Everything went well, after my car wash I parked my vehicle to vacuum it. Javier Flores was so very kind he had the kindness to asked me if I found this Mister Car Wash good I confirmed him with a big yes. After he was very curious to know what made it great. I paid for the most expensive wash the titanium did clean. Right and when I took up back up there to try to rewash they said that's the best they can do and they don't guarantee and gets all the side rails and wheel base . STAY AWAY AT APL COST !!! Brand new vehicle and as soon as o start running it through the wash it began to scratch me vehicle. I brought it to their attention and they decided to do nothing saying that there is no way their machines can cause that when it was obvious the way the scratches were all over the place. I came to wash my car here and the employee take your card to swipe it when it's a self serve machine and you ask them for the $10 car wash and they move so fast that they put in a higher price car wash. If you want a quick wash and don't need anyone to hand dry or vacuum your car for you then this is a good option. I had my parents' slightly older minivan washed here and I wasn't overly concerned about the gentleness of the brushes and such. The wash was satisfactory and the automatic dryer did an acceptable of job of getting most of the water blown off. The pricing is reasonable and the self-serve selection and payment station at as you pull in was convenient. You drive the vehicle onto the conveyor track yourself and it prompts you when to put your vehicle into neutral and when to put it into drive when the cycle is complete. If you want/need more care, maybe take the drive a few miles over to their location on Uvalde (near Woodforest Blvd.). read more

Always came here as it was right around the corner from my job. One day the machine scratched my car bad, and you could see the swirls showing it was obvious done from the machine, & the assistant manager gave me a card said someone would call me and took pics. No one has called, no one ever answers either. The one time I went up there no one was there either that could help. read more

This was a different location. I will NEVER go here again. I had the impression that they cleaned cars here. You run it through the machine. Vacuum it yourself. Clean the windows yourself. Armour oil your tires yourself. BUT, pay the same prices as the other full service stores. I can't be mad at them I should have read the signs. read more

AWFUL CAR WASH! Scratches and dents all over my vehicle after paying $14!! The manager was rude, incompetent and annoyed with me the entire time, after arguing for 2+ hours with him I basically demanded him to make an incident report, only for the claim to be denied the very next day with no further investigation. They allow work trucks that are covered in mud and rocks which get stuck in the equipment causing damage to cars in which they state they are not liable for any damages. Save yourself time and money NEVER GO HERE!!! Honestly 0 stars given, terrible customer service from both the location and claims department. read more

Bad wash! Ran my jeep wrangler thru the wash twice and still didn't get the bugs off the windshield or grill. Dust still on hood and back glass is still dirty. The car was almost clean before our visit to Mr car wash After complaints to the Manager we were told to go to a full service wash if we wanted the bug splat washed from our windshield. This Bubbles location used to be really good and I was always pleased with how clean my truck was after a drive through. The last few times I've been, the wash is no where near how good it once was. My back window still had a layer of dirty after each wash and their version of a wax finish doesn't offer the same sheen that it used to. Not to pleased and probably won't be back...now that I've got the bike rack on the truck, car washes by a machine are pretty much out of the question. read more

Paid $13 for a really crappy wash. I come here all the time, and this was by far my worst experience. After the wash I parked to vacuum. The first vacuum I tried wouldn't even turn on, so I went to another one. Granted the second one i tried turned on but was not even vacuuming. After the third vacuum I tried, I pretty much just gave up. It worked and stayed on the entire time I was there, but hardly sucked anything up. I wash my car maybe every 2-3 wks so my car doesn't get that dirty. But come on!! There was trash in a few of the vacuum spots, and I came at 9am so that says a lot. I only saw one person on duty. The only thing I did like was the fact there was no one hassling me about cracks in my windshield. read more

My car is so fresh and clean. But good gravy the lines are crazy. I understand this is automated but when it's busy lets get some people outside to move this along . they need to do something about the line because Carl's Jr. and Bubbles on a pretty day and Friday and Saturday is No Bueno. So if you want to get in and out dont visit this location on the weekend. But on a good note everything is clean I.e vacuums work and trash never full. The vacum is free. Also for some reason if you dont feel as if your ride is to your standards find managment and they will let you have a rewash. There is not a car wash in the are like this. read more

I'll keep it short - Probably the worst experience I've had with a car wash. When I got there, the guy before me hit one of the options before going through and there was no back button so I was sitting there for a little bit confused. After about 15 seconds, a worker (I'm assuming he's the manager) comes over, seemingly annoyed he has to do it, and presses a random space on the screen that gets it to go back. I've been to plenty of similar car washes before so I'm not expecting it to get every little speck of dirt off, but this one literally missed whole blots of mud on my car. It looked like there was barely any soap or water that hit some spots and my hood still had half the dirt I came there with. Definitely won't be going back read more

Normal day went to my Mr car wash location I have the ultimate package on my SUV I proceed to go through the tunnel came out and the Machine only shine 2 of my tires so I walk over and ask one of the guys to touch up my tire and the manger can over and yelled at the kid not to touch anyone's even though the machine is not working right!!!! $6 dollar basic wash and free vacuum?! Yes please ! This drive up car wash is the best! I always get assistance at the paying machine by a nice Hispanic man who is very nice and courteous. Then before my car goes inside the actual washing station there's two young guys who get the windshield and the back window presoaked with a brush and get the mud and dirt off in those hard to reach places. I started coming here since it first began as Bubbles and now is Mister Car Wash. I don't see a difference in service or in the wash. For the most part, most of the car is externally washed but at times there will still be a little soap left on the car after the wash is finished. I had put a 4 star rating when they first opened up but I'm changing it to 1 star now. One time my back windshield wiper broke off in the wash because the guy improperly taped it and when I was done with the wash, I noticed it was gone and immediately reported it..the guy put it on back for me after he went into the car wash area to search for it. Not all the vacuums work and sometimes there is a wait to even use one in that crowded lot. The vacuums don't even suction anything well anymore! Another time, there was a lot of soap left on the car after a basic wash and areas that looked unwashed - we let one of the workers know and he rudely replied.. "well that's what happens when u get a basic wash...there's no guarantee." He did nothing to fix the situation. No longer ever coming here...you lost a longtime and faithful customer. read more

If i could leave 0 stars i would !! Don't wash your vehicle here !! The drive thru wash damaged my jeep and now telling me they are not responsible. A 12 dollar wash is now costing me over $400. Most importantly the customer service is horrible, an employee saw exactly want happened, the bristles got stuck to my vehicle and scratched the hood and damaged my light bar the employee just restarted the machine and acted like nothing happened. This is now a "Mister Car Wash" - no longer Bubbles. Fully automated, self-service wash where you don't need to stop listening to your mix tape if you don't want to. The $5 basic wash will get you a shampoo, wash, rinse, and dry. Several optional extras such as Tire Shine, Wax, Undercarriage Wash, etc. can enhance your vehicles grooming. System did a pretty good job getting my hatchback looking clean with the basic wash. Monthly wash cards are also available for the petrol heads amongst us. Free vacuums are available once you've gone through the wash. Found a couple of the vacuums to have broken nozzles, which was a little annoying... Overall good experience for your standard car wash. I have been a bit spoiled maybe with locations that offer someone to wipe down after the wash, this one doesn't offer that service but they do have free vacuums which is nice. I am dressed in high heels and a skirt so I didn't use them but it's a nice benefit. read more

My car is new so all I needed was a quick wash. Apparently, there was little to no soap as the back and side of my car were still dirty after the wash. No one was there at the car wash. I called several times; got a fax signal followed by a voicemail; no one returned my call. I called the Uvalde wash and at least they have someone answering their phone. I would think any good reviews for this facility must be the manager or owner themselves. read more
