My wife and I and our two daughters stayed here for nine weeks while our new home was being built. I can't say enough about how well Maria and Norma took care of us during our stay. Mission RV park is very clean, including the laundry facilities, showers, and bathrooms. Our rate was very fair, and to be honest they could charge a lot more for the services and amenities they provide. The grounds and common areas are impeccable. I started the search for our temporary living a long time ago and I told Maria what we needed and she came thru for us. We stayed in space #127 and it was plenty of room for our 32ft Class C plus parking, and we were allowed to park a second vehicle nearby. We always felt safe and secure during our stay and our neighbors were wonderful. The rules and expectations of guests staying at Mission RV Park are appropriate and very reasonable. We believe this a big reason why our stay was so pleasant. The other reasons are the integrity, honesty, and good will exhibited by Maria, Norma, and the rest of their support staff. They really care about the folks staying on site. We really felt like we were family during our stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Jesse, but I saw him almost daily making improvements to the park as well as helping guests get their rigs situated. If we ever need a place to stay we are coming back to Mission RV Park. read more

They are very nice, and friendly. I don't understand why there are many complaints about this place, but honestly I felt safe and comfort when living in this place. The Manager is so nice and honest, when she asked how I could find this place, I said I'd looked for this place on Google, and she didn't hesitate to mention about the bad reviews, and asked if I hesitate when I saw them. I used to work in hospitality field, so I understand that to please all of the guests is a very hard thing to do, sometimes we get the bad reviews just because we tried to do the right thing over the unreasonable demands from "Karens". We just stayed for couple of weeks and when we left, we wanted to sell our RV, and the owner bought without consideration, we appreciate that because if we don't sell for her, we don't know where to put it away and don't want to pay for storage place to keep the RV. The only thing that I hope this place can improve is the internet, the internet is too weak, I mostly couldn't use it at all. But overall, I recommend this place for people to come and stay. read more

We have stayed at this park for 18 years with good experiences every time until last Thanksgiving. The young woman who checked us in put us in a space too small for our 32 foot RV and the next morning as we were leaving she informed us that WE had to move because we were blocking the dump area. I was upset with her and her attitude and when I complained about her rushed decision she yelled at me that she would give me my money back and we could leave. It was a holiday week and she knew that we had no option to move. Yes she is young and maybe too young to work with the public. I made a reservation today to visit in September and my credit card was used to reserve our spot. This evening she called me and told me that they did not have a space for me because of my attitude. I'm waiting to hear from her boss which remains to be seen. One rude employee!!!! Not a fun experience. read more

We stopped here on Memorial Day to use the dump station. It was very quiet and clean. The driveway is narrow but maneuverable. A skilled RV'er can get through without help. We have It's likely not the ideal place for a vacation weekend with kids, but more of a long term stay location. read more

This is our go-to place! It's very convenient, clean, well maintained, and continually being updated. The bathrooms and laundry room is always clean. They put in entry Gates, so when we walk our dog we always feel safe no matter what time it is day or night. This is a quiet park. A mix of long and short term, Rv'ers. Jesse and Maria, are very friendly and helpful, and if they can help you they will. Their staff is friendly and helpful, also. We feel so blessed to have found this gem! PSA: if you are rv'ing in California near Redlands, Mission RV is the best. My current situation: feet up, comfy chair, doing all my laundry at once and the room is cooler than our RV. I am exploring RV living for my family and I called up to get general info and the front desk was very informative. I drove my Mom through the park during the Xmas holiday so she can see what living in an RV park is like as she had never been to one and it was so pretty - a lot of the RV's had Christmas lights and they had their spaces all set up nicely. Everyone waved at me as we drove by, not even knowing who we were, it just seems like a very nice place to live. Still contemplating the idea of full time RV living but if we did decide to go that route, I would probably stay here. It's within walking distance of lots of restaurants, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, and pretty much everything else you need. read more

We looked up Mission RV Park on Good Sam for a convenient location in Redlands to stop and see family. Turning into the front entrance appeared tight for our 36' 5th wheel. Amazingly, and thankfully, , they provided a specially-equipped fork lift and highly-skilled driver to maneuver us into position at our site. Great park! Sweet folks! Thank you Jesse and Penny. Maria who claims she is the owner is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. She told me if I paid my rent on time and was quite I would not have to move every 3 months. During this time she offered me a part-time position working for her at 6:50 cents an hour off the books of course. Once I declined her offer she told me I had to move out for a day and then return. And yes I do have her Ridiculous offer in writing. Most of the tenants I met did not like her . After my departure she had the audacity to call my phone yelling expletives. She is very unprofessional in my opinion. read more

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this RV Park and found it to be very clean and the staff is very nice. It has 24 hours showers and bathrooms. Easy back in RV parking. The RV parking spaces are very small but are cement. Great place to stay in the San Bernardino area. read more

Called 0n April 21, 2021 around 4-5pm for a single night stay. Called to cancel the site at 11:45am because work I was having done won't be done in time for me to leave on the 21st as planned. I was told because I didn't call before 11am they couldn't refund my money that they charged last night for because it was within 24 hours. WELL THIS iS JUST PLAIN THEFT! There is no mention of must call before 11am on their website, there was NO MENTION of this at the time they took my money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK Buyer be wear of these guys! Not BBB accredited, now I know why. Manager breaks the rules to her own liking. I had a spot reserved from 12/20/21 to 12/30 21. When we set up, we put our dog play pen up like we do everywhere. The next day we were told put it down, no explanation why given other than no fencing allowed without permission. I asked if we could have permission because we have a special needs dog. No exception. But she does break her own rules some people put up a storage shed, which per rule is not allowed. Some of them stay way beyond the 3 months allowed. Payment is on weekly basis. When I went to pay my 2nd week at 10 am in the morning, I was told that my payment will refused and that we need to be out by 11am because she already had it reserved for someone else. No warning, no explanation. She never talked to us in person, only through her assistant. read more

Our daughter had a heart transplant and needed a spot to take our 5th wheel and Maria did what she needed to make sure we could bring our trailer down. The park is super clean and all the staff is friendly. We stayed for over two months. Thank you for all you did for us! read more

It's unfortunate that I am leaving this negative review as I believed in the beginning that this would be a great experience. Maria seemed very kind and helpful over the phone prior to moving in. Once I actually moved in, her unprofessional, downright rude behavior was evident during all transactions between myself and this place and believe me when I say it began to show immediately. I pay $325.00 a week for space for my 20 ft trailer, myself and my daughter. Every other moment it seemed Maria "wanted to talk to me about something". Always looking for a way to make more money off of me. Her approach to every conversation always was presented in a threatening manner, assumptions were prematurely made and I was continuously spoken down to. Well I have kept my mouth shut because I needed a place to stay and waiting for my spot to open up on a waiting list at another park. Maria is such a nasty human being that I was in fear of being kicked out for not agreeing with her. Well I am a professional and will not stay quiet while Maria continues to treat Mission RV Parks customers as though our business means nothing and we are at her mercy. Maria hear me loud and clear when I tell you, you do not get to bully Mission RV's customers without consequence. I will be making contact with the actual owners ASAP! Also Maria runs other businesses as well out of Mission RV Park that I almost fell victim to. I am in the market for a new travel trailer and she tried to have me look at one that she said she was the current owner of but actually a friend of mine that stayed here temporarily is the owner. Maria must not have known that we know each other I guess but was totally caught in a lie. She said my friends were selling the trailer online for her. Lol. Actually she was going to buy it from them then sell it for $2000,00. more to me. You are a shady, unprofessional liar and deserve to be put out of business for the way you treat your customers. Every one of my guests that checked into the front office told me that she was rude to them as well. Are you kidding me? BEWARE OF MARIA!!! Other than that, the park is clean, quiet and the neighbors seem to be very nice people. There are two other office gals that are very helpful and friendly and the Maintenance Guys are helpful and friendly as well. Great place to stay in the Redlands area. Very clean and tidy. There is a good taco strand right next door and within walking distance of a grocery store. The rates are reasonable for the area. We were in town for a wedding and we were able to get a ride downtown using Lyft within 5 minutes for under ten dollars. I might add that it was fairly quiet considering it's proximity to interstate 10. It is just st far enough away that the freeway noise is not too bad, and close enough to be very quick and easy to get to after driving in from Arizona. read more

UNBELIEVABLE! I booked a space for just one night to attend a concert for the beginning of our road trip. Nice enough over the phone for booking, however, when we arrived at approx. 2pm, we drove to our spot which was in the very far left corner only to find a flatbed trailer occupying the spot. Not so much fun in 100+ degree weather. I called the desk and we had to wait, while an employee came with a fork lift to move the trailer. Once we were finally able to back our 5th wheel in, I realized this was not even a developed space. There was a broken down truck filled with trash partially blocking the entrance to the "so-called" space making it difficult to back in. There were also bricks and broken concrete partially covering a hole in the ground, right near where you would exit your vehicle. MAJOR HAZZARD!No way would this have been acceptable if we were staying longer than one night. The absolute unbelievable thing is that when I went to the office to do the right thing and let them know my parents were going to be staying with us, so I could pay for the extra vehicle. The lady at the front said, "Oh, there is no charge for the vehicle, but how many people do you have staying?" I said, "it's just my husband and I with my parents for a total of 4. She proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay an additional $43.00 making my less than 24 hour stay cost a total of $83.00!! In a "make shift" space. I guess this is what you get for being honest and doing "the right" thing. I have never heard of 2 extra adults costing more than the space rental. I will continue to be honest and do the right thing, however, I do wonder how these folks sleep at night by taking such advantage of people. Not a great start to our trip...which is why I had to wait until I returned home to write this review. Our ridiculously overpriced stay at this "sub-par" dirt space was 06/11/22. read more

My Husband has been @ this park since August, he is on assignment working in the area until July 2020. He came home for a family emergency the 1st week of November and returned to make his payment 1 day late which he had already called and informed them that he was out of town and the date he would be retuning. Maria refused the money and told him to move his trailer. My husband works 12-16 hours a day and is hardly there. Maria has an ego problem and wants people to beg her or bow down to her. She does not know how to deal with people and I for one say she is racist and does not like black people. I as a woman tried to talk to her and explain the situation and there is know compromise with this lady. He had to take off work to move the trailer last minute not including trying to find another RV park last minute before 11am. All for being 1 day late and $35 late fee. If you are a perfect white person and things in life never happen to you this is the perfect place for you. Blacks are not welcomed here. Thankfully we found a better RV Park just a little further from his job. Think twice before parking here. read more

Thank you Jesse and Maria for all the hard work you do! This place is so clean and well maintained due to their diligence. We've stayed in a lot of RV parks over the years and the managers can make all the difference. They aren't shy about asking people who are disruptive to leave, they are friendly, will help you park, and don't put up with noise or trash. Location is great for Loma Linda and the surrounding areas and even though it's close to the freeway it's far enough away that road noise isn't a problem. It's a mixture of long term and short term campers and honestly the first place we've been too where the long term sites look as clean and well kept as the short term sites. Thank you for making us so welcome. I highly recommend for anybody just passing through or looking for a longer stay. We've seen many managers who just don't care but Jesse and Maria put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They take everything personally and work tirelessly to make sure everybody is happy. They are constantly updating and repairing things. Definitely the best place to stay in the area. We stayed at this little RV park while we were looking for a new house. It didn't have a lot of scenery around it (because it's in the middle of town) but it was cozy. Mike, the manager was so incredibly nice and the whole property and bathrooms were so nice and clean all the time. There was also a nice laundry room which really helped out with our extended stay. The staff there takes really good care of everything and are all so friendly and helpful! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to park their camper or RV. This is a wonderful, quiet park for both the long or short term guest. The managers Maria and Jesse are friendly, kind, accommodating, and helpful. After a long day at work, noticing we were tired, they were even so kind as to have us over for dinner. We enjoy their friendship and positive attitudes. Their constant presence makes the park feel safe and home like. Their high expectations keep the park clean and free of less than desirable tenants. There is a great mixture of newer and older Rvs and park models, clean laundry rooms and bathrooms, all well kept and maintained. If you are looking for a long term spot, expect a week by week screening period to ensure you are the right tenant for the park, as each guest needs to earn their right to enjoy and be part of this well managed park. We are here working for a couple years and are so happy to be able to call this place home. If I could put zero stars I would. The spots are extremely small if you have slide outs expect only about 3 feet of porch space. I will admit the staff was pleasant. Our negative experience was with the residents who live there. Anyone who passed our spot was extremely rude and not welcoming. We were in there overflow spot which had no sewer hook ups only power and water, I asked the man at the office if I could dump and he said you can try but "you'll never get your trailer to the dump site it's to big" as I was maneuvering through the park he followed me through the park videoing and taking pictures because he couldn't believe I could do it and expected I would hit something. A lady came out of her space and started yelling at me telling me she called the cops on us because we weren't being safe. She hopped in the golf cart with the park employee and also took pictures. I made it to the dump site with no issues. I will never stay at this park again and I strongly recommend another park in the area. There's no scenery, the spots are small and it's in the middle of nowhere. Again the staff is pleasant but the residents are horrible and that makes for a negative experience for everyone in our party. read more
