I've been a Titanium member for several months now. I never had an issue till Friday March 20th, 2026. I went through the wash and half way through my car felt like it hit something which included a substantial thud on top of the bump. I reported the issue as there was damage to my rims from the car wash. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Pics and video were taken and I was told someone would contact me after reviewing the video of my car going through the machine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since I've been going there often as I have the monthly Titaniium membership and never had an issue before I assumed it was a fluke. So when my car invariably got covered in pollen I took the car back the next day Saturday and it happened again. A bump and thud halfway through the machine which led to more damage to my rims. The damage was minor but the car isn't very old(2024) and I've kept it perfect till these 2 incidents. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made a report again but they tried to tell me the damage was there before I had gone through the car wash but I know and I emphasize know it wasn't.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm very anal about my car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They took pics etc, and again said I'd be contacted but no one ever did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No complaint number/Incident or reference number given to me which means they didn't adhere to Mister Car Washes corporate policies. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I couldn't stand seeing the rims damaged so I paid out of my own pocket to fix the rims immediately. And it looks like Mister Car Wash got away with damaging my car. I'm leaving this review to inform other customers so they can protect themselves. If you choose to use them I suggest taking pics or video of your rims before going in or better yet having a dash cam to record any problems you experience going through their car wash so they can't do to you what they did to me to you. read more

Review: 1 Star I canceled my Unlimited Wash Club membership with Mister Car Wash over the phone, and the representative confirmed the cancellation. Despite that, they continued to charge my account for 7 more months--without my knowledge and without notifying me of any issue with the cancellation. I didn't use the service after I canceled, so I had no idea I was still being billed. Went today to get my car wash- bought the basic wash and paid extra to have my wheels and tires done. Went through the was and my car was still so dirty. I drove around and complained - the team told me that the car is only really cleaned with the more expensive washes. Really? They said they only put soap on car but it doesn't clean it. The focus is on the wheels and not cleaning the car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They would not put my car back through.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also no longer have towels or cleaning products. I've never had any problems with them and I love the free vacuums because other vacuums cost a ton of money and you can take as long as you need to vacuum it. read more

I went to this joint yesterday only because it was close by. Fortunately, I did not get my car washed here after I asked a few questions. My first question: do you provide dry cloths to wipe the car down? Answer: "we don't, but there is a vending machine that has them!" Are you so cheap, you can't provide a basic necessity for a car being washed at your joint? My next huge objection is the cost of the car wash: $26.99! That is ridiculous. I immediately left and went to another car wash friendly business, $6.99 cheaper AND the drying cloths are provided for every stall, with winder, a powerful vacuum cleaner, and another air pump I did not use, ALL for $10.00. I scrolled through the reviews posted, and couldn't see what many posted about. To me, it seemed pretty simple to get a car wash here. It also did a pretty good job. Certainly better than the other two in Buford. The vacuums were working well and the area was well kept. The only negative I found was the cashless program. I like to use cash when I can, and try to minimize credit card exposure. Nonetheless, I do recommend this place. read more

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I went to this business after calling them to verify they had a touch free car wash experience. The person who answered the phone said yes. When I got there I asked the guy at the money till before you go into the tunnel for the machine is it was touchless. He said yes. I pulled forward and then confirmed if it was a touch free car wash once I saw the brushes spinning in the tunnel. AGAIN, the now third employee involved confirmed it was a touch free car wash... obviously it isn't. I get Terrance (the only person who did any good in this entire fiasco) and Chris (the current manager) to create a damage report for the swirling created on my brand new, NEVER been washed before, less than 2000 miles on the odometer 2023 Dodge Challenger. It is a black car. They tell me that they will buff the car, after first saying there's nothing they could do about it. I get sent to the wrong building at first, costing me most of my day off. It was an hour away from where I needed to be, at Piedmont. We then get sent to the correct place to fix the car after multiple weeks of waiting. Countless messages, texts, voicemails, and emails left to both this store and corporate. Corporate didn't help worth a dime. They referred me back to Chris. Chris didn't help either much, he just referred me to someone named Jace who not once ever contacted me, even while I was in his store at the Piedmont mister car wash location. Once I'm at the correct place, someone named "E" buffs most of my car in broad daylight. I tell Mr. E that because this is a black car, I will need to see it in the dark to verify if all swirling (and orange peeling) on the ca/ clear coat is gone. E agreed to this. They refused to do anything about the orange peeling they created, by the way. I let that detail slide as I was aware all cars develop that after time. The swirling is what we were looking to fix with Mr. E involved. Lo and behold, I get eyes on the work E did that night and see tons of swirling still present near the roof, above the passenger door. As I still had damage on my car they created, I pursued trying to contact ANYONE at mister car wash for a total of about 3 weeks before hearing again from... ANYONE. Yes, that includes corporate, two managers, and both store's phone lines. Every single time that I called a store I was sent to voicemail. Finally, I get word from Chris that corporate was hounding him about my unresolved situation. He says there is nothing that can be done now for the car, even though they have the guy who has the power to fix the swirling employed for them. When he explained that it was MY fault for driving the car into the wash (after being lied to/misinformed from multiple employees at this location) and that they would not pursue anything to take the damage off the car, I knew there was nothing good to come from further correspondence with Mister Car Wash as a whole. What I want to know is... if it was my fault, then why did Chris say they fired all 3 people involved in misinforming me that day? I have worked as a customer service specialist professionally for about the last decade and I can easily say this is by far the most pitifully easy to fix situation to be presented with as a business, and both Chris and Mister Car Wash completely handled everything unprofessionally, disrespectfully, and without any real morals. You're better off throwing rocks at your car than bringing it to this joke of a "car wash" - the rocks would probably make my car look better after what they've done to it. Okay so I'll review this place Based solely on their self serving / self cleaning of what they provide to the customers. I've been to many similar car wash place with mentioned above service. This place is pretty good. They provide you with everything ( car towel, glass cleaner, even free carpet cleaning machine ) also their vacuum works really well. I pay for their unlimited wash with car wax and tire dressing for $29.99/ mo. Again this review solely based on the drive thru self cleaning. I never try their full service. I came to get the $11 car wash and use the free vacuum. When I went through the wash, my passenger side view mirror cover had come off but the General Manager took excellent care of me. He ordered me a new cover and had it replaced quickly! It's nice to know that I can go to a car wash where if something negative unexpectedly happens, I can rest assured that I will be well taken care of. Note: I provided online reviews for the car wash that used to be at this location (Grand Slam) and voted for them in "Best of Gwinnett". This is an honest and real review. Also note that MOST car washes on here have poor ratings - but look at the reviews for the previous occupant of this car wash - Grand Slam. They have 4.5 stars with 85 reviews. I wish Mister had spent more time looking at what Grand Slam was doing and pleasing all customers before they left because for sure, this isn't Grand Slam anymore. I guess the best part of Mister is that there is never a wait for customers on a monthly plan. Also if you're a monthly customer, you don't have to touch a computer like you did with Grand Slam, just pull up into the Unlimited Members Lane. Free popcorn even though they don't advertise that anywhere Sigh, the reason there isn't much wait to get in is likely because there are so many people who DON'T come here anymore. When I pull into the wash, most (not all) of the greeters do not look like they want to be there. They may or may not spray a little bit of spray on your hood or they might just look at it when the car wash pulls your car into the wash. Unlike Grand Slam, none of the managers has ever introduced themselves to me - I can't even tell who the managers are or if there are any present. TV in the waiting room? Lol - GONE Free re-wash after rain? HAHAHAHA GONE! Usually I just clean my own car inside but sometimes I pay for the detailing inside and/or out. People who clean your cars go way too fast and don't do a good job. They don't even have a manager to come over and check the car and ask me if the car was done right. No more staying open until 8, they close at 7 and 6 on Sunday. I guess they don't have enough business to justify staying open The MUSIC? Yeah, well instead of XM classic rock, or rap, or country - we get Bach, Handel, Chopin, Beethoven - I think they do this so you'll leave faster and not take up their cleaning spots for too long cause you end up just trying to get the hell out of there My wife and I have been unlimited members since two years before Grand Slam closed and Mister took over. Machine malfunctioned a while back and scratched my car. It was minor but still very upsetting. They refused to fix the scratch but I tend to try to give people a break. Today finally pushed me to leave the review. For one of your service van drivers to almost hit me by cutting me off, I honk and he brake checks me. You guys must want to pay for vehicle damage then. Paid for car wash, car came out dirty. I asked for a rewash immediately and even offered to wipe scrub the roof that was still dirty. The supervisor said that they cannot get roofs clean and "they don't cover contaminants". Since when is dirt considered a contaminant. If they had allowed me to wipe off the "contaminants" and rewash, they would have won a customer. Now I am voicing my complaint, hoping to save you some grief. This location was a lot better when it was Grand Slam. When you drove through before the attendant would brush the exterior as you entered the wash. Now they partially spray your windshield with something and walk away. I don't use the detail service, but it used to always be full. I've noticed with Mister there are usually only a car or two in the detail area. I have the monthly unlimited wash due to convenient location, but if they raise prices I'll cancel. I wonder how long they will be in business with the volume and quality Mister has now. read more

STAY AWAY!! I had my car detailed. I watched them clean and vacuum my car and seen a gentleman spraying my car with cleaner and whipping it away. The chemicals got into the speaker mesh and tore my speaker up! On my 2014 Mercedes Benz! Driving down the road me and my girlfriend started to smell smoke and popping sounds from my rear speakers. It was smoking so bad I thought my car was going to catch on fire! As soon as I smelled it I turned around to go to the car wash spoke to a manager " he said don't worry these chemicals are harmless you can drink it?" His exact words so he was no help! This past Saturday, I went to Mister car wash in Buford GA and got a membership $29.99. I washed my car, got it cleaned and left. On my way home I made a stop at a store. When I came out of my car to get a bag from my trunk, I noticed two scratches on my bumper that were not there before I got my car washed. I immediately called the number on the receipt and was told to go back to the location and file a claim. I went back to the car wash, spoke with Kevin Straight the general manager and he basically told me that the scratches didn't happen at the car wash. Then came Quinn, the store manager, he took my information down, a picture of the scratches and told me that Kevin will review the video as as possible and get back to me. I have yet to receive a phone call or an email from Kevin letting me know what he saw on the video since I am not allowed to see it. Is this the way you treat your customers? This is so unprofessional and a poor customer service.This is a brand new car 2020, and I am convinced that it was damaged at the car wash. I am so disappointed in the way you have handled the situation. I am canceling my membership and I am going to write a letter to your corporate office. One unhappy customer. read more

I will say a 4.5 stars from me. I'm honestly surpised by the reviews on here but the truth is that you're not really going to go online to write a review of a car wash unless you had a really bad experience or a really good one. This car wash is honestly my favorite and always gets my car looking pretty good. I go for their most expensive wash, the $20 one but the last time I came in the guy checking out for me let me know for only $9 more I could get unlimited for the month. Which also includes getting to go through the wash 2x a day and if you want them to vacuum and clean it out for you its only $8 more. It was an easy sell to me and he was nice enough to offer me a free detailing that day for signing up. My car is not in the best of shape and I've actually go my front bumper holding on but not very well. I was worried that the wash would tear it up. He let me know that everytime I get it through the wash I can get it taped with no worries. I avoided car washes for a long time because of that so now I'm pretty excited. I will say this though, this car wash is out of my way. I have to make an effort to get to this car wash. Its in the opposite direction of everything for me and I only go when I'm close to the mall, but then its still not in my direction but I like this car wash so much that I make my way to it. The reason I don't have it 5 stars is that my car could of been a little cleaner after they had done an extra clean as well as wipe off some water marks. I will not go back. The first thing I noticed was that I had to remind the guy to brush my windshield and then he didn't do the back. Before this new ownership, that was the norm. I purchased the $18.00 was and when it was done, my car was soaked and there were suds on it. I should have done back and had it re-done, but I was already dissappointed so I just chose to finish up the inside (I do myself) and find a new place to use. Very dissappointed with the new policies, the prices, and the service. Won't be back and don't foresee success for these new owners unless they fix some things. read more

Upon completing my car (which was done way too fast for one technician), I had to ask for him to go back and clean what he missed...TWICE. I had the same problem as D.M. with the unlimited monthly car wash subscription. I physically went to the location on 2/28/2018 and cancelled my membership. Got a receipt confirming the cancellation and today I noticed on my credit card bill they charged me again the monthly fee of $24.99 for March. Do not sign up for the unlimited membership you may have a difficult time getting it cancelled. read more

I've been using this car wash for about 3/4 years now and I have noticed major improvements. I still enjoyed it before but they've definitely stepped it up a bit since the pandemic which is great considering a lot of stuff has gone to sh*ts. I am a seasonal member (I only get a membership during the warm months) but I do go occasionally during the cooler months. Staff is very friendly and they all will waive at you upon arrival and when exiting. I am a bit on the short side so I appreciate that there's 99% of the time someome waiting to assist you at the entrance. This place can definitely get crowded to where there's a waiting line after the wash but since the pandemic they got rid of the detailing and added another row of self serve spots. I like the different vacuum options and they do a great job at keeping the place clean. I've never had any issues but I have seen where some customers aren't happy with the wash (not everything washed off) and they've been allowed to go back through. They even added - I don't know the technical term - but it's like a blower to clean out the hard to get to places. So I thought that was a nice touch since they removed the towels and glass cleaner after the pandemic. I really enjoy coming here. They aren't forceful with their selling of packages. I can say no and not be harassed about how I should really reconsider it. the only thing negative I can say and it's not even them, but I wish people would pay attention to the rules and not blast their music. A lot of people have changed since the pandemic so I can't even blame the staff for not addressing it. Gotta pick your battles. read more

This place is terrible. I chose the platinum wash but specified NO tire shine. My truck not only looked terrible (so many spots weren't touched but no areas were really clean) but they also put so much tire shine on that it slung all over my truck! I had to immediately take it to another car wash. They offer unlimited car washes, which is great, because you'd have to run it through 20 times to get it clean. read more

I liked it better when it was Grand Slam. New ownership is terrible. I paid $45 for an interior and exterior wash and they did a half ass job on the interior. Dash still had dust on it, dog hair still on the seats, ect. The exterior wash left soap on my truck and it streaked horribly. I had to tell the guys several times to even out the tire shine since they just sprayed it on and didn't wipe it on the tires. Overall they did a poor job and I won't be going back. read more

Went there this evening to wash my husbands truck after after he had a muddy weekend in the woods. The two attendants (I didn't get names unfortunately) took probably five full minutes hosing off all of the wheel wells to make sure the mud came off before we drove through. Above and beyond any service we have ever received here, and we so appreciate the effort by these two. Great job! read more

WARNING!! WARNING!! THIEVES!! I had stuff stolen out of my car here I complained to the attending manager there, only to be told I will be contacted by the 'real manager' later. He calls me 2 weeks after the incident takes place. WTF! I tried returning his number he gave me via voicemail but I find out he gave me the number to the customer service line on the websites homepage. WOW! Just terrible customer service. I still have yet to reach this 'real manager'. The attending manager explained to me that all employees are vetted and pre-screened. Seems like it was just BS jargon he was telling me to calm me down. There is a policy there to not open any compartments in a car during a car wash. Well this policy has been violated and something very personal to me was stolen. Oh and my car wash was sub-par if you're interested on how that turned out. I visited Mr. carwash on a recommendation from a friend who had visited a few years prior. They raved about it. Things must have gone downhill since then. Many knocks on this place. Starting with a prompt to tip at the automated pay machine before entering. The attendants did nothing except wave my car into the conveyer belt at the entrance. During the wash my windshield wiper got torn off. The vacuuming areas had no rags or spray to wipe the interior of your car. In addition we moved multiple slots searching for a vacuum that wasn't stuffed with trash one of which had a sock stuck in it. it was only noon so It wasn't like the attendance couldn't get to it for the entire day.The spaces in the vacuum area are so tight we had to ask the person next to us to stop what they were doing to close their doors so we could leave our spot. The only positive thing I can say is that the attendants were extremely polite but beyond that I will never return to the facility! read more

TERRIBLE!! I joined their club and was paying a monthly fee. When it was clearly obvious that they scratch my hood (from swirl marks) and I pointed it out immediately after going through the wash, they filed a claim(stall tactic). After weeks of unreturned phone calls, the Incident Center denied my claim without any investigation. A manager was supposed to call and discuss my claim, but again, he failed to return my phone calls after leaving numerous messages. They continued to charge my credit card after I cancelled my service. STAY AWAY!!! I have signed up with another company in the area. read more

I got a car wash today with Mister Car Wash and when I got my car back the driver seat was jammed. I'm aware it's hard to mess a seat up while simply scooting a seat back or front but it was the first time this has happened. However I addressed it with the manager, I believe his name was Ryan and while I was feel despair cause my seat was scooted all the way back, I was mind boggling thoughts on how am I going to get home with the struggle of reaching for the gas and brake pedal. In conclusion, great customer service rendered and all worry went away. They accessed the situation very professionally and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was returned the same way I brought. In fact they returned it even better due the wash. Terrible leadership - AVOID this place. My wife and I were unlimited monthly car wash subscribers, starting before the change in ownership. Despite cancelling her membership in January, but they continued billing her account. On 3/9 she drove to the store to resolve and the manager said she couldn't do anything from the store. So my wife called the phone number they gave her right then and there. Ultimately we had to eat 2 months of erroneous charges and when my wife asked the manager is it really worth losing someone's business over a few months of their mistake all the manager said was that's unfortunate to hear.
