What a shady place. I would avoid this place and wash my own car at home. My elderly father went in for a $10 car wash and someone signed him up for a monthly subscriptions of $39.99 without telling him anything. I tried calling multiple times to get this reverse and no one ever picked up. This is elderly abuse. Please don't support this kind of practice. read more

The psi for the rinse towards the end is super high. It dented my roof a bit and removed paint from multiple spots. Only used it twice and now i can't use it anymore or it will removed my paint even more. The car wash does not want to take responsibility. read more

Our first experience was great at this location. The man who greeted us and explained various deals was very friendly and informative. I am weary now after reading other reviews regarding damaged vehicles but hopefully those issues are resolved. My car seemed in good shape after my first drive through car wash here. The service was great and quality of the wash met my expectations. The dryers at the end seemed to do a better job than most other car wash's which was nice so I didn't have to spend 20 minutes drying. read more

I had the highest subscription for my brand new palisade for 5 months. I took my car every week as it's black and never had issues. I recently brought my car through and it came out with scratches on the passenger side. These scratches were like someone took a wire brush to my paint mostly affecting a clear coat but some scratches were deeper. I was upset that my brand new car had damage and really didn't want any other car owners, especially with black paint having the same experience. I brought it up to the staff which took pictures and said they would file a claim with the manager. They called 2 days later stating that they were not at fault but wanted to turtle wax my car. I informed them that they would definitely not be touching my car if they refused liability and told them to cancel my membership. After spending $200 at this establishment I expected more. I reported this to one of the employees. They said they were going to do an investigation. I got a call the next day. Only to tell me after further investigation. we realize those scratches are not our fault. One of the times that I came by. I heard a bump noise on the side of my Door. And yes after I came out. There was a big scratch on my Door. They take no fault for it. I canceled my subscription. Be careful for those of you, that have new cars, and that actually take care of them.
