After a few minutes, the man working there walks over to my car and lets me know to get into a different lane that will be finishing soon, so I do so. Turns out the person who arrived after me was placed into a lane that finished first, while I was placed into a lane that still needed more time, despite the additional time I spent waiting without having been instructed on where to go. Seeing that someone who had just gotten there was immediately greeted while I was only greeted shortly afterwards, despite having been in line for more than 10 minutes was already not the best experience, but something I was willing to let go. Realizing that I was given a spot where I would be waiting for an additional length of time after the person who got there 10 minutes after me was awful and enough to get me to leave. For context, if you are going there alone as a woman and don't have a newer model car, I would advise you not to go by yourself (or without a male companion). The whole experience felt discriminatory in and of itself.

After paying for multiple repairs, the original problem returned, and I had to seek a second opinion. I was informed that the ignition coil wiring had been repaired improperly and that the spark plugs installed were not the correct part number for my vehicle. I was also never shown the diagnostic trouble codes or provided with a printout explaining why each repair was being recommended. Although the shop agreed to honor its warranty and make corrections after I raised these concerns, I believe the repairs should have been performed correctly the first time. As a customer, I lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the diagnostic process. The trust I had in this business is now gone, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive repairs.
