We had a full consultation beforehand where she went over everything in detail -- the process, color selection, healing stages, and aftercare. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. She also guided me on proper prep, including starting antivirals three days prior, which I really appreciated. That level of care and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the appointment. Her communication is excellent -- clear, responsive, and consistent throughout the entire process. On the day of the appointment, everything was clean, organized, and she took her time to make sure the shape and color were just right for me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Now that I'm healing, everything is happening exactly as she explained it would. I was charged around $250+ for my lashes and eyebrow lamination/tint. The tint was not my eyebrow color, it lasted maybe a week. So did the lamination, i think lasted 10 days. Also, she would not wax or clean up my brows before or after. The lashes did not stay on for more than 2 weeks at all, and honestly didn't look good on my face shape. Just the usual corporatey business that costs too much for below average work.
