This was a pretty decent car wash. The staff forced me thru the choices and perks. Although, I cannot say that anyone prompted me to tip them as previously mentioned in other reviews. Also, I can say that their prices are better than those at Caliber car wash - my normal spot. Overall, the visit was not too shabby. read more

Won't be back. they didn't put tape in my back windshield wiper last time so it was damaged, still decided to give them another shot. not worth it. $16 car wash, there was a sweet girl standing by the machine to take my card and I felt obligated to leave $2 at the tip screen. I should have kept the tip as I was the one sweating bullets to vacuum my car and again no tape on the rear wiper. AND then they have no towel and cleaner for the inside of the car??? I was shocked when the guy told me they didn't have any. What did I spend $18 for? I'll Take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Horrible place. My car was not even clean. Total waste of money. I could of went to the Spirit carwash and got a hand wash and detail for 8 dollars more. Never again!!! If there was a zero star I would give that !!! read more

Convenient locations however the wash itself is inconsistent. Once I came thru and there was black gunk on the side of my vehicle. Also at the Marietta location, it's very easy to scrape your rims as you exit the car wash based on a what appears to be a poorly designed exit. Employees seem pretty nice and friendly. read more

The last tIme I went to this location was when it was under the other company and I was very happy with them, but I went there this morning to wash my suv and I was so disappointed and will never go back. Instead of $10 car wash it went up to $11 the tire shine was a joke I had to put on my own. the rug machine did not work and they no longer supply towels and supplies like the other company did. This place is basically for wash and go or bring your own supplies. read more

Will never return to any Mr Car Wash location. They do not take responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle and refused to provide the photos I requested as proof the part was missing when my vehicle exited. They expect you to take their word for it by telling you "they" reviewed the video and it is my vehicle. Their responses are very unprofessional. If they did not have anything to hide, why won't they provide proof. This broken piece cost me almost $500 to repair. If you care about your vehicle, don't trust this car wash chain. They don't tape down your back wind shied wiper nor do they take the time to pre wash your vehicle if you need bug wash or a deeper clean. There are better car wash chains that will treat you like a valued customer. I am canceling my membership. read more

Glad to have the option for a car wash in Hiram, but there is work to do to make this a go-to business. First visit- the attendant didn't hand out towels to finish the drying not accomplished by the drive- through. Other 'self-serve'' competitors offer glass cleaner and towels to finish cleaning. The wash did not clean the full back door & glass on our Tahoe. Purchased tire shine that was not dispensed during wash. The first impression was not what we hoped for. read more

Mr. car wash is a huge chain that has brought up a bunch of the good car washes in this area. All of the washers they have purchased no longer supply towels or anything to clean your windows with or wipe off your car with. Somehow Blake managed to get a chemical that does not clean well or either does not react well from your car, I actually had to re-wash my car when I got home because there was so much muck on the windshield. There are plenty of other carwashes in the area and my recommendation is to go to another one or wash your car at home. read more

Just took my car there today. I was uncomfortable being met immediately at the pay kiosk by an employee trying to talk me into buying a monthly membership. I'm not blaming him; he was doing his job. $20 for their express platinum car wash and they can't even supply towels to dry your car off! So strange to me because when it was auto buffs they had glass cleaner, a generic protectant spray and even car scent. What a huge disappointment. read more

The car wash has been changed to a new company. I had to take my car through 3 times to finally get all the soap off. Also, they do not provide towels or anything anymore. Just your wash and vacuum. Would much rather drive out of my way to go to car wash by Walmart on 120 much better service. read more

Attendants only there to sell the monthly packages for unlimited washes. Didn't prep my car before going into the auto wash like other car washes do. Vacuums didn't work that well. read more

This car wash recently went under new management and has drastically changed. First - No towels provided to wipe off excess soap that didn't get rinsed off and the vacuum bays aren't swept of standing water which has become slimy. I went there today for my last time and when i stepped out of my car to get the vacuum hose, i slide on the wet, slimy pavement. Luckily i caught myself before i fell to the ground. This alone tells me that they aren't keeping the water swept up. I wish the original owners would take over as they ran a top notch business. Note: the new owner didn't reduce the price when they reduced the service level. read more

They say that they are open from 7AM to 7PM, but that is contingent on the manager on duty... I have the monthly pass, so I went there on Tuesday, Dec 18th at 5PM to clean my car and they were already closed. It was a warm, clear weather day, so weather cannot be an excuse. read more

I have been a platinum express car wash customer for over a year. June 16, 2019 I took my car through the car wash. drove away . I stopped to get gas and noticed my tail light lens was missing. I went back to the car wash. they found the lens in their building. I made an incident report. Heard nothing, called them the 24th. and was told they had been trying to get in touch with me and couldn't, and that my tail light was not their fault.. Funny as soon as I called them I get an email from them, telling me the report was was under review. and then and 2nd one almost immediately after the first telling me they were denying the problem. I cancelled the unlimited car wash. Very poor customer service. read more

If you want a good car wash, don't go there. It was great when it was Auto Buffs. Had to wash my car again when I got home. Waste of money! read more
