I was quite impressed with the service I received from the attendant Mike! He was attentive to my needs. I drive a Ford F150 Raptor and he shared helpful insight to better understand my needs as a customer. The extra attention and genuine concern for the customer was evident. This LPGA location is where I originally signed up. I have since moved to Ormond Beach so I now go there. Today I stopped at the LPGA location and I cannot believe how raggedy it is! The vacuum's barely sucked (the ones that were actually attached.) and trash EVERYWHERE. You seriously need some new management at that location!! read more

Used to be a loyal customer ... before mister car wash took over. When they did they took away the full service. They went to a drive thru only. As the time passed less and less of the equipment worked. My final straw was when the last piece of equipment - the spinning roll of rags to dry your windshield - did not even TOUCH my car !! I don't want to pay a subscription fee for a car was that does not even get my car clean or dry .... While it is inconvenient - I now drive across town to a different provider chain for the services I used to get from that location ... read more

This used to be a really good full service car wash place. The new company that purchased it has turned it into a self-serve drive-through car wash that you probably can get at any gas station. There are free vacuums to use on the side and you can drive your car through the process And have the exterior done by the machine. Overall, it seems to do a good job and if you just want a quick simple car wash performed this would work as well as any other gas station car wash. read more

This is my first time at a Mister Car Wash and most likely my last. First I will start by saying the young man at the machine helping pay and chose your service was FANTASTIC. Knowledge and friendly. I then pulled up and follow the hand commands. I rolled down my woman's asked if the wash wd take off the bird poop and the stuff on my windows etc. he said yes. I said you spray them? He responded by nodding his head and proceeded to spray my car 2 half heartedly sprays doing nothing to the sides and back where I told him the issues were. When I was finished I was able to use the free vacuum which is great but still had to go home and get the rest of the windows clean (on the outside of course) w winded and paper towel. I don't expect perfection, however for $14 I shdnt have to go home and finish the job. The person standing at the beginning while you're being guided in and asking anything needs to be someone who is looking to actually pay attention and work. I truly felt like he was bored and I was bothering him. I don't think I wd go back again which is a shame because the first young man was fantastic and I have no doubt w a little spraying before I went in to the car wash wd have made all the difference. read more

Most of the time half of the brushes aren't working. They don't pay for maintenance to make sure you get a proper cleaning on your car. I don't recommend this place. read more

I had a membership for over one year. I only drive my car on the weekends and like to keep it clean and maintained after all I spend $32 a month on membership! Mr. Wash did not notify customers of their osmosis system being down and caused hard water spots over 100% of my automobile causing me to have to spend over $200 to have it buffed/waxed out. Staff was rude never apologized. Sorry, customer service! I filed a complaint with Corporate and that was completely ignored. Needless to say I do not recommend them and will never purchase a membership with this corporation again. read more

If anything gets broken from the wash they don't care..it ripped off my car antenna and since my vehicle was older then 10 years . They would not accept responsibility on it my antenna wasn't 10 years old. Don't use them ..I canceled my membership with them they've also ripped off lights off of my vehicle and of course they didn't care about that either .. definitely not worth a monthly subscription when I have to keep buying tail lights antennas and so on read more

I have to tell you-I had a problem today at the vacumn's-zi got locked out of my car. A young gentlemen by the name of Aiden was checking equipment and noticed me standing there. He asked me if he could help me, volunteered his phone so that I could call for help. He brought me out a cold water and offered me a chair inside the building in the a/c. He kept in touch with me after I called AAA. I also made calls to my husband, and asked him to call neighbors to bring me my spare key. He kept in touch with me through people returning calls through his phone. I wanted to give him some money and he would not take it. His regional manager was there and I told him how he went above and beyond, he knew everything Aiden had done for me yet, still would not allow him to accept any money. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Aiden and his manager. I am truly very happy with their service. Thank you again Aiden! read more
