The employees at this location were outstanding. I brought my 2015 truck in during their free car wash offer and I was impressed that they inspected the vehicle first and decided to sweep the bed of the truck before allowing me to drive in. I was surprised the next week when I saw they were still offering free car washes so I took my Tahoe in after the brief rain we had. My child LOVED the lights and designs that appeared on the windshield as we went through the wash. It's great that they also provide damp towels after the wash to ensure your car is all the way dry. The only negative is the tight design of the entry and exit of the wash--makes it challenging for larger vehicles to maneuver. Nothing can change that now but I witnessed the staff being hands on and helping a large truck doing what looked like a 6 point turn to exit the parking spot drying area. I've had my quick quack membership for over 2 years now and I've never had problems until I visited this location. We tried everything to remove these stains but it won't come off, it's on all of my door panels and window frames. Something in their chemicals that they're using is clearly not good for our cars, be careful before trusting this car was. Cancelling my membership after this horrible experience. read more

I've been to many Quick Quacks and this one is sad. I always get the ceramic wash for $40 and that's what I asked for but I felt they gave me the good wash instead. When I went through the wash the ceramic wash lit up so that's what I was expecting to get. I didn't care about the $9.99 promotion I wanted what I wanted. The wash was so quick that my car didn't get clean. My car came out soaking wet but the top of the car was completely dry which tells me they only have one dryer or the other ones were half-assed or didn't work. They didn't even have the duck that goes over the windshield. I would never be back and I will tell everyone not to go there. Go to the other ones they are way better and they care. read more

DO NOT bring your car or truck here unless your ready to F'up your car and expect this company not to be liable for it. Worst car wash I've been through and my mistake for even trying out the type of washes where you count on a rail system where you let it push your car through. More like Quick Wack, I given this company less than a year and expect them to go out of business. My rim got completely bent and cracked I drove in and left with having to tow my truck because the bend was so bad air would not stay in the tire. I created a case and was denied. I was told it was done prior to me entering the wash which was impossible because I couldn't drive out. I requested footage and denied my request. This is a shit hole of a company hope the company crashes and burns. Save your money and go somewhere else trust me. Does seem like its ran be a couple of Lame Ducks. I was excited because one finally opened close to home, staff is always inattentive but that's hardly my complaint, I only need a wipe 1/10 times I visit but it's frustrating to have to repeat yourself 5/6 times when there's 5+ staff standing around, and I'm parked there waiting to get checked in. There is always one girl who goes out of her way to greet members when they were super busy doing the free wash promotion when they first opened, I will make it a point to add her name and update this when I can. small, but I felt misguided multiple times during my visits during the promotion dispite excessive staff, like, what were half of them doing? there were times when I just wanted to get in and out but was met with rude authoritative responses making for an unpleasant visit. I was offered a ceramic duck upgrade during the time, and received the normal wash. I guess I can't complain as I didn't pay, but was disappointed lol read more
