My Shoes and Old Clips
Sam L.

I brought in my road bike for repair and cleanup to get it ready to sell, and Jeff and his team provided great service. Although it took a little longer than I expected, they were amazingly kind, generous, went above and beyond, demonstrated concern about fine-tuning things on my bike for safely, made sure the tension on my clips was appropriate and comfortable with my shoes, and did a professional job overall at a great price. I was very much impressed and well appreciated their help with this endeavor, and I would go back for any bike projects/repairs in the future.

My stripped out crank arm.

TRUST WHAT PEOPLE SAY ON THEIR BAD REVIEWS!!!! Brought in my bike for a simple stripped out crank arm. Jeff took my name and number and tells me he'll let me know by the end of the day. I asked how much do u think it'll cost he just says I'll let u know. Fast forward to later that day. I called in to see if there's any updates and Jeff tells me that they're still working on my bike. I thought that was odd coz it's just a stripped out crank arm it shouldn't take that long to figure out if it's fixable or not. Make the long story short I called him and said I rather just pick up my bike and get a new crankset. Jeff tells me I can do that but he'll charge me $50 for working on my bike. If I was born yesterday or a newbie to mountain biking then I would've obliged but who is this guy think he's fooling. $50 for taking out the cranks on my bike and not do anything? I went back in to the shop and got my bike. Jeff was not there after I just told him Im on my way to pick it up. I spoke to his associate and he could not agree with me more. He gladly gave me back my bike while having Jeff on the phone still telling me I need to pay. I left as fast as I can from that horrible place while hearing the associate tell Jeff " You can't keep treating people this way!" YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Faded, ripped and dirty kids trailer.
Jason R.

Went in to get a little bicycle trailer (the ones that attach to the back of the bicycle that you can put a child or dog into) and the owner Jeff was helpful in showing them and said it'd mount right to my bike with a little modification to the bracket that holds it on (he literally just had to drill the hole out a little bit to get it to fit my bike) I said alright sounds good he said great, come pick it up tomorrow! I responded with a hesitant yes wondering why it'd take more than 3 minutes to drill the hole a little bigger. Figured maybe there was something I was missing so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to come get it tomorrow. The next day I sent my girlfriend to pick it up and he came out showing it to her and she immediately noticed this one looked used, was sun damaged, ripped and very dirty. She contacted me explaining it to me and I looked at it and sure enough it was all of these things. He blamed the construction across the street and instead of offering to order us a new one and just use the same small modified bracket on it or discount it or work with us at all he completely shut down not listening to my girlfriend at all pushing anything she said to him right off and stormed inside the store disappearing. Very disappointed with my experience here, will not be going back or recommending it to anyone. Very inappropriate way to treat a customer.

Newly tuned up bike !

Hello do you carry the Enzo EBike lite in black?

Personally, I don't know for sure but may be over there today or tomorrow where I can ask and get back to you. I would just call them during business hours at +1 (619) 368-3125…

The service here is incredible! I took my grandsons dirt bike that was purchased at Walmart to…read moreMission Trails Bike Shop as I needed to get advice regarding a defective fork. I explained to Jeff and Jayden that the purchase was 3rd party. Initially the company refused to accept the return. Jeff and Jayden managed to find a way to make the bike rideable!! Thanks to them my grandson is VERY HAPPY!!

I went into Mission Trails Bike Shop today to get help replacing a tube on a fat tire bike. I…read morebrought both the tire and the tube, so all I needed was the labor. Their website lists a tire tube change at $10 for labor only, which seemed fair. As soon as I arrived, they started working on the tire and removed the tube. It took them about 10 minutes to do, using metal tire levers which I was trying to avoid at home so I would not damage the rim. But, professionals, right? I trusted what they were doing, and ultimately the rim looks fine. When it came time to pay, I was asked if I had cash. I did not, so I went to get some to support a small business. I came back with $40. That is when the gentleman saw the cash and hand and told me they "usually charge $40" for the service, even though the website says $10 and there were no prices posted in the shop. I can understand paying extra since it was a fat tire and a little more difficult, maybe even $20, but being charged $40 after they saw the cash in my hand felt shady. Perhaps it was my mistake not asking about the pricing upfront, but if you have pricing posted on your website, I would expect it to be in that ballpark. In the end, I paid four times the posted rate just for labor, despite supplying my own parts. I will not be returning to this shop and cannot recommend it to others.
