I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged. After paying for multiple repairs, the original problem returned, and I had to seek a second opinion. I was informed that the ignition coil wiring had been repaired improperly and that the spark plugs installed were not the correct part number for my vehicle. I was also never shown the diagnostic trouble codes or provided with a printout explaining why each repair was being recommended. Although the shop agreed to honor its warranty and make corrections after I raised these concerns, I believe the repairs should have been performed correctly the first time. As a customer, I lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the diagnostic process.
