Dr. Kaye always remembers us when we come in & remembers all of Lokai's previous issues (penis infection, double ear infection). I think my favorite part is that he doesn't do any unnecessary testing or treatment. He doesn't try to push anything on you, even if you suggest it. I really appreciated the fact that during this pandemic, my dog was making this weird breathing noise that freaked me out so I was told to send in a video instead of coming in. He called about an hour later (he was in surgery & my dog's issue wasn't serious) & told me what was going on with my dog. This was AWESOME! It kept all of us safe & quickly eased my worries. Dr. Kaye honestly just cares so much & is so gentle with Lokai (even though I'm an anxious mess the whole time because that's my baby). The staff is also super friendly & very knowledgable about dogs!! I couldn't have found a better vet after moving to a new city (from FL) & not knowing anything about the area. One thing to note is that Dr. Kaye likes to joke. His sense of humor isn't what someone might expect from a vet but he means no harm EVER & is simply making jokes & making stressful situations less stressful. He's trying to lighten the mood. I called to confirm our in-home appt now 2 weeks before we leave. They were supposed to meet the cats at our home and take the house key. The owner is driving to my house the morning of our appointment, he gets lost and ends up in Hillside in Queens somewhere near the LIE. He calls me 5 mins before the appt to advise me he was confused and doesn't service my area. AFTER THREE MONTHS now you check the address and you go back on your promise and confirmation. Nice, What kind of business is this? Now my cats are left with no care thanks to them. Maybe they're getting old and heartless but you don't do that to people. We leave on vacation with the family and friends and now we have no one to care for our cats. I will make sure to let everyone know that is referring your company how horrible you are. I'd emailed Pet Sitters Club at short notice to establish walks for my puppy Leo, and James came early to our apartment on a Saturday morning to set everything up. He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. He also gave me other tips that I've incorporated into Leo's training. Leo's walked by Gabby daily and we're really happy with her! We were reunited and went to get my other dog to find out she was cut on her leg. Bleeding everywhere. The owner went after my Aussie and was frantic when he came back to the store. I was never called but he did explain his priority was to get my dog as he escaped. We went to the hospital to get them taken care of luckily the dog who escaped was fine other than torn paw pads. The owners did take care of the bill and also extra for everything caused. They also sent me a care package the next day which was very kind of them. They have been very attentive and as I do appreciate everything, it doesn't take away the trauma we all went through. I really hope that the security for the pups gets taken care of for their safety and to avoid a tragedy. I won't post pictures because it's just depressing. I just want things to get taken care of for the future. I give my best to the shop and owners.

Nancy first of all was gracious enough to take on the task of caring for Piggie who we dearly love as he is about 5 years old close to 6 inches in length and yes a chubby fish who loves to eat yet needs special custom care. Nancy was very detail oriented and out us at ease with her knowledge, experience and expertise caring for Piggie. She wanted to do everything hands on so she would insure it was done properly and that told us she really cares for those pets she takes under her wing. Piggie needs a special blend of regular fish food and crushed fresh peas which is a little bit of work but Nancy understood and didnt deem it a problem at all. We enjoyed our vacation knowing our pet was in great hand with Nancy. We felt very fortunate to find someone with her credentials willing to stop in daily to care for our fish. Her rates are surprisingly fair and affordable and she truly treats each pet as if her own and that to me is priceless. I could go on and on saying more good things that she is punctual, friendly understanding etc but I'm sure you get my point. 5 stars off the charts review and highly recommend Nancy and her company. I knew my babies were in such good hands with Dana the sitter, who was nice enough to bring my mail in and took the time to play and engage with them--and they warmed up to her quickly (not an easy thing for them to do with strangers!) . I have known Ari for 4 months now. I met him on the streets of my neighborhood while walking my own…read moredog. I thought he was a neighbor with a dog and he thought I was a fellow dog walker. Very likely because I spend 3 hours a day walking my dog! Anyway, we are probably the 2 people in my neighborhood who spend the most time on these streets walking a dog. We became friends quickly. But I am not only a friend but a client as well in the sense that I was so incredibly impressed with how responsible, concerned and involved Ari is with the dogs that are entrusted to him that I asked him to be my primary contact for my American Kennel Club (aka AKC) Back Up Plan. That means that in the event something would happen to me and I could not take care of my beloved dog, Ari would be contacted to step in for him. That speaks volumes about the trust and faith I have in Ari. I am an admitted over the top dog Mom who is crazy about my dog. I simply could never entrust his well being to just anyone. Ari is a very special person. I happen to know not only Ari but many of the dogs and the owners that he works for. Both the dogs and the dog owners are effusive about Ari, and with very good reasons. He genuinely cares about what he is doing and takes it very seriously. He is always thinking about the dogs he takes care of and what is best for them. Between you and me, I think he cares more about the dogs than many of the owners. I have spent serious time with Ari while he is walking individual dogs and have even met him at the dog run for our development so my dog could play with some of the dogs that he takes care of on a regular basis. Ari happens to have a client who has the same type of dog as mine, which is a Shiba Inu, and we have arranged for the two of them to play together in the dog run and knock one another out. I even recorded their play session and Ari sent it to the owners so they could see what a good time their dog had with another Shiba Inu. Ari also has an assistant who works for him (because that is how busy he is) who happens to be someone I know as well. She is also dog crazy and that is how I met her. I cannot recommend Ari highly enough.
