So I've had unlimited wash for a very long time on all my vehicles and this is probably the worst service that I've had the last several months with these guys they don't pay any attention. I've got them on camera on my Tesla of them looking at the road, trying to flag you in and then they mess your tires up your entry and then they blame it on you and I literally taped them, which is funny. Unlimited car washes worth it, if you have your car clean weekly. Along with the vacuuming. You can purchase on the screen and someone will let you through the first wash cycle. Then following You will go inside to purchase your unlimited wash with a credit card to set up a account. Once that is done. When you return. You get to drive through the members unlimited lane the computer will scan your bar code and automatically the gate will open up. read more

I can only give a partial review since this was not the kind of car wash I was seeking. To explain further, I was in search of a wash with bays so I could use the sprayer to simply rinse my vehicle with water, then hand wash it with a cloth and no soap. I had passed by this business several times, so it immediately popped into mind. However, this is a drive-thru car wash with the fancy sprayers, foamy brushes and such. If that's what your after, this seems like a nice place to go. It is new, complete with vacuum bays that appear to be self-service. All of you are children; it's a car wash. It does what a car wash does and the staff are nice. If it bothers you that much that they ask for a tip (because the pays shit) or that you got scratches which ALL touching objects can do. Then it sounds like you need to do it at home and stop complaining; all of these reviews are acting like it's a 10 star hotel with amazing staff. It's a car wash it has one purpose no car wash is that great but this one is damn good for pricing and obviously a nicer painted car shouldn't go to a car wash anyhow. So we are moving to town from Ohio. My nephew and I wanted to wash his truck since we had been on the road for a couple of days. We pull up and the attendant offers the packages and prices like normal places. We pick one, and then asks if we want to leave a tip. For what? Explaining the prices and working the card reader? First off off you don't pay your employees enough at a self service car wash, that's on you, not me to make up the difference, but being the all around nice person I am, gave $2. At my car wash in OH, they would give you an air freshener and a disposable drying towel. None of that and the prices are over by $5. Anyway, we get through the very short wash, pull around to the vacuum and the suction is horrible. Ask the attendant, and "oh yeah, one of the motors is down and they are coming to fix it in the morning. Could you not have told me that before I paid $16 for a crappie wash? And a $2 tip? At least have the sense to shut off half the vacuum spots to help suction. It's a shame because it's less than a mile from where we are living, but I'll drive further, never again. read more

While drying off my new vehicle, I noticed some light scratches going down 2/3 of the side of the vehicle, skipping a few inches over and over. They were light, only scuffing the clear coat. The manager brought some guy with him who was combative the entire time. I was surprised at this, as I was calm the entire time and gave no attitude. The manager said he didn't think it was due to the car wash but would run it by the company's claims office and get back to me in three days. I waited until the close of business on the 3rd day. Called him on both number he provided, with no answer. Then got an email back from him saying he told me my claim would be denied when we last spoke and gave me a number for his corporate claims office. Keeping in mind that I had been a customer for two years, this was a very surprising way of being treated. I'll be taking both of our memberships elsewhere. read more

One of the worst car wash company. I was using this car wash at least once a week til on the last visit, while going through the car wash something hit my windshield and broke it. They said they are not responsible bc they have a sign outside. It is really pathetic for big companies like Mister car wash to mess up people's cars and hide behind a lousy sign. I want to start off by saying that I decided to go here due to my company bringing all of their cars there to be washed and they love it. I went today and got the $7 car wash. I am on a budget and the car was getting so bad! I went through and came out, my car looked like it was just rained on. Nothing was touched and still looked horrible. I know I got the cheapest one, but I was very surprised with the outcome. I went inside and I talked to someone about it and he said that he has no problem putting me through again and that he would give me the platinum wash. I thanked him tremendously and went through again. I came out and the car looked a little better, just with some spots still very noticable but I didn't want to complain more since he had helped me out. I was vacuuming my car, and noticed about 5-8 white scratches on my Grey car...They have never been there before and I haven't had the car for long so I was kind of concerned. I brushed it off just thinking, well these things happen.. I finished vacuuming and got in the car to leave, put my car in reverse and it started grinding. My breaks are in good condition and have never heard this sound before. I thought maybe it was because the breaks were wet, but i have washed the car many times and it has never done that. I am very thankful for the helpful gentleman that put me through again, but if this was the platinum wash... why does my car still look like this.. read more

This location's quality and customer service has gone way downhill over the years. Their solution is to have you to continue to go through if your car isn't clean. How about providing a quality wash to begin with? Who wants to go through multiple times instead of once? We previously had the unlimited on 3 of our vehicles, and it used to be a good wash. Be careful if you own a large truck or SUV. My 2016 GMC was damaged on the passenger side. Manger took pictures and sent to corporate office. Received an email stating the damage was inconsistent and they closed the case. I visited the office and spoke with Regional Manager and he pulled out an Ipad to view pictures. He had to scroll thru several reports to find my case. So clearly they have receive a lot of complaints. I also had 2 co workers tell me that their cars were damaged at the Smyrna location. If you care about your vehicle do not take your car to Mister Car Wash. read more
