It's a shame that I couldn't give this business more than 2 stars. They have good machines. The facility is usually clean. They have a drop off service during the week. And there are a lot of restaurants nearby. However, the machines seem to be dirty on the inside. I am not sure how often they clean their machines. Secondly and most importantly, their washing machines are priced incorrectly. On my recent visit, one of the larger machines was showing $8.00 for a wash but it took $9.00 instead. I was not the only customer that this had happened to. Taking advantage of your customers, especially regarding money, is wrong. There is no reason that the owner can provide to explain why the washing machines are set up that way. I cannot recommend this place. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely would not recommend I called and listened to the voicemail that said they do drop off service so I went in and a very rude woman at 7 o'clock on a Saturday night. Told me to write my message on a piece of paper with a phone number and throw my very expensive Lola blanket on the floor and Yolanda would get it on Monday. Then she proceeded to tell me that it is a self-service laundromat and there is no guarantee that my blanket would still be there because there is no "security" and it is unmanned most of the time. If you don't actually offer secure, laundry, drop off service that guarantees my item will still be there when I come back for it, don't advertise the service. read more

Good luck finding a parking spot. I'm sure it will be a walking distance, bring your own change. I put a $20 bill in the machine and it only gave me $15 back. I proceeded to explain to a woman that was there maintaining the laundromat and she pretty much told me that it usually only miss one or two dollars never five dollars missing The washing machine did not take a lot of the water out of the clothes when I proceeded to take the clothes out of the washing machine they were dripping water now it takes more money to dry clothes. It will cost you $10 to wash your clothes and a minimum of two dollars to dry, I did not end up getting my five dollars back. She pretty much called me a liar. read more

I dropped by this laundromat to wash a big thick comforter that doesn't fit in my own washer. I'd never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect or how things worked. I read other reviews that the place was clean, so I thought I'd give it a shot as it's close to my house. Upon entering, it did appear clean with newer machines that seemed to be all in good working condition. Some of the machines are bigger to hold bigger loads, and those I found out are more expensive to use. The washer I used did a good job of washing my quilt for the most part. Speaking of prices, price of drying is posted on laminated papers, but the price of washing is not. Each machine has the price shown, but shown weirdly. For example, the machine I picked had 1000 on it. Not $10, but one thousand. Confusing for a newbie but okay. I'll add there was not an attendant when we arrived. I was there for about 45 minutes before an attendant made herself visible. So I figured this all out on my own, or with the help of regulars. I also learned from other patrons that the machines don't take cards, only COINS. And the washers only take $1 coins. There's a coin vending machine, but if you didn't bring cash, you'll need to go to the atm as one is not provided. In that case you'll walk to the opposite end of the strip mall to the bar to that atm where you'll be charged $3.50 fees for cash. Or prepare and have cash when you arrive. This being my first time I had no idea. Also not good customer service to have this set up. Not convenient. I ended up paying $10 to wash my blanket (expensive), $1.25 to dry for 32 minutes, then took it home to dry the rest of the way. I will say for as large as my comfort is, it's impressive how dry the machine got it in 32 minutes. With the price you pay to wash it should be free though. There's not much seating, and what little seating there is, it's uncomfortable. There's a vending machine with snacks and soda as well as laundering items for sale. When we were there, the bathroom was out of order. So no bathroom. Good thing I saw the sign before walking all the way to the bar for cash. I used the bar restroom. Thank God they're gracious to allow someone else's customers to use their cash machine and restroom. There's one TV that was set to daytime TV. I read a book instead. For as rare as I need a laundromat, I may try other places in the future. I have nothing to compare it to as I've not used others in the area. They get 2 stars for cleanliness and reliable machines. The manager or whoever the lady was working there was no help at all. Each machine takes a different coin (stupid as hell) and there's no way to get your money back if you mess that up. Nor was the lady willing to help. 100/100 would not recommend! It also has a weird odor which is stranger for a laundromat. read more

Sketchy with people just lingering and following you around. No attendant on duty, machines require "coins" but no atm or way of getting change. If you walk in with quarters you're screwed because "coin" machine only takes dollars. Machines for bulk items are overpriced at $9 but vague signage inform you of that. read more

Have to bring your own bills, or go to a merchant next door. If you go to Beall's, you have to buy something for the cashier to be able to open the register. Terrible service all around. If I could post less stars, I would. I've been to laundromats all over Florida, this is one of the worst Laundromat's in all of Tampa. My mother and I barely heard any water coming out of the machines to begin with. We tried to use the only one huge washing machine in the entire STORE, and after we inserted the money over 16$, another customer, not even the lady who works there ((because she was no where to be found)) tells us the machine doesn't work because she just went through it. Then the worker shows up and the lady questions why there was no sign saying it doesn't work. The worker decided to say she locked it so no one can use it but already over two customers already inserted over 16$. I'm sure the worker needed the 32$ more than us, she seemed like she really wanted to take the money then actually work for it. The same only one worker, decided to tell us after 20 -30 minutes after we put in our clothes that we put too much soap. Which if she was actually working and around the whole mess would've been avoided. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them their money at all. that could've been avoided if anyone was around doing their actual job and actually had working machines with water. PLEASE Don't give your hard earned money to this place, I guarantee there's better places than this hole. Also it took the worker over 15-20 minutes to clean the mess up but she had no problem popping out of no where telling people to move their carts out the way. read more

I came with one load to wash @ 7:55p. As I proceeded in to do 1 load, the worker (tall lady w/ pink hair) stated that the owner would shut off the electric if I attempted to put my clothes in the washer b/c it was too late. The worker called the owner MIKE (who I spoke with) and he stated that he refused to pay someone $15 hour for me to wash 1 load at 8pm. There were other patrons in the business and a man verbally attacked me for attempting to use the service. Attempting to ignore him, he aggressively walked towards me saying that I was a S**** person b/c I waited until this late in the evening to wash a load. Wow, all of this to wash a load. I have used this laundry mat during the day in the past and have never had such a horrible experience. The worker had both front and back doors open past 8:30pm with noone in the business and doing what appeared to be nothing. The business hours should be reflected accurately on signage. read more

I had some large items to wash, so I visited this laundromat because it was close to my house. They have since changed the policy on the coin dispensing machines. There are now machines that dispense quarters and the other machine that dispenses dollar coins. Not knowing any better I put a $20 bill in the quarter machine. The washing machines don't quarters only dollar coins...and you can't exchange quarters for dollar coins. WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF. I asked the attendant if she can exchange quarters for dollar coins and she said that she could not???? What type of business is this??? Not one I plan on coming back to. read more

Clean; relatively expensive; customer service is extremely lacking. I was in over the weekend and - at my own fault - left an entire washer of clothing behind. While I definitely do not hold the owners responsible in any way, the least they could have done would have been to return my two phone calls simply asking if anyone had been kind enough to leave my clothes as lost & found. Instead, my calls went ignored. A simple "no" would have sufficed. The next time my washing machine breaks, I'll be sure to spend my $90 elsewhere! **Thank you for responding. Clean and well maintained. My washing machine broke and has been taking weeks to get repaired properly. We've had to come here several times as a result. Much less painless experience than expected. They keep this place very clean and comfortable. Lots of large machines that will fit enormous amounts of clothes, cutting down on wash time and simplifying the process. Gas dryers work more efficiently than electric ones so that too speeds up the process. Pleasantly surprised. read more

Currently on vacation and had to wash a Walmart bag sized load of wash. The cheapest washer is expensive as hell and the dollar coin machine ripped me off a dollar after i had to go find an ATM somewhere else. There soap selections are also no good. read more

Quarters are ONLY for the dryers. The washing machines take dollar coins exclusively!! When I went in, there was no staff to be found anywhere. It is true that there are no machines broke down. Very clean and quiet facility, but, I fear prices are a bit escalated to compensate for the dollar-only machine conversions. read more

So, my washer broke. On Christmas Eve. And I had to travel out of town the following weekend with my family of 4. This meant I had to drag myself to a laundromat. I hadn't really been to one in 12 years. I take that back, I think I came here to wash a comforter once. Anyhow, I dragged my 6 loads of laundry here the Friday in between New Years and Christmas. It was pretty busy for midday, but I was able to find 6 available machines. What I was unable to find, however, was a human being that worked there. I had about $40 in cash on me due to a return I had made that morning, and I used every bit of it to launder my clothes. Ouch. And I had no money left so I ended up bringing home a load of towels that were still damp. The washers were about $4 a load, depending on how big of a machine you got. The dryers were .25 for 5 minutes and there was a bigger one that was .50 for 6 minutes but dried quicker. The place itself was fairly clean and organized, and there was a tv and soda and snack machine. There was a restroom, but it looked like it hadn't been attended to in a while. There were plenty of wheeled baskets and the walkways were easy to navigate. My biggest complaint is that my clothes had grease spots on them. I used my same detergent from home and never had this problem so it was obviously their machines. Luckily we got a replacement washer on New Years Eve, so I won't need to go back! read more

Besides this place being VERY OVER PRICED the lady who answers the phone and comes in to clean is VERY RUDE !!! I called her to let her know one of the washers wasn't working and my clothes were dripping wet but she refused to even give me back $1 out if a $7 expense. Then she proceeded to clean the dryer lint next to me with an open door that blew all the lint on me, the floor and my clean clothes too! Clean interior, lots of machines. Main complaint was the washers only accept dollar coins. Only way to get dollar coins is one machine they have that only accepts dollar bills. I'm new to the area. I haven't used a laundromat in years. However, yesterday evening 1/29/2021 I had the need. We found a laundromat, I called no one answered the phone, however, the message stated that last wash at 8:00 pm. We rushed to get there and arrived at 7:20 pm. We were greeted by a (tall older lady with purple hair) power shuts off at 8:00 pm. I stated I called, there was no answer and your message states last wash at 8:00 pm..."Due to COVID Power Shuts off at 8:00 pm". She was unprofessional and we felt unwelcome at this business. We stood in front of and watched the washer for the 23+ mins cycle (started wash 7:25 pm and ended 7:50 pm). While waiting for the washer to finish around 7:48 pm the lights inside were shut off. Save your time, money and your laundry and find a business that appreciates you being there. We're in a global pandemic, customer service should be top notch! Excellent Clean Laundromat with No Out Of Order Machines. Lots of New Washers & Dryers with plenty of signs to explain how to use equipment efficiently. Store is Open 7 Days a week 8am-8pm. They also have Wash Dry Fold Service Monday-Friday that is available from 8am-1pm for those to busy to do it yourself. read more

Best coin laundry. Ever. Dreading using a public laundry, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean facility and safe environment. The monster machines can get a weeks worth of laundry accomplished in a few loads. Fresh, clean and out the door quickly. Questions about the machines, no problem. Clear and helpful instructions for use posted on every wall. I'm likely to even return after getting my beloved machines hooked up in our new house. read more
