The MIDDLE pre-calculated gratuity was 28%. Does it say that it's 28%? No. Usually the pre-calculated amounts are 15% on the left, 18% in the middle, and 20% on the right or something similar. I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.

Absolutely not. So why does your business expect different standards when the inconvenience is on your side? Instead of taking ownership and offering a fair solution, your response comes off as defensive, dismissive, and frankly, childish. Saying that "nothing would've been enough for me" is a weak excuse and a clear attempt to deflect responsibility. What would have been enough? A sincere effort to fix the situation, not a passive apology. This whole experience -- and your response -- reflects poor management, a lack of customer care, and a complete failure in how to run a responsible business. This salon charges clients 100% of the service fee if you're late or miss an appointment -- but when they're the ones causing the delay, they offer nothing in return. I had an appointment with Kaylin and arrived on time. At the front desk, I was told she was running over 30 minutes behind. No one contacted me beforehand. When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full. This one-sided treatment is unacceptable. Be cautious -- this place does not value clients, and they will not take responsibility when they're at fault.
