Possibly there are cheaper ways to go, but I want advice from people with knowledge and the security that they stand behind what they say. Fantastic service as always. Chainring/crank assembly delaminated, a known issue with a recall from Shimano across multiple variants, apparently. Took care of dealing with Shimano, offered a temporary replacement--which I stupidly declined, not realizing how long it would take Shimano to respond--no fault of theirs. That was a me problem. I spoke with the owner (Mike) of Pulse Endurance regarding the purchase of a bike and not only did he NOT rush me to decision, but gave me all options that fit my requirements for making a solid road bike purchase. Though it took me 2 years to come to conclusion (so many options along with meeting my budget) and he was there to assist. Now I have my retirement bike and it is perfect for me. I have NEVER enjoyed riding a bike this much and in this much comfort! I needed my back tire changed but after breaking after all of plastic levers while attempting it, I decided to just do a quick run to the bike shop. I dismounted my back tire and took the new one with me. I was greeted by the gentleman in the front who motioned to take my items to the repair section in the back. I was again greeted and asked what I needed. I wasn't sure if I needed a new tube, too, so I asked that they please check it. Gentleman noticed the two patches and said it looked good making sure it didn't loose air. He kindly shared some tips, but he was so much faster than I would be that I'll probably just come back! He changed the tire, aired it up and took me to the front to check out. Super fast and all staff was polite and helpful. I needed the back tire changed so I can ride it on my stationary bike at home because the treads were making too much noise (and it was driving me nuts). I'll be coming back for a tune up soon. Not a single "hello," or ANY type of customer service skill at this location. They make you feel rushed and are very short with their answers almost as if they want you to leave quick. The main character is a Ramon. Just an old grumpy man with zero social skills. If you're so miserable at your job just leave and make room for someone who wants to work. Horrible communication by this shop. False "due dates," when working on a bike. Zero effort to fix a problem. Me and my buddies will be staying away from this shop and will make sure that we spread the word for others to stay away. Absolute tragedy of a "business." Unlike other stores they carry the top brands, all under one roof. And they will trade in your old rig too. Most of the maintenance to my bikes, especially the wheels, is done by Paul. I was offered $3,000 by Matt for my Pinarello Dogma as a trade-in (which is undervalued, because I was offered more than that on Offer Up multiple times), but for the sake of convenience, I accepted their offer. But when I was ready to purchase a Pinarello Paris 105, I was denied given the excuse that I cannot trade-in for something for the same price point. It was not mentioned prior, but okay, I chose a $6,000 Pinarello Prince Force eTap bicycle instead, and asked them to specify the spec sheet of what components the bicycle will come with. No answer, which makes me wonder if they will replace genuine parts with generic aftermarket parts, that's why they won't put it on paper. I send a follow-up text to see if that bike is no longer available, then I would be interested in trading in for another bike, but it's been 5 days and still no response - what's sad is that I was really ready to spend thousands of dollars with them. So I am about to meetup with an OfferUp buyer instead and buy my new bike elsewhere. read more

And looking forward to going to the store since I'm a rider. And when I walk in all 5 employees who where on the work roster that day we're busy looking busy but not doing shit. To my surprise I was the only customer in the store and simply asking the young guy working the register where was the chain lubricant located and he said to the back of the store and that's it! The guy didn't show me exactly where it was located, he was to busy on his phone! Dude really, NOT to show me where it's located, NOT to explain which ones are the best options for what I was looking for! These guys don't want talk to you, they don't care to help you out! They completely ignore you! Terrible customer service! If you are looking for a Bike store and have questions, don't waste your time going here! They don't care about their customer's wants and needs. It's like if they wished nobody would walk in. I Encourage this business to TRAIN all those lousy employees. These employees our doing a disservice to our Fellow Americans. They are failing our country and what it stands for. read more
