Not good. Late cleaners that don't clean and pricey too. Don't rec emend

Sarina is fantastic! Great energy, very chatty and cheerful! Booked her for a 4hr deep clean around 3 days in advance for our 1 bedroom walk up in Chelsea and she did a solid job. Our bathroom was generally a mess with mold buildup everywhere and there were spider webs in almost every corner of our home. We had to leave so left her to clean for 4 hours and came back to a sparkling clean home, bleach cleaned bathroom, vacuumed rugs and no more spider webs! Every corner was cleaned. The kitchen stove is now the cleanest it's ever been. She also went above and beyond and folded/organized all our extra blankets/towels and washed all my pots/pans/dishes. Add on to Sarina Reply: the time was still remained the same 9-3.. I told her arrive at 9:30 but she would still be paid from 9-3pm I never switched any Time from the original plan. She also texted me to remove the review. Please do not be fooled this is pure unprofessionalism and uncalled for. Before writing this I have to say the first few cleanings went fine I tipped well and even paid double the hourly rate the first time cleaning. I asked her over the weekend what day works best she gave me a time and day. I get a text half hour before canceling saying if she does mine she can't do another home today? What exactly is that supposed to mean. I will find someone else because what she does in 6 hours most people in this business can do in 3 hours. But I never minded because I trusted her and security is worth the money in my opinion. I am in a bad situation now with guests coming and just appalled by the unprofessionalism. Hope others do not have these issues with her going forward.. I even let this company use my OWN cleaning supplies paper towels wipes vacuum broom everything. I feel like I was not a priority when I always went out of my way to treat them like a real guest in my home. Good luck read more

I am delighted with Sarina's cleaning.I have a 1-bed apartment in East Williamsburg. Sarina has cleaned my apartment on a regular basis for several months now. She is quick to respond via text. She has gone far over and above the line of duty; for example, unprompted - cleaning my windows, clearing out my fridge, cleaning my oven, sorting clothes, taking recycling out, organizing my apartment.. Sarina brings her own cleaning products and makes everything very easy. It's a lovely feeling to come back to my apartment on a day she has cleaned. Working with Sarina was a great experience. We booked her to clean two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and carpeted stairs. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Took way too long to clean, and spent way too much time talking when she could've been doing her job instead. I guess that's how they make their money. Also billed me for her meter parking charges. I was too busy to get into it at the time, but now that I think about it, that's outrageous. How you get to your job is not my problem. As far as the actual cleaning goes, it's nothing special. She did not use any products that smelled nice. I found someone else who cleaned for half the price/speed, and leaves my place smelling awesome. I would not recommend this cleaning service. read more

Sarina came in to organize my dressers and closets and to help me purge. She's amazing, and so friendly and didn't waste a single minute. Sarina staff has been cleaning our office in college point for several months. We have been very happy with the service contracted. The office is vacuumed and the kitchenette area is cleaned wonderfully! The staff is so happy that the office is cleaned regularly. Absolute scam. She arrived one hour late, from the beginning she was overwhelmed and saying she wanted to finish ASAP, told me "two employees quit on her in one week". Tried to blame me for her lack of planning and scheduling. Her "best" employee quit this morning! Think about what kind of person we are dealing with here. She brought someone else who didn't have a clue as a replacement. BASEBOARDS WERE FILTHY (though she claims they'll be cleaned at least 3 times!) AS I CHECKED FOR WHAT I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED SARINA RESPONDED BY ASKING THE WORKER IF SHE DID THE TASKS I'M ASKING SARINA TO ANSWER FOR SINCE I COULD TELL SURFACES HADNT BEEN CLEANED. Everything that wasn't done or done wrong she blamed ON HER WORKER! USING THE EXCUSE THAT HER REGULAR GIRL QUIT THIS MORNING, how is that my concern? Her other excuse that they were only 2 people and they can only do so much. WHAT?? That the apt was very dirty, meanwhile it's an empty apt that she was hired to deep clean and we were paying EXTRA for the details everyone else includes in deep cleanings/ move in cleanings. Also, what I'm understanding is In SIX hours she didn't double check the work??! She doesn't have a checklist to go through to make sure the job is done correctly? What kind of business is she running?? The previous reviewer is correct, it takes her (with her worker) 6 hours to do what one cleaner with common sense would does in half the time! All she did was complain about how long she took with her mediocre cleaning attempt ( KEEP IN MIND THE APT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY, has been cleaned by the coop company and by the painters before they left!! Since they took longer than they planned she wasn't able to go through a checklist of what the worker had or had not done? She used how busy she was today as a poor excuse for her laziness. She dared to say we should have hired her for the day before since she had more free time. The most enraging part is the one thing she half cleaned lshe took the dirt and grime out of (our radiators) and washed her tools in our bathtub!!! Which she had "already bleached and scrubbed" yet she had no clue how to pull the drain stopper out to let the filthy water drain and claimed our tub was clogged! Her defense was to say we lived in an old apartment and it was an old tub, so we should go buy draino and plunge and clean it ourselves tomorrow!!! Truly comical!!! When we did the initial iwalk though we very very clear since we have a baby and we're specifically requesting sanitizing the bathroom, especially the bathtub yet she decides to wash her dirty tools in my tub before she leaves, in the already "sanitized" tub! She dared to scream and slam things when confronted about this and say we "clearly needed the money" and "wanted it for free" even though we came cash in hand. There was dust on surfaces, vanity in bathroom, ac's and shelves. The tape that was left by the painters over AC to hold our it's cord up over the recently paint windowsill in master BR was exactly the way they left it and as soon as I moved it, dust ... so that was not even touched! When I pointed out the dust on the shelves in the bedroom closet she took a dirty dry rag and swiped it on our clean floors!! Also to be noted A "Freshly cleaned, mopped, steamed floor" that her and her worker were now walking around on with their dirty shoes!! We are appalled! SARINA IS THE OWNER AND HAS ZERO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Her cleaning is mediocre at best, she is rude, classless, and unreliable. Literally tried to get in my face and put her hands on me while accusing me of now wanting to pay her when I never said anything like that. Just asked her do finish the job and do it correctly! According to Sarina my lack of trust in her showed i was scarred by my experience as a New Yorker! As a New Yorker born and raised, I'm warning fellow New Yorkers who are giving this despicable human being the ability to run this scam of a business, don't do it! DO NOT TRUST HER TO CLEAN YOUR HOME, DO NOT THROW YOU MONEY AWAY. HIRE A REPUTABLE BUSINESS WHOSE REVIEWS ARE NOT FROM HER HUSBAND AND TURKISH FRIENDS! DO NOT GO WITH THIS CROOK! read more

Besides being an excellent cleaner, she has a good eye for design and has pragmatic solutions for many problems, so she has helped me with many things beyond simple cleaning.
