Going to the car wash I ask the attendant to wash off the back window on my suv as the wash doesn't do it. Sometimes they do and others they just spray it with the hose which does nothing. My last visit the attendant just looks at me with his head down then walks away. The previous time the attendant just ignored my request and walked away. I want to cancel my membership as I am tired of being treated this way. Please have someone contact me. read more

Car Wash...Was my car washed? Not Really. Picked the $11 dollar option, up from the base $7 option. If there is someone there, they will press all the buttons at the drive up kiosk. Then ask for a tip. This might be something they need to stop. It's a Kiosk. It's supposed to replace humans. Mine was unmanned till the receipt screen. Nice kid, just too late. Car wash was normal length. Drying end has been much better other places. My entire car was still dripping wet. I keep towels in my car for emergencies and proceeded to dry my car before the soap was permanent. My picks show you how much soap. They used to at least spray your windshield scrub the front and back of you car. They now don't do a thing other than hit the button and push you through. Out of all the locations,this is by far the worst. with all the car washes popping up, it's time for me to shop around. read more

My car had alot of winter black spots on it and they asked me to go back through again free of charge. They scrubbed it both times with the hand held brushes. I was very satisfied. Super nice staff!! read more

I really don't understand why people have left bad reviews for this place because I have never had any issues ever. The staff here are amazing. If I could put 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time unless you have every piece of cleaning equipment you'll need with you already because all they do is spray water on your car and let you use their vacuums. They have no cleaner or rags or anything for you to use after the tunnel, unless you buy it from their vending machine. And they have the audacity to ask you for a tip when selecting your car wash.... all they do is select the buttons for you! Go to any other car wash besides Mister and I bet you'll have much more stuff provided to you and not be asked for a tip... at a SELF SERVE car wash. read more

I used this car wash after a camping trip where my Jeep got muddy. I had already hand washed it myself and got a lot of the mud off. After going through the wash it was obvious there was still very visible dirt on the sides and the back tires and back of the vehicle weren't even touched or cleaned. I pointed this out to staff and they allowed me to go through again with some improvement but overall it didn't wash satisfactorily. They don't offer cloths to dry your car or wipe down the inside or clean the windows, only vacuums. Very disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Horrible place! Loved Paradise Car Wash and then they sold out to Mister...today was last straw after dealing with bad washes, rude staff and no towels...they made me back out my white surburban because it was "too dirty!" Yes! Was dirty from the rainy roads and had road dirt spray on it! So humiliated as they had to tell 6 cars to back up to let me out! Manager was rude and said "it clogs their drains" and cared less that a canceled my membership. This place sucks! Everyone I know has canceled their memberships too. read more

The car wash at the place is the only thing that works. The people there do not do anything more than wave you in and point at a screen that tells you to take your foot off the brake and put your vehicle in neutral. For "non members" The worst part is person to greet you and push buttons for you and ask if you want to leave a tip. The only deserved tip is for the actual machine that washes you car. For members you have to ask them to scrub the bugs off your car or they will just do the usual waving and pointing. If you are going to work, why not work while you are there. If you are not going to work then you should just stay home. read more

I will agree with other reviews that Paradise Cove was a 100% better customer experience then Mister Carwash has been. I'm a monthly member with a full size truck and the wash is just horrible; all the soap does not rinse off, the blower doesn't blow off the water on the tailgate at all, and the tire shine machine wasn't designed for larger tires (my tires are the stock size so no oversized tires). I think this morning got me more upset and aggravated then ever before when they had only been opened about 1 hour and both vacuum hoses where I pulled in were already clogged; every time I go to the one on Dallas Hwy by Walmart I have to take the ends off and unclog them...mentioned this to management before but no change. Always employees standing around but never have I seen one walking along and checking the vacuum hoses or emptying over full trash cans. I went to speak to the manager this morning but was abruptly stopped by an employee who was pushing me out of the wash tunnel into the parking lot, he informed me the manager was in the bathroom and acted like it was my problem...when I pulled up to the wash line he and a lady employee were standing there talking so they didn't care, and they obviously did not inspect the hoses when they installed them...just no way did they. The issue here is Mister Carwash has monopolized the area and there are no other options which stinks. Poor service, uncaring staff, less service for the money that Paradise Cove provided, and no other options for the consumer. read more

Stopped by to have my truck washed on Monday 9/27/21. I have a fuel transfer tank mounted in the bed of my truck, which the employee who took my payment saw as well as the employees who guided me into the wash. Didn't think anything about it since I've been through automatic washes before including this one with no issue. Halfway through the wash one of the brushes somehow ripped my fuel nozzle and hose completely off the truck and proceeded to beat the side of my truck with it until the wash was shut down. I was told to pull out so that they could take pictures of the damage and take down my info and the General Manager Giancarlo Raffo would be in touch with me in a few days. I couldn't call him because his cell number was conveniently misprinted on the business card. Recieved a call today 9/29/21 from Mr. Raffo stating that the Regional Manager would have to look at the security videos and determine if they would be held liable. He also told me that they don't wash trucks with tanks in the bed to which my reply was why was I told to go through the wash in the first place then? Of course a few hours later I recieved and email, again, from Mr. Raffo stating that my damages would not be covered because they have a policy about "Non-factory installed items". After which I asked for the Regional Manager to contact me directly which as of this time hasn't happened nor have I been given a reply from Mr. Raffo. Needless to say I'm more than disgusted by how this entire thing has been handled and will be pursuing every avenue to have my truck repaired. read more
