We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! I am not sure of his name but he is very thorough which is awesome in the winter when you have so much snow caked under your car. The car wash itself though is not great. It gets it pretty clean but at the end it did not rinse all the soap off and it did not dry very well. Which means i now have alot of soap streaks all over my car and because it's winter they are frozen soap streaks. But on the plus side the giant chunks of snow are gone.

It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.
