This location is the worst in El Paso. First, the lady guiding the vehicles into the bay was rude. The sun was in her eyes so I thought that was why she had her hands up, to shield her eyes, apparently that's her way on telling me to stop, so she threw fit. At every other location the signal to stop is a closed fist. Then when she stopped me 2 of the tire rollers bumped under the car, make that make sense, that hasn't happened to me at any other location. Then I went to use the vacuum and got told it's a full service location, so I have to go somewhere else to use the "free" vacuums. Maybe try hanging a sign that explains that. You would think $4200 across 3 years for a membership for 3 vehicles, I wouldn't get kicked off the vacuums. read more

Came in to get my car washed and mentioned to the employee that last time we were here they missed a couple of things. They usually do a great job but today they did exceptionally well. So I have the Platinum Membership from Mister Carwash. That means for a monthly fee, I receive UNLIMITED interior cleaning and exterior cleaning. That includes vacuuming, removal of trash, wiping down doors and dash boards with cleaner, fragrance, full wash, hand dry, windows dry, and tire shine. And as y'all have seen by my check ins, I legit go get my car done 3x per week. This location is one of the, I think 3 now (?), FULL SERVICE LOCATIONS. A very well run car wash. The car wash has bruahes and "towels" that clean your car along with the soap and water. At the end there is a big sponge and heater that dries the main surface of your car. I normally let the air dry the raining parts of my car. read more

I go the Mister on 4800 Osborne, 1 block off of Mesa and Sunset. I love the staff, always friendly and on the job. I have their monthly membership, exterior wash only, for three cars. So I go there 3 to 5 times a week. I have Jeep Rubicon 4 door that is lifted 3" with 35" tires. Believe me, it gets filthy dirty. No problem, Mister staff take it and it goes right through wash line - two or three times if needed. I had a membership at another franchise car wash in Phoenix, that would turn off most of the wash brushes on the same Jeep because they said it ruined their brushes and rags. Then they told me one time that it was too dirty to wash. They wanted me to go wash my JEEP so i could have them wash my JEEP. Huh? I stopped using them. But they had a multi-car discount program. Mister charges me the same rate, for all three vehicles. Please join me in asking them to establish a multicar discount program! There should be a incentive to take care of the customers who bring multiple cars to them. They tell me, "We are working on it." What's to work on? Check your competitors. I also have used their car inspection services in the quick lube shop. Friendly staff, on the job and fast! I have never waited more than 15 minutes to get an inspection. The only mistake the Mister staff makes is they don't understand that the CB antenna is spring loaded. All they have to do is push down and turn to take it off. When i had back surgery and couldn't get out of the JEEP to do it myself, they took the antenna apart with a wrench and then couldn't put it back on. I also like to have my vehicles detailed twice a year. But they aren't doing that right now due to COVID19. Hopefully that changes real soon. also i didn't know they had a monthly that includes the interior as well? Was that canceled as well? Keep up the good work Mister! I took my car there on Monday. Friendly staff. But for $44 plus $5 tip, i would expect perfection. Nope. I checked the interior before I left. Headrests were not wiped down nor the cup holders. I had to bring it to their attention and got some grumbling. I thought everything was done. But when I got home, I noticed the back seats were not clean, wiped down nor vacuumed. Also noticed lots of watermarks. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before I go back. read more

TERRIBLE!!! I've had a claim with Mister Car Wash since October 2022 and it's now July 2023 and they have NOT HELPED/CLOSED my claim!!! This is getting out of hand. I will not take my car again because of the corporate service. I have called many times and left many voicemails and still no response. They ripped off my roof rack because their sensors weren't working. So currently my roof rack is still at the car wash location while i'm waiting to get reimbursed or get a new rack. read more

I could. not be more disappointed with a company. I've been a customer for years and have always been satisfied with their service. I typically use their North Mesa location. It used to be a full-service facility, even free popcorn. Popcorn is all that is left. They stopped wiping cars down on a basic wash and only vacuum on super-premium service. They claim their new equipment dries cars with nom water spots. Not true--I've tried a few times and always have spots now. On top of all reductions in service, they raised the price significantly for less service. Lowering services and increasing prices somehow escapes me as a good business practice. This is what happens without strong competition. I hope a smart investor and entrepreneur sees the opportunity to open a true full-service car wash. Both DaddyO and Mister are both inferior and they seem to own all the car washes. I will wash my own car or use one of those manual washes--they offer about the same level of service but for a couple of bucks. read more

First off the girl (receipt says Karen) in Full Service lane who initially helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. I received a full service wash with a $4 "upgrade" to clean the interior. Interior of car was filthy when they were finished (see pictures). I did not check the vehicle before driving off so was unable to bring to their attention. I really don't take my car to get washed as often as I should. Although when I do they always do a great detail job on the inside, the outside sometimes has issues which I will cover later. The reason I give these guys 4 stars is because of the exceptional job they do when I have to take my non-profits 15 passenger van to get washed. If anyone has ever detailed a 15 passenger van, you know it is a giant pain to deal with. Just vacuuming the seats and floor just feels so complicated since there's really only one entry from the side. Each time I have taken the van to get a wash they always do an incredible job on the interior. My biggest pet peeve is not vacuuming the vehicle correctly and each time they have managed to get it done. The only issue that keeps me from rating them at 5 stars is sometimes they do not completely dry the vehicle so some wet spots are left behind. These wet spots may be small but when you can spot them after they dried up they are very unflattering. The wet spots tend to happen both when I bring the van to get washed or my car. I get it they are trying to finish as quickly as possible with the number of cars they have coming through. I will continue bringing my van to get washed here but when it comes to my personal vehicle I am definitely willing to wait to ensure they take care of both the inside and outside properly. read more

I used to come here often, however, in the past 2 years I haven't due to the down grade of quality that was being given. So, I would wash and clean my car on my own. However, today I decided to try it again to hope for a change since my car really needed a clean and I didn't have time. Needless to say, for $45, absolutely nothing has changed: center console wasn't wiped down, dashboard by passenger side wasn't wiped down, black smudge marks were left by their rags on the sides of all my doors, trunk wasn't vacuumed, and some other minor details weren't done. It took them 10 minutes to "finish" detailing my car. Moral of the story, I guess just go for the wash or just keep doing it on my own. read more

If you are going to get an oil change and a wash expect to spend about two hours - which seems excessive. When your car comes out they typically dry it with wet rags (I've seen them wrong them out) and you end up with streaks and water spots. After my last wash there was still bird poop on my drivers door. They do the big part well - but it's like nobody actually steps back and gives it a once over before it goes to the customer. After two hours I expect no streaks and no bird crap. On the plus side the waiting area and restroom are clean. read more

This is my go to place for an oil change! They are super helpful! My car uses an oil filter that's not easily available and I wasn't surprised when they didn't have it in stock. The guys went out of their way to try and locate one for me and give me options. Unfortunately I had to go pick one up from the dealership but as soon I returned they were able to change my oil on the spot and they discounted the cost of the filter & then some. The oil level reader in my car is different since it's a German car and they went out of their way to figure out how it worked to make sure they'd used enough oil and added another few quarts when it showed low. Then they even spent 15 min to help me figure out how to reset the service indicator. I felt really well taken care of and pampered. The only thing I'd suggest is updating your phone number since the only one listed is out of service. Also your website doesn't show that you even provide oil changes which is a shame because it's so convenient, quick, & reliable! read more

For a quick car wash I use Mister Car Wash. I rarely go to the one on Osborne, which is the one located near Sam's on the West side, near the police station. They have amazing service, and they are friendly. I went in Friday at 6:45 (they close at 7), and I realized I had no cash for a tip. The girl had already closed the register, so she couldn't give me cash back on my card. I felt terrible, because it was already 7:10. The only dollar bill I had was in the shape of an origami boat that I had made a couple of months ago on a plane. When my car was ready I told the boys that I felt awful because I didn't have more, he was extremely sweet and friendly and said "That's ok ma'am, thank you for coming and having us wash you car" That to me was priceless. I will always go to Mister Car Wash every time, for the service and for being local. read more

excellent service.. Friendly staff.. Small seating area but it's comfortable. they offer great packages for all your car wash needs. I myself need the "I'm a mom of two kids package" lol so it's nice they are able to get my car back to being spic and span :) the outdoor seating is nice when weather cools down.. But when it's warm the indoor ac is nice and cool. I've been here a handful of times and I've never had a problem with the service or had any concerns with my vehicle. don't expect them to take a little while on your car ... Get comfortable they really detail it and you will be there or over an hour at best. I like it when they work on my car for a Long time.. Sorry but this review is for the Mesa, West town and this location, Mesa did $3,000 damage to my car last year when it was rammed from behind and slammed into the car in front of it cause they go thru with no driver, west town broke last week with 20 people in line...go to another location I was told,m. today I paid the extra 8.00 for the interior to be done to my wife's truck, they drove it into another customer's car. Once again I have to take time off of work without pay to go take another one of my cars to the east side to Bravo Cadillac (they do great work btw), do the paperwork, get a rental and then reverse the process once the truck is repaired. I attached pictures of the bandage, and check out my console, 8 bucks extra gets you this. Maybe I have the worst luck around but I would beware and use them at your own risk. read more

I recently took my older vehicle to get washed. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect more than I got... Not being busy there wasn't an excuse for a half done job on my vehicle. The first time I came I waited 30 minutes without anyone speaking to me so I left. The second time around they got me in for an oil change and inspection pretty quick. But during the service I was harassed by an employee and they made me wait in my hot car while they did everything. I went to get an oil change and basic carwash. The price was about the same as anywhere else. I was told that my truck needed a power steering flush & a new systematic belt for the engine. Apparently it had a crack & could go out at anytime. I agreed to the flush but decided to buy the belt from AutoZone & have a someone else change it for me since I was already paying $100. My regular mechanic told me there was no crack on either engine belt. I'm very disappointed that you can't trust these guys. Probably didn't need that flush either. read more

Be weary of signing up for the unlimited car wash subscriptions that this company offers. Mister Car wash advertises hassle free cancellation if a customer like myself is not pleased with their service (which is below standards, but I'll get into that in a second). The previous premise of "cancel at any time" is far from the truth, at least in my experience. At the beginning of the month of June, 2019. I fell for their advertising, and foolishly agreed to pay $32.99 a month for unlimited visits to any of their locations, in order to have my car washed. With each visit my dissatisfaction grew stronger, this company failed to do what is supposed to do, clean cars. Their mediocre service and performance is unbelievable. Therefore, I decided to call and cancel my subscription the last week of the month of June, 2019. Fast forward to today, August, 2019 and this company continues to debit $32.99 from my bank account. When I called customer service to explain the situation they stated that my account is still active and that there is no record of my call at the end of June. The person on the phone, despite being rude agreed to refund the amount that the company had been taking from my account. When I asked for proof of the cancellation of my account, his response was: "I'm telling you verbally". Because that worked so well in the past. Long story short, make better life choices, stay away from business that steal your hard earned money. Unless you enjoy giving your money away, in that case, disregard. read more

Stopped here for a oil change. They were very attentive and even added a free car wash. There was quite a wait, since it was Saturday. It took 2 hours just to get the car in to have the oil change. The employees inside were very kind, and checked on the time for us a few times and apologized every time. Once they were done, everything seemed fine and I was even able to pick up some souvenirs for the kids from the gift shop they have. read more

Gave this place a try for a quick wash. Was disappointed. I've been here twice in the past 2 weeks, thinking the 1st time was a one time thing. There are water spots allll over my car. The guys who dry the car after the wash use really at rags and don't even get all the water. They literally spend 5 seconds on the car. Disappointed because I actually paid $13 for a crappy wash. My visit today was very unpleasant. I was not acknowledged since the minute I drove up. I took my time taking the trash out of my car and no one still approached me.Then I walked up to the sales rep requesting the type of wash I wanted and just said "okay" almost robotic. I went inside to pay and on my way out I thanked the cashier and wished her a great day, she was another robot. I don't expect any employee to jump up and down for their customers but some friendly customer service would be greatly appreciated.
