UPDATE: Today my truck is finally fixed. As i mentioned in my earlier post. After the incident I contacted corporate (Mister) and wrote bad reviews (Yelp, Google reviews) and contacted the BBB. It took a little effort doing this but well worth it. I was contacted by the General Manager on Lacey and was told there was some miscommunication with my claim and another and therefore my truck was going to be fixed. Mister Car wash made it right by fixing what they did wrong. PEOPLE BE AWARE these things happen. File only legitimate claims if there is damage done. This car wash is a quick one. Its not as clean as I want it to be. And multiple times there's plenty of cars in line so no more than 3 minutes I think. I would not use it again. Not worth the money. read more

I paid for a Titanium car wash thinking my car was going to be left sparkling clean - on the outside, but my hood, grill, side mirrors, and rear window were left dirty. Being new to tge area, this was my first time at one of these franchises. The drive through was under 2 minutes, and no complimentary towels provided to dry off and wipe muddy spots. I could have saved my money and hosed down my own car with better results. I guess people get conditioned around here to pay more and get less. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! Mister car was Will damage your vehicle and they will do absolutely nothing to claim responsibility. I noticed this immediately after the wash when I was vacuuming my car and told them right away. As I was taking the pictures another lady said her car was scratched as well. This place seems to be getting a bad rap for their quality, but over all like the convenience and the pricing of their car wash. Have been a previous customer of water drops I can say the quality hasn't gone up or down, but not having to collect little coupons and just being charged one monthly fee sweetens the deal. Their quick service and strong vacuums are reason enough for me to hit them up weekly. The facility is well kept and maintained and they do an excellent jog of getting customers in and out. I just had some of the best customer service I have ever had anywhere, and I can't rave enough about Jesus and Perry at this car wash. I got all the way up to the start of the wash when I discovered that my rear driver side window would not roll all the way up. There were people backed up behind me, so I couldn't get out. These two men managed to physically push the window up until it was just a few inches from being completely closed. Then they went and got tape and came and taped over the gap in the window on the inside and on the outside. And the entire time they were struggling to do this for me they were patient and sweet and kind and have restored my faith in human beings. On top of that, while I was vacuuming it, one of them (I'm sorry, I didn't remember which one's name went with which one's face) came out to ask if any water had gotten in. There was almost none, and I could not be more pleased. I also want to mention that when I first pulled in to give them my card, the young man there was so personable, and he actually told me he liked my sunglasses and they suited me. I'm a 73-year-old woman and that shocked me. That was so sweet of him and totally unnecessary and it made my day. This business has excellent employees. read more

This place did go down hill and the price went up. I agree with that completely. Also it is very aggravating when there is a car so close behind mine in the washer. The person waving the cars in acts like he gets paid by the number of cars he sends through. If the car behind me hits my car I'm sure the car wash will say they are not liable. Paid $14 for a wash, still have bugs stuck on my front bumper, front hood not even cleaned, need area where we can post pics....terrible! Even the $10 drive thru wash at oil changers ran circles around your system. Should be ashamed to charge people so much and your car is still dirty and 1/2 wet when exiting. Crappy Car Wash! I won't ever return. Such a rip off. Part of the problem is not even giving the customer what is paid for. Only 1 soap cycle, then rinse, then out, cars bumper to bumper. This site the staff is shady they try to deflect responsibility. My truck was damged by the equipment that left scratch down to bare metal on the roof of the cab. These scratches go half way down the cab. The same day that this happened the carwash also bent the hell out of my antenna to point it had to be replaced because it wad bent at the threads. So it took me a while to notice the damage since this truck is only driven on my days off so 5 days a week it is parked. I go through the carwash today get out and adjust the mirrors and i notice these scratches. Today is 10/16 I call the location when I got home and they said they would check the cameras and call me back, when they call they say scratches were there when i enterd the was this morning. I asked the to check the wash before which was 10/7 they said the scratches were NOT present when i entered the wash then and that i could look at the video. I got to the site to see the video and they can't provide the video of me exiting the wash on 10/7 which would prove if the damage happened in the wash. The manager swears up and down it could not have happened in the wash and that I must have drove through a tree. Lmao I have a work truck Monday to friday if anything would be scratches from going through trees it would be the work truck. So I ask the manager to see the video of me exiting, her response is she can't get it to load kind of funny every other camera angle that was worthless came up and the exit camera only would show 8/31. Sounds like your trying to delete the video to avoid what happened. I know it was not damaged due to somewhere I went other the that carwash since that is the only time anything goes over that truck is when it goes through that damn carwash. I went back to give the manager a second chance to show supporting videos to prove the damage did not happen like tha manager claims. It was still able to be retrieved. The manager claims that the one camera showing me leave the carwash tunnel had been down since 8/31. I don't believe this for one minute. The manager then stated that it was to frustrating to deal with, what kind of customer service is that. Like I am supposed to be greatfuly that I paid to wash my truck at their site just to have it damaged. Paint jobs are not cheap. This needs to be fixed as it seems that this site has history of this. What has me completely confused here is the site says their carwash has absolutely no metal parts or fasteners. Two they had complaints of the same damage that is on my truck on 8 other cars just a few weeks ago. read more

This had been my go to car wash since I've lived in the central valley because I love that they scrub your car before you go through and give out little air fresheners and trash bags. Of course like the rest of the world things have changed because of covid. This most recent time they didn't give out the usual items and they also didn't scrub down the car. The entire back of my van was still dirty while the rest was perfect. I'll continue going here since it was the first time I've been disappointed, but hopefully things will be able to go back to normal soon! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! Last Sunday, my car was washed here, and it was damaged. There was a total of 8 vehicles that were damaged, and today we found out that they are not liable for the damage. All 8 vehicles had the exact damage, and their management said their equipment did not cause the damage. Are you kidding me? Take some ownership and attempt to figure out a way to move forward with your customers!! The "manager" tried to lie and say that corporate determined that they were not at fault. After getting more information, the "manager" was the one that conducted the investigation and said they would not do anything about the damage. If you have been to this car wash within the last week or so, please look at your windows. There was something obviously on their brushes that caused small nicks in the windows. I agree with the other reviewers- this place has went DOWNHILL. I used to love this place. We have a monthly membership. For the past couple months the wash has been horrible- meaning my car leaves the place still looking like it needs a better wash. When I spoke to the manager she said, "You can try another one of our locations." What?! I live here- why would I go somewhere else? Drove all the way to Visalia from Lemoore to have my daughter in laws car washed for her after reading the reviews. She had made the long trip from Oregon to California so while I was here visiting for her I wanted to have her car washed to get the road grime and bugs off her car. I purchased the $18 wash thinking that surly the most expensive wash would take care of the dirt. Nope... the bugs and dirt are still there so not only did I over pay for a $5 car wash I drove way out of my way to do so. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they give you a trash bag, air freshener and dash wipe along with free vacuums to use. read more

So this is from the previous owners, "Waterdrops Express", but they still honor it until the end of Oct. Even if it says valid for Ultimate Shine, they pretty much gave me the basic $11 wash. I guess coz you are the new owner, you don't need to honor what the voucher says huh just to get rid of it, mediocre service. read more

This place has gone downhill. Came in to wash my truck saw that the rates have went up and the individual processing the payment is now asking for tips for the staff, when all she did is presoaked my grill and windshield. The detail bays no longer have air lines to blow off excess water and if you want to rinse your chamois/towel you have to go to there restroom. No longer going to use their services. read more

Here comes a cashless society. The full service car wash got bought out and they are accepting only cards. It's $3 more for a basic wash and dry. And no pre-was for bug removal. My car came out dirty. There was only 2 people working. No air freshener, or trash bags. No one to spray your car as you pay to let the soap soak. My car was not dry as I pulled out. I sure hope the previous owner made a bunch of money on the sale. He sold a well run company. The new owners gutted a once great business. Where the heck will I go now for a good car wash? Not what I expected from this car wash. Been coming to this one for years to find out its changed. May have been bought out. My grill did not get a scrub prior to the wash, nor even close to clean during the wash, I literally watched soap go down my car and not get wash off my windows while the air blew it of. Being in the area, we get bugs on damn near everything. No mirror for guidance, which helped a lot to get my car in the track, that was gone. I had the person working there getting me aggravated to go left/right quite a few times. The car wash was easy to use, did the job and in good time, now I get asked to join the car wash membership every time I go. Not my cup of tea sorry, just my opinion. I was a member for about a year, but been going to them for over 4 years. Mister replaced there dryer roller about 6 months ago. In October the roller pulled my windshield wiper off completely and pulled my wiper arm halfway ip my windshield. I spoke to the assistant manager and all he did was take pictures. told him it was going to rain in 2 days and I needed it fixed and all he said was that the manager was not there. I ended up trying to bring the arm down but cracked the windshield in the process. I know that was my faul, but wouldn't have been trying to fix it if their machined wouldn't have pulled it up in the first place. I got a hold of the manager and all I wanted was half of my deductible to fix it which was only 150, although the manager wanted to help, the district manager said no because I tried fixing it myself. needless to say I canceled my membership and will have all my family cancel theirs as well. read more

Pretty pricey for not giving candy, trash bags, or dash wipes. They did not scrub the front grill or spray for bugs on my rear window. The price is not worth the car wash. I used to go to Surf Thru, they had great prices, paid $14 for the ultimate, and give out dog treats, dash wipes, lollipops, car scents, and bags! Now that's worth $14 for the highest package, at Mister Car Wash it's $18 for the highest package! Yikes. read more

This car wash changed ownership and has really went down hill!! The previous business did a fantastic wash job , bugs were pre scrubbed by two people ( a must in the valley ) plus included a dash wipe, trash bag and even a candy ! I went threw last week and my truck was not very dirty and the side brushes didn't even scrub the sides which in this type of wash is very easy !! All this and the prices are higher! During covid I wouldn't mind a price increase if I was still getting a good wash job but unfortunately this place is a joke now and despite telling management EVERY time I have went since ....no change or improvements!
