A bit different from Sparkle as you drive it through the automated part first then hand it off to the guys for the final detailing. They are still very understaffed as so many businesses are but they got the job done. My C7 corvette fit without any scraping of the undercarriage. I do always put it in weather mode to lift it a bit rather than track mode that will lower it. I have seen that several other performances car owners have used this location so if they can fit I knew I would be safe. The place does need a cleaning itself out side and some fresh paint to look better. I realize that is cosmetic but I have always found the look of a place impacts the attitude of staff.

I've been a LUV customer on and off for several years and frequently travel up and down I-95,…read morevisiting multiple LUV locations. Unfortunately, this particular location seems to have the oldest and least-maintained equipment. One of the vehicles I used as part of my membership is a pristine 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. During a wash, the top brush bristles actually pulled off a trim piece from my vehicle. Accidents can happen--but instead of taking responsibility, LUV denied my damage claim, stating that my vehicle was "too old." To make matters worse, when I canceled my membership auto renewal, they refused to refund my payment, claiming I was two days late--even though I had been a loyal, long-term customer. Since then, I've learned that LUV sometimes disengages the top drum brushes because of the damage they cause, which only confirms that this is a known issue. LUV needs to repair or replace this equipment and take accountability for customer damages. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who has experienced problems like this. Hopefully, this review encourages LUV to improve their service--or at least warns others to be cautious before trusting their vehicles here.

It says it prints you a receipt but it doesn't but since it rarely (if ever) takes credit cards you don't have to worry about that part. Each and every vehicle was done to perfection with paint correction, ceramic coating and most importantly as of recently the SunTek paint protection film. Unfortunately our new BMW was a victim of garage rash. We assumed that this would at least require a repainted bumper or a new one. We brought the car back to Bryan (owner operator of Mr. Sparkle). Bryan worked his magic as he always does with his skill and attention to detail, along with the resilience of SunTek paint protection film, the car was back to better than new.
