and the closest Starbucks is about a mile. Really close to Redlands historic downtown, which is so cute. My son is at Cal Baptist University in Riverside and without traffic was about a 20 minute drive. 40 minutes to Lake Arrowhead. If you're looking for a very well kept RV park that is close to many activities and is family friendly, this is your place. read more

EXTREMELY POORLY MANAGED. Was told by 1 worker we could check out by 2pm the day of check out with no problem (our friend wasn't free until 1 to pick up the trailer), as we are waiting for the truck to come we get told by another worker we're being charged a full other day since it's after 1pm, didn't care to listen what I told her about the other girls statement. Meanwhile while this is going on our cat escapes and hides under other trailers, we look around for an hour with no luck, come back later no luck either. Come back the morning of 3/6 to look for him and get told we're not allowed on property after the 11am check out time, and will be tresspassed if so. The extremely difficult and awful manager (not owner as she claims she is) Maria won't give us a reason why we can't come on property and look for him, as if hes part of the park now. My daughter is special needs and it's her animal and they have 0 help or compassion to help try and find him. I wouldn't give this place a dime of my money even if I was told I'd get a million dollars back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

We only stayed one night but from what we experienced, it's a nice RV park that's efficiently managed. The place was clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. The sites are well-marked so it's easy to know where to hook up. The sites were concrete pads. The park is gated and the bathrooms require a code. You are provided with the codes upon check-in. It's unfortunate I'm compelled to write this review. We stayed at Mission RV Park for 6 months from May to November 2023, and had what I believed to be a good rapport with the owner and staff. So I was extremely disappointed and disgusted to find out that the owner, Maria, made a racist remark to my husband about a whole race of people. Maria herself is a minority. After learning of the remarks, I gave Maria an opportunity to respond to an email I sent addressing her horrible statement. Unfortunately, I was only given a generic response from staff that did not address her remark. My family is interracial, including African Amercian, Filipino and White. We have been traveling full-time from state to state for the past 3 years and stayed in RV parks/resorts in 25 states and this is the most disappointing experience we have had thus far. It's really sad that this RV park does a great job of being strict about their park rules and keeping it clean (which we respected and appreciated) but the owner, who is very present around the park, displayed a complete lack of respect and unacceptable ignorance for people, family and race.   I must give Norma, the manager, due respect. She is kind, hardworking, professional and seems very genuine. Sadly, the owner's prejudice and unprofessionalism can not be ignored. We would never knowingly give a place like this our business or refer this establishment to anyone else. read more

Place was decent and clean but there's no trees or grass so it gets hotter than hell here in Summer. Dog area is tiny and sad compared to other RV parks. Don't even get me started on the owner Maria who is very controlling and greedy. She'll do anything to fine you and charge more, she has an attitude and acts like she's better than you. Not to mention you can't even sit in front of your trailer and have a beer haha this place is so overrated, just because you're by the freeway in a shitty area doesn't make it great lol read more

Well seemed alright, but I was not able to spend the night (or week as needed). The only space available was a 25' space for my 27' trailer towed by a crew cab with an 8' bed truck. On top of that the space was 90* from the narrow driveway. Needless to say basic physics and an good old American try this was impossible. So I have no opinion on the park other than the lady in the office loves her rules and fails to understand basic math (27 does not go into 25). In short no hard feelings would try again space permitting. read more

Make sure you pre-book. They have some weird like one day fee. It's cheaper if you just book for the whole week the bathroom there are super clean. They get deep clean every Monday laundry works just fine. One thing about this facility is it's beyond clean the dog park. It's a little bit small but it's amazing the way they welcome any size dog. They're super strict with their leash which any good dog parent will appreciate you feel safe. It's gated and it's actually truly truly locked all the time you feel extremely safe leaving your belongings there there's always somebody on site and I truly appreciate the handyman that's always there. He's unhelpful. We look forward to going back this December and staying there for another month plus definitely worth the money. The bathrooms are clean. It's gated there's a taco stand literally outside the gate. There's a Walmart freeway access is literally within minutes. You got many fast food restaurants as well as coffee shops nearby Definitely definitely recommended. read more

I stayed here for a 13week travel nursing contract. Space 129 which is right in the front gate. It's the smallest space in the park and I was offered to move to a quieter spot but I hate moving the trailer. The park manager is stiff with rules and I watched her really give it to a few customers. If you follow the rules like me and pay your rent on time you won't have any trouble. You will find the park well maintained. The bathroom and laundry facilities are frequently closed for disinfecting. I felt very safe in the park as there were cameras on every inch of the place. read more

My wife and I sold our house and moved into our 5th wheel while we started the journey of building our dream home. We quickly found that it is difficult to find a good place to stay long term. After visiting a few places we came across Mission RV (thank goodness). The owners of this place are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. We pull a 40 foot 5th wheel and Jesse (one of the owners) helped us and hooked it up to his fork lift and backed it nicely into a spot for us. It's quit clean and plenty of things to do within a quick drive. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Maria is the owner. she has a very unique way of running things. I went into the shower a few times and they were disgusting. Very nasty. I don't think they go in there and clean them every day. And as a result, I tested it and I left a little tiny piece of paper on top of a counter and sure enough it was there the next day. There was dog hair all over the bathroom shower. I think she hires her teenagers to clean the bathrooms. She needs to update her payment system for one. And she probably should invest in some better Internet. She should clean the bathrooms more often than once a day. And there's a lot of noise and children running around there and I think they are her family members because they live on the premises with her. The gardeners work on the weekend and they talk really loud next to your RV. some of the people that work there are very weird. She likes to take cash, but she doesn't have any way of paying online. She has a lot of people running in and out of the office. They look like family. And she gets really moody so you gotta be careful with her. Because she says all the time that she can evict whoever she wants to. I don't think she understands that RV parks fall under the same real estate guidelines with the government. It's not Maria 's world and it's not Maria's way. She has to follow the rules according to https://dre.ca.gov/ otherwise she may run in to some serious legal issues. read more

Maria the manageris a cheapo she also thinks she is something special cause she run an RV park. She has some kind of chip on her shoulders. During my check out I let the office know my wife had left to work without leaving me gate opener/clicker and when I checked out the office lady Allysa was very helpful. She said it shouldn't be an issue if you bring later this afternoon. Then I get an email later from here stating no need to return clicker we will just keep the $40 deposit for an $8 clicker from Amazon. I wouldn't be mad, but last time she kept my deposit because my car leaked oil on her site. Then she charged me $100 because I pulled in my work truck to unload tools in trailer and she said thats a 3rd car and it going to cost me $100 for doing such for the 2 times I did so.. Park is clean, but has zero space to park, dog potty area is 10'x4'. Maria seems to think she is some kind of GOD. Lady you ain't shit. Just a cheap ass lady. Never ever coming back here again!! The Mission RV Park is in a great location near the Loma Linda VA Clinic and approximately 21 miles from the Riverside National Cemetery. The park is close to Interstate 10, shopping, and restaurants. The Mission RV Park is exceptionally neat and clean. This park is very quiet and safe as it has gated access keeping traffic to park guests. The owner, Maria, is very helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests in her park. We had a whole weeks worth of stay at this resort and it happened to be during heavy rain here in California and we were so happy to be on concrete pad and not dirt. Also we had to book an extra day and the staff was very eager to assis us. Clean place and good location for resturants etc. Will definately go there again if we are in the area. read more

If you want to know what it feels like to be in jail come to this place. The lady is rude and has no customer service skills. They charge 50.00 a day because I have a service trailer hooked to my truck. You can't drive golf carts around. And they want to charge me for that as well. If I could give zero stars I would , My dad drove all the way from San Antonio Texas , ( 1,200 miles ) my dad is a elder man he doesnt ever book any rv parks through the internet he personally calls the place to book and asks any questions he needs to confirm the booking , one of the first questions he asked was how far was the San Bernardino fair (the whole reason why he went that way for work) the person on the phone said it was 10 minutes away , when my dad arrived he figured out the fair was actually 45 miles away about an hour w no traffic over a hour with traffic , so my dad was very upset when he found this out he was saying he can't believe this he never would've booked if he knew he was clearly upset with the front desk they told my dad to leave kicking him out basically, mind you my dad is 76 years old has heart problems and they wanted him to pack everything and leave right then and there he wasn't physically able to leave that same day he left the next day and they are denying his refund of a whole week paid when he didn't stay they literally kicked him out. don't stay here they are super rude unreasonable and gave my dad false information saying it was 10 minutes away when it was a hour drive to and from work which he was not wanting to do daily after his super long drive there , very un considerate management, I tried calling and reasoning with the front desk for a refund for my father and they said they were willing to refund if he left right then and there when my dad was physically unable to leave right at that moment horrible customer service how are they gonna say we were willing to refund him if he left that same day when he had NOWHERE else to go and physically un able to leave that day due to his health , save your money and heartache don't come here read more

Nice clean RV park close to many things. Price was reasonable compared to others in the area. Some spaces are very tight to get into. The space we were given would have been imposible for me to back into, however it seems this is a common issue so they have a forklift with hitch ball they can use to put you in your spot. That's what they did with us and worked out great. Overall decent clean park with friendly staff, would stay again. read more

I Would give Mission Rv Park a 0. Maria the Manager is very mean and Unprofessional as she called me a bitch. She didn't want to give us our deposit back until I told her we would get a lawyer and take her to court. Her exact words to me were " The wife is always the bitch.^ She should know. She is like a security guard. If anything is leaking on your car or RV she will make you remove it from property. I wouldn't recommend this RV Park. I would run to another RV Park. Maria has a Good Sam's sign up but won't give you a discount even if you are a member.
