And there are a lot of restaurants nearby. However, the machines seem to be dirty on the inside. I am not sure how often they clean their machines. Secondly and most importantly, their washing machines are priced incorrectly. On my recent visit, one of the larger machines was showing $8.00 for a wash but it took $9.00 instead. I was not the only customer that this had happened to. Taking advantage of your customers, especially regarding money, is wrong. There is no reason that the owner can provide to explain why the washing machines are set up that way. I cannot recommend this place.

I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. Originally went to my old go-to next to the Indian…read morerestaurant, but, the machine ate $4.50, and there was no one there for a refule to the rescue and I found here! Am I glad I did! A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! In the meantime, he also works at the mini-mart next door for all your laundry and snack needs! So easy, affordable and pleasant, I may consider washing my comforters more often!
