I have been a loyal Mister Car Wash Titanium Exterior member for approximately a year and used this location several times a week. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the incident, I had previously expressed concerns regarding one of the large spinning brushes because it appeared to operate aggressively. Those concerns went unaddressed. Several weeks ago, that same wash equipment struck and broke the passenger-side mirror on my 2003 Ford F-150. I immediately reported the damage and completed an incident report. Since then, I have spent weeks trying to obtain a resolution. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, visits to the location, and phone calls, I have received very little communication and no final resolution. The lack of responsiveness and customer service has been frustrating, especially considering I have been a paying member and was only requesting approximately $60 to replace the damaged mirror. I understand that accidents happen, but what truly disappoints me is how difficult it has been to receive a timely response and a fair resolution. I expected much better treatment from a company of this size and from a business that values customer loyalty. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this location. read more

Worst Cleaning Job Ever. I understand it's hot outside but come on. I paid for the $50 most expensive Carwash meaning I was supposed to get everything cleaned. The outside was pretty cleaned mostlikely cause a machine did it but the inside was a mess they did not even try to clean anything. Some very lazy chubby men that were in charge of the inside did not even throw a napkin that I had in the back in the trash that's how lazy they were. Do not waste your money on here go to the Hand Car Wash In Freeport! Disappointed. This is a very busy car wash. I bought the $40 car wash which is the most expensive one and payed $2 extra to get my vinyl carpet pressure washed and cleaned. When they told me my truck was ready I looked into it and automatically saw the dirty mats. They didn't clean them. They also told me the vacuuming was good but they didn't even bother to vacuum. I'm pretty disappointed considering I payed the most expensive car wash. If i knew it was like this i'd just go thru the HEB $5 car wash and would've left the interior dirty. I expect to get what I paid for but unfortunately here is not it. I guess they just rush thru the cars to make sure the service is fast but don't actually do a good job, they just want more cars, more money for the half job they do. The man made sure he took my car back to get properly vacuumed but only because I brought it to their attention. Don't be lazy, it is part of the job. I would rather wait 30 min and have a good car wash than wait 10 min and have a... not so good one. I am an unlimited member at Mr. Carwash and was on Uvalde road and decided to wash my car. While going through the process, their system nearly ripped the driver side mirror off my car. When exited I attempted to speak with the manager on duty and the employee I spoke with was very unprofessional when I showed him the damage to my car. He stated very nonchalantly, "Oh, that's normal." Maybe that is "normal" for the level of care you show toward my vehicle, but it is not "normal" for how I care about my vehicle. If this is "normal" for this business then you definitely don't deserve to have my business. Went for the second time and and this time i had a chance to inspect my suv. I paid 36 for a semi wash/deal. The back wasn't vacuumed too good. A empty water bottle was still left under the seat amongst a few pieces of popcorn.my rear windows were not cleaned and the silver trim on the front was not wiped. I wiped it with my finger and it was dirty. I still had dead bug guts which I wiped off with my finger as well so why couldn't they? I don't think it's that hard to vacuum. We bring all our vehicles here for washing weekly. This is the first time it has not been cleaned properly. I paid for the $28.99 wash with some detail work. I get in my car after being told it was ready and the inside was not cleaned. I told the young man, "I will not be leaving with this vehicle until it is cleaned". This where i get angry...the manager (Antonio) is informed and his concern was how much did I pay for my car wash. I told the cashier to tell him he needs to come talk to me. Solid carwash that I used to frequent when I was living in Houston. Returned here for the first time in over a decade, to get my parents' van washed, and not a whole lot has changed. They still offer good service at a fair price and pay good attention to the details. My only gripe is that the cloths they use to dry the vehicles sometimes leave unnecessary streaks. I noted how much time and attention the person vacuuming my vehicle took, even pulling it to the side to give it extra attention. The same thing can be said of one of the guys who finished off the vehicle once it came out of the wash. He, too, took a lot of time and made sure that everything was well taken care of. Went to this place yesterday afternoon to get a car wash, the first thing I told the guy was that my car locks by itself, to make sure either keep the key out or someone stay inside the car. Obviously, they didn't listen and my car was locked. But that it's not it, I went back to talk to a manager and to my surprise, I see a huge RAT coming out of the popcorn machine. It was extremely disgusting, I told the cashier but she couldn't care less about it. I told the manager and he said they had lots of rats. Got a $36 wash and some detail done to my car. It was somewhat fast considering how long the lanes were. We got in and got complementary popcorn meanwhile we waited. Not too long they took the car out I get in and its just vacuumed. they did wipe the dashboard but not all of it (they left many parts dirty) the windows and the rear view mirror were dirty. I hate to write a bad review for Mister Carwash, was one of the first customers for the monthly wash club and brought them quite a few commercial accounts. I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone any longer. The last time I took my car in, the rubber on the antenna was ripped off and the outside of the car was not very clean. I paid extra to have the leather/dash/etc... done and had to request several places be addressed as there were streaks in the seats and dash where there was no product. The interior was not vacuumed well...just an all round sloppy job. I go to my Mom's often and there is a great drive through car wash close to her. Shine, shine, shine! And my car is clean! Horrible service!!! This was my second time visiting them. I have the Mister Carwash Pass and mind you I pay 32.00 a month and 14.00 extra for the interior to get cleaned. Well, the 1st time they did not wipe down the interior. I had to tell one of the guys that they left conditioner on my dash but didn't wipe down my doors. He went on and wiped down 1 door. I thought he was going to wipe down all my door because I did show him that they were not wiped down at all. He proceeded to walk away and go to the next car. Now today 07/14/2022 I went and decided to get my truck cleaned again because i am paying for them to do that. I'm watching my truck go through the wash line and here my truck was getting to the end, and I look over and "Fransisco" that is supposed to get into my truck and drive it over but he was not there waiting for my truck. I watched him walk over to drop off towels to the guys wiping down interior of other vehicles and he begins talking to the guys. Mind you my truck literally rolled off the belt and there was a vehicle behind my truck. I walked out and there goes "Fransisco" running to my truck to get in it and drive it off. I asked the manager "Dominic" what the hell was that? He went on and said that nothing happened and that my vehicle was fine. Yeah because "Fransisco" seen my truck roll off. What would have happened if the vehicle behind would have rear-ended my truck. I know Dominic and Fransisco are not going to pay the damages and from what I have read Mr. Carwash just blows people off with claims. This is so unacceptable. If Fransisco would have been at his location (drive the vehicle) this would have never happened. Not only that the vehicles that go through without anyone inside have their flashers on. Well, the guys vacuuming my truck didn't put the flashers on. I went on to ask "Dominic" isn't that protocol and he went on and said that they don't do that on all vehicles. Thats bullshit. Because the 2 vehicles behind mine had no driver and they had their flasher on. Dominic then went on and said that vehicles have their flashers in different locations. Like what in the hell? My damn flashers are on the dashboard. They guys in the back vacuuming and the driver "Fransisco" are all at fault and the manager "Dominic" just wants to make excuses for these kids. I just recently got my car was there after gym. I choose premium full service. Once i drove up to the l service, i hop out of my car like I normally do. But before i even go out of my car i had my beat headphone on me. So i took it off right before i got out. So once i waited through the wash and detailing process, I took off without realizing something was missing. I was also in a rush to hit the road for the holiday. I got the feeling something was missing but couldnt tell what it was. So when i got back to town getting ready for gym, thats when i realize my headphone was missing. I will never come here again!! The guy whole sold me the package was great. I paid for the $36 deal. Waited for my car. Car was done. Walked up was too impress for what I paid for. Look like the $20 carwash. I let that pass. Then I notice my keys on the passenger side missing a piece. Looked at the ignition and there was a piece of my key. Ask to speak to a supervisor. Then he directed to the GM. The GM was horrible for customer service. I was soo made that they key was broken but no one wanted to acknowledge the situation. The guy that detailed my car went above and beyond to do an amazing job. I wanted to tip him for his amazing work...but the older lady about 50ish that was working the front desk eating m&ms at 8:38 in the morning informed me that she didn't have change as she continued to chomp on her peanut m&ms. I went there on 02/17/2018 they ran my car through twice it still wasn't clean . I went back inside and asked for a refund. While I was getting a refund another customer was getting his truck ran back a second time also and he canceled his package deal he had just purchased. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. The first time I went my car was left still dirty. Today I went in paid the the $33 wash that the worker recommended she explained how it comes with all these great things and how they clean the inside of your car. One thing I wanted clarification was about the tires. She told me they they finish the tires by hand once the car comes out the wash. Well for one the tires are still dirty. My back seat and trunk still has dirt and wasn't vacuumed at all. As I'm looking at the car to inspect it the worker is behind me saying it's ready it's ready. The workers have no customer service skills at all and are rude. I came hoping for a different outcome but it's just the same situation that already has happened once before. I purchased a one have one hundred dollar card years ago, only used for a couple of times for 10 dollar each, but when I tried to use it again, they told me no money there, also no record of it at all. Ask me for receipt, which is many years ago. I told them could not find receipt, the real card can prove it. The problem is how much money left, not whether I have bought the card or not. So last review I pretty much put this place on blast but I came back with a different person and a little bit of an earlier time and all my needs were met promptly. You get a free little aroma thing when you go for shampoo which is very nice honestly and the person giving me my ticket was very kind although the person inside could use some manners as well as the young lady from before. Overall I'd say today was an above average experience....can be hit or miss with the customer service. read more
