$26 for this? No way. Still so many bugs in my grill & windshield after I specifically asked for it to scrubbed with a brush. Cashier response, "Oh we use a debug spray as a pre wash". Didn't get the service I requested. The end result for my $26 is not a good value. I should have waited, went to Visalia & paid $40-$45 for a hand wash. The air guns didn't have a lot of pressure either. And no, I didn't feel like getting in that line again. They are crowded. Not a good value. Where is Surf-Thru? read more

Hate to cancel but was moving out of town, got my family hooked though! Sebestian was understanding and made the process very simple! So I come here pretty often and like that for a modest price I get unlimited car washes at any of their locations. This is nice and all but I think in quantity you start to loose quality and it shows. They no longer have the dryer roller thing at the end which did a mediocre job of drying your car but it was better than nothing. Once Mr. Car wash took over it looked like it was just a roller with some plastic strips flopping around and now it's completely gone. Also along the vacuum awnings live pigeons which if your lucky enough will bless your freshly washed vehicle as your vacuuming. Why they don't take care of this makes my head spin. I get it they want you to go back but your getting paid for it anyways so take care of your pigeon problem please. Overall a good little car was which seems to be slowing going down hill. I've gone to this car wash a handful of times when I'm in town visiting family but last time it scratched up the driver's side lower rear area. I know it was the car wash as I had hand washed it a week prior and they weren't there and the car had just been parked on the driveway and not used all week. Stay away if you value your car's paint! read more

After hearing of an incident at your Hanford location I don't think I'll ever get my car washed at your establishment a former customer stated she had a membership they went through the wash and the car came out with oil along one side of the car when it was brought to the attention to the employee he stated previous vehicles were worse and instead of offering a intelligent resolution another wash was offered in a car wash that got oil on the vehicle I don't believe there was a fair resolution to think that the issue was not addressed and repaired after the first incident defies all logic Due to this I will never let my car be washed at your establishment read more

I took my truck to a Mister car wash on 11th Ave after work one afternoon.when i pulled up to the pay station,I was immediately told I was not allowed to wash my truck at this location.i was informed that if I wanted to have my vehicle washed I was to wash it first before I brought it to their car wash.then before I left after I said I would take my business elsewhere,I was told I am not allowed to take my vehicle to the other Mister car wash location because I would not be allowed service at that location either.i find it insulting that a car wash told me I needed to wash my vehicle before I wash my vehicle.i will never use Mister car wash service ever again,and I will inform all I know not to utilize their facility due to horrible customer service.i took my vehicle to another company and they gladly took my business. read more

Every time I go the dryers do a horrible job and half of the vacuums actually work. When they changed owners the quality went down and it just keeps going down. read more

I gotta admit I was NOT satisfied with how the car turned out. There were too many dried & dirty water marks on the windows and the back of my suv was still very dirty after the wash. This was the first time coming the Hanford location and I will definitely not come again. I usually go the Tulare location and have always left a happy customer but this time was truly disappointed in the wash. I wouldn't recommend this location. For the price your paying, you should be satisfied and I was not. One last thing, the vacuums outside were not powerful as well. The suction on them was bad. I didn't even realized they'd changed from Waterdrops...but prices for a good wash went up $5 (to $18) and THIS is what I was left with. VERY disappointed to say the least, went back for a break, which employee Jesus was happy to offer, but I still was not happy, still bugs on the front and bird poop on the hood. I think maybe the difference is that they don't have someone scrubbing the front when you first drive in. I used to be a loyal customer of this location, but I will not be going back. read more

This place is going to go out of business for the same reasons as the place in the Hanford Mall parking lot did years ago. Jacked up prices, and crap service. They took what was a solid business model by Waterdrops Express, bought their business and then trashed it. I paid $11 today for a wash that lasted not much more than a minute and didn't wash a single bug off of my car. Gone from Waterdrops, which was significantly CHEAPER are: 1. No pre-wash scrub by attendants in the wash bay 2. Attendant still sprays the bug and grime remover, but instead of at the register, it's a wash bay attendant seconds before going into the wash making it all but a waste of time and product (could just be soapy water considering how obvious it is these guys are looking to cut corners) 3. No buy 4 get one free. No advantage for repeat customers. Even some oil change (Oil Changers) and gas station washes offer that? 4. No air freshener, garbage bags, towelettes or candy for the kids 5. I believe they've changed the equipment in the wash bay to something more cost saving; no different than what you'd find at a typical gas station. I'd rather go to a gas station and pay $7-$8 for the same result, which was simply knocking some of the dust off. read more

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!! There is a reason for the poor reviews. Not only are the car washes over-priced but the company practices theft. I told the attendant I would only use the membership for a couple of months. He said I could cancel anytime. I ended up needing to cancel even sooner than I thought and to complicate things someone had pulled my sticker off. I feel like it happened because they did not adequately attach the sticker. I went into the car wash and asked to cancel and they said without the sticker I could not cancel. They jacked the price up to 39.99 without my permission. I called, emailed all the way to corporate and they said essentially 'too bad." I got the membership the same day as my granddaughter was born because my daughter needed a van with the new baby. AFTER 10 MONTHS we were able to find a picture that showed the van windshield that we took the same day as I got the the membership . I was finally able to cancel. Their system would easily show I did not use their car wash. No services rendered. This is theft and they know. THEY WILL HAPPILY STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL. I pleaded with them to do the right thing and they do not care. read more

I was paid up for the month and because I got a new car and the dryers have not been working right , I was undecided if I wanted to keep my membership going and didn't want to put a sticker on my window. Last week the workers understood and typed my phone number in and let me through because I was paid up for the month . Today different workers on site and wouldn't let me get my moneys worth that I already paid for all because of a sticker and are not going to refund me for the remaining month . I usually go to the Mister on Lacey but today I went to the one on 11th Street and although the wash was ok the vacuum were very weak today and that was really disappointing. It should be told before, that the power on the vacuum were weak. Also, the cleanliness of the place needs work. People are gross leaving masks on the ground, but the place needs to be picked up. Usually I go to the Lemoore car wash, because I haven't had problems with their washes in years. This past weekend, though, I took my car to Waterdrops (where the wash has always been hit or miss on the cleanliness) because I needed to vacuum it out badly after using it for a volunteer gig. Only, its now called Mister, and they now charge you $20 for a "premium" wash! I went with the $16 #1 and as I'm going through, I notice that the rinse at the end is super light, no pressure, and does not wash the buckets of soap off the car! It goes from dropping light-pressure water to air drying, and I knew I'd have to go back through again. I vacuumed my car out first (at least those have always worked well), and went back through asking for just a rinse. They gave me another #1. Guess what happened. Yeah, my car was still covered in soap, soap is dried onto the back window and there are dried soap spots all over my vehicle. The people were friendly and understood my frustration (which I did not take out on them!!), but I will never return to this car wash again. It's so much cheaper to pay for the Lemoore Oil Changer wash and two rounds of vacuuming there, and KNOW that your car will get clean. read more

Customer service is TRASH. They opened a second account for me when I went to the one on 11th and I've only ever taken one car with the same sticker. So each account was charged and I had to pay to "reactivate" my account. So I've paid 60 over so far. They stopped responding to my emails after I sent account numbers and charges to my account to prove I've overpaid. I've sent 4 more emails since and no response. The car wash has not been as good since they switched so I'm not sure why the prices went up anyway. read more

My front license plate was almost ripped off visit before last. After having it repaired at the dealer, it was almost ripped off again today. Manager did nothing about it except half-way bending the plate back straight and insinuated that the mounting bracket from Lexus might be at fault. I have never before had this trouble at an automated carwash. Here the car gets clean, but they might tear up your ride with misaligned brushed. They didn't take responsibility. First off I've been a dedicated customer to this business since they opened before the name change. I was going through the line and the girl taking the money informed me that they did not take cash I was taken off guard as I have always paid cash... she Immediately gave me a horrible attitude and as I was pulling away proceeded to run her mouth. I was so upset but I had paid so I went through the line after the 18 dollars car wash my car had black rubber marks and was not clean. I'm absolutely Disgusted with this car wash I came over from Lemoore thinking they were still the good same water drops but unfortunately this Mister company bought it out! I was shocked at the prices being high now and the service is unremarkably crap! There was so many bugs still left on my car that they let me go through again, only to get the same result!!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this car wash!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! read more
