When I purchased the car I paid for the delivery to which it was supposed to be arriving 3 days after I bought it. But when I didn't get any response or update after 3 days. I called them to make sure my car was still coming, which they told me the car had not left their lot yet. They gave me a new update on delivery, which I think is weird, they should have told me about that before I paid for the delivery cost. I got my car a week later, and I then had to wait for my title and other paperwork to show up, which they did not tell me when would come. After a month of waiting, I called them because I didn't get any updates. They told me the paperwork had been sitting at the dealership for pickup! PICKUP?? Lmfao, to which I told them I needed delivered AGAIN. This company definitely needs to work on communication, although the vehicle showed up in good condition this caused a lot of stress to me because I had no verification or trust in the weeks I waited for my car. For such a big purchase this is a h

When purchasing the car I got told it when through a full inspection and the car was in good mechanical order. Well that was a lie! After driving the car for on two months. It started to have a slight hesitation when speeding up on the highway then that turned into an engine misfire. Then shortly after that, a knocking noise. So after looking over the car. I discovered that there bin a on going camshaft position sensor leak. I have installed photos of it. You might ask how is that related to a misfire. So when the camshaft position sensor start leaking oil on the M157 engine. The oil goes into the electrical connector and then through the hole engine wiring harness. I did look at the sensors before purchasing the vehicle, but they must've had clean the connector so you could not notice the oil leaking into the wiring harness. I know I bought the vehicle as is, but it really shady what they did and would like to warn others.

I was waiting to see how the transportation sector was going to evolve with public transit, EV's taking precedence over hybrid power-trains, and all of the emission controls/technology on traditional ICE vehicles. Needless to say, my 31 year old pickup gave up the ghost and I found myself in a pinch to purchase a reliable truck. Larry H. Miller surprised me. Hands down, ask for Nikita (Nik) Nikulin; he made my "new" auto experience, from a dealership no less, as stress free, personal, and informative as I could have hoped for. Nik was very personable, resourceful, and just a good human being through my whole truck research and purchase. Larry H. Miller Lakewood was my very last stop of the day when I found my gently used and super clean 2021 Ram Warlock, and Nik worked diligently with me to let me come back the next day without any purchasing pressure to let me make sure this new "investment" was going to be what I needed, as much as what I wanted in something this side of the millennium. Now I wish I could say the same about auto insurance, but that is another rant for somebody else. Nik also worked on my behalf to sweeten the deal without blowing my budget, and hooked me up with a locksmith to get an OEM discounted spare key made, and a mechanic that he trusts with these new autos since this ride is not necessarily a machine I can maintain at my shop like I used to. Nothing but great things to say about Nik, and I appreciate the professionalism Larry H. Miller also provided to me. I still can't believe how inflated the used automotive markets prices are following the Covid era, but I took advantage of one of the best deals for me, right time-right place situation, and I am happy it was at Larry H. Miller in Lakewood, and that I had the pleasure of working with Nik. Now I can only be optimistic the Ram can make it a few decades through the Rocky Mountains! Best regards.

I'm glad the job was done right, but the cost and time make me hesitate to return. If they would just be upfront about how long it will take, or change the appointment scheduling system somehow, that would greatly improve customer satisfaction. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I tried to give constructive feedback. Thank you. I know you have a LOT of customers to handle!

Its been 8 months and my car still drives perfectly. Lost my keys went to go buy new ones they said I had to tow my car there and it would take 2 hours and 250$ to reprogram my key, got a locksmith to do it in 5 minutes for 100$. This dealership is horrendous, they fail to inform you about failing hardware and wait for your car to have a critical failures over charge and over estimate labor charge, it even takes 3 hours to change your oil even when you have an appointment. Says right on the instructions SERVICE as there is cutting involved on the panels in the cargo area. After consulting with sales and service literally no one offered a solution other than go home and cut on your new car with an xacto knife. REALLY? We'd have paid 50 bucks or whatever but they didn't even offer to have a tech do it and have it be their responsibility to make sure it's correct. Now the really fun part. Friday I got home and the car wouldn't charge. The locking pins in the cars port are stuck and thus, the car cannot be charged as verified by the service department on Saturday. When I asked how long it will take to to replace it I was advised by the service representative he didn't know, mine would be the first. I feel sick sitting here writing this. It's all smiles and handshakes when you are buying the car but shortly thereafter you are just another number living in a state with arguably the worst lemon laws in the nation. I want my freaking trusty reliable Camry back. I want nothing further to do with this freaking useless car. I want my 32k back and the opportunity to go forth and buy something else. There is no way that will happen in Colorado so I resort to online reviews in hopes of getting the attention I deserve on this matter. Cannot recommend that anyone buy a car here. UPDATE: So after the repairs are complete, the car still will not charge. Lucky the sales manager, (I wish I was making this up but that is dude's name), Lucky has deferred responsibility to cooperate. His reasoning: I posted bad reviews. There is some logic for you. The car doesn't meet Chevy's corporate guidelines for them to take the car back. Completely useless brand new car and they won't take it back. Guess what Lucky the sales manager? The bad reviews will continue until I get something that resembles customer satisfaction. I am open to a replacement in RS trim, chili pepper red is preferred. Either that or a check for $32k will do. I can't even work using the rental because it isn't and EV and Passengers pay a premium for EV rides. It is really the only reason I bought the car to begin with. Update#2: So there is a cooperate case opened, Chevy cannot fix the BRAND NEW car due to a part back order which in this case is indefinite. Emich's whole team is doing everything they can to help but it is in GM's hands. I will push for mediation if something doesn't resolve in the next two days. I can't work and this has gone on for a week. My tags are due on a car I no longer trust or want. A car sitting at the dealership irreparable. That to me is enough. Update #3 Somehow, they did it. The car is charging. The biggest frustration was the fact that answers about things like parts and such were really not there. This is of course no fault of the team at Emich. I LOVE this car, love at first drive. That was a big part of the reason I was so bummed when it stopped working correctly. This whole team at Emich killed it and I am very happy to get my car back tomorrow. Thanks to you all.

What shouldn't happen is weeks of poor communication, lack of accountability, and having to repeatedly ask for updates and answers. We ultimately had to push to have Bevy transferred to an EV-certified Chevrolet dealership for a proper evaluation. What should've been a simple tire rotation turned into weeks of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and confidence that their vehicle will be properly cared for. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience.
