Overall, no complaints. The staff was extremely friendly and the car wash did its intended purpose. I went with a basic wash, which was well-priced at ten dollars. It made my car relatively clean and for ten dollars, you really couldn't beat the deal. This car wash is located on East Colonial Drive and that makes it convenient and again, it was a good wash. This is one of the better Mister Car Wash locations. They'll probably need to up their game as in early 2024, there are about 50 new car washes opening. WTF happened where there's a surge of these places. It's like Storage Units a few years ago, or donut shops a few years ago, or axe throwing places a few years ago, or ramen places (still happening), or hot chicken places, or salad places. Broken vacuums, rude, aggressive, unprofessional management, unclean car, total rip off. Absolutely the worst establishment I've ever been to; the manager, Ryan, is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. He's very argumentative, rude, and extremely aggressive. Today, while visiting this location, I paid $20 for a car wash after driving through it. I noticed that my car was still extremely dirty after parking to vacuum. I realize that the vacuums didn't work. There were about seven other people also complaining about the vacuums not working. The sweet lady attendant at the gate informed us that the issue isn't the vacuums but a bigger problem with the motors, stating that only 2 people can vacuum at a time. After asking to speak with a manager I explained to him the issue that I was having with the vacuums, as well as with my vehicle not being cleaned. Ryan became extremely irate and unprofessional, so much so that another customer had to step in to try to calm Ryan down. I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere that I can get a complete service including vacuuming. Ryan stated that vacuums are free and I would not receive a refund.. this establishment is a total rip-off off a complete joke. I asked for the corporation's number so I could file a complaint. I had a membership at least 2 years. I went in last week to the Lake Nona location. Gate wouldn't go up (it happens) kid come over says he can't find my account and wants to set me up with a new one. I was like nope had the same account forever for my company vehicle. A female manager with an attitude came up and said that I need to make a new account as she is going to deactivate my current account. I was like nope not happening. I had my sticker on the inside of my windshield since it was just replaced and am getting a new company car in two weeks. Again she said that she was going to deactivate my account and that I have to get a new account. I told them to cancel my account and habded them my sticker. I'm here every other day only because of the proximity to my house. The car wash is ok, the vacuums come disconnected all the time while in use. Some have super strong suction, others just mediocre. My biggest pet peeve is that I pay for the most expensive monthly wash option and they don't have towels readily accessible. My husband and I have been going here for a while so the workers offer us towels but what about everyone else. I don't know, I just feel they could improve in that area. I do not like stickers on my car and I advised the guy that I bought my membership from of that and he let me put it on my dash right where it would have been on my windshield, I have never had an issue at the location by my house yet I just went to the one on 434 in Altamonte and the worker refused to let me go through because it was not on the outside of the window. I used this company because it's the closest to me and purchased the top tier wash membership, have had it for a while. So do many of the people I work with. Nothing against the wash or the places I went, this is a straight issue with corporate. I was involved in a major accident resulting in my car being totaled. I tried to contact your office, but due to time difference it was tough with my situation, so I emailed, as stated I could on the website. I got an email back stating we are experiencing higher than normal volume and will get back to you. 5 days later I get the same email. Coincidence that my bill was due the very next day. I am able to call today and cancel, but when I asked for a refund for this month, which was billed today, the 22nd of March, they said "Oh, I'm sorry, but since we canceled it, we can't issue you a refund, sorry." The guy asked me if I wanted any special requests & I told him my trunk & in between the seats. Once it was ready, the cup holders were still dirty & so I asked him about it, & he cleaned it then. The middle of the seats is quite cleaned up, still stainful & lots of dust. My trunk is totally untouched, still dirty & all the stains are there, nothing was cleaned, I don't even think the trunk was opened. Very unsatisfied with the service here. This is the worst Mister Car Wash in all of Orlando. Just had an employee skip me (an unlimited wash club member) to have another car go ahead of the members only lane. Their tire shine has mostly not worked in over eight months. They also had a hydraulic line break about six months back and that day the employees were extremely unprofessional and wouldn't even explain the situation. It's convenient that they a many locations throughout central FL however I wish the machines were newer and would actually clean the car and the vacuums are a hit and miss depending on the location. I came through here a couple of weeks ago and opted for the Platinum wash, which was around 18 dollars or so if I remember correctly. I live in a country area and my car is always parked under trees, so maybe I should have wiped my car down first before deciding to go through any mechanical car wash since honestly my vehicle probably needed a good scrubbing to get off all the pollen stains. I decided that a car wash would be easier and quicker though, so I thought to give this a try. The associate wiped down the windshield first before we went through, probably because the windshield is the first impression of how clean your car is when exiting the car wash. After leaving the wash and inspecting my car, I felt mildly disappointed that there were still pollen stains on the top and back of my vehicle. On a positive note, my car was admittedly shiny and my rims looked good. While I probably could have done a better job on my own at home, it was a quick option to make my car look presentable again without all the time and effort, and from a distance it looks like it pretty much got the job done. If you are looking for a wash that will make your ride look freshly driven off the showroom floor, I might possibly recommend this only if your car isn't too filthy to begin with. If your car needs a good scrubbing, perhaps wipe it down first with the hard-to-clean areas beforehand. If all else fails, saving the money and doing it yourself at home yields the best results! read more

I went today for a car wash and inside detail where I asked the guy if my cupholders and doors were going to be cleaned as well. He responded with yes. When I got my car back the doors nor the cupholders were clean and I said I would pay more if it was a different upgraded package but another guy said it would take an hour to do it! It took less than 30 minutes to get my car cleaned on the outside and "inside" but doors and cup holder were going to take an hour?! I wasn't happy but I still tipped because they are working in 83 degree weather but I was not a satisfied customer by any means. I have been visiting this location for several years, but since being sold to "Mister car wash" the quality has gone down greatly. When Mister first took over i purchased the "$29.99 express platinum" unlimited wash plan. List of complaints: 1. They allow cars to pull up in the unlimited wash line to purchase single washes which can cause quite a delay when trying to get a quick wash 2. Since "Mister" came along any "improvements" seem to be purely entertainment factor such as a noise generator, lights, etc. 3. The car NEVER comes out dry and has water spots all over it - requires shammy on bumpers, hood, and rear of car every wash. 4. They have been too cheap to replace the shades over the "free" vaccumes. 5. Good luck to even find a vacuum that has good suction, usually have to move the car several times - poor maintenance. 6. Don't expect your wheels to come out fully clean of brake dust. At one point this may have been attempted to be fixed, but their modification caused damage to my car and caused clear coat to peel / crack on a 3 year old BMW. This modification was taken away or fixed within a few weeks, no issues since. 7. High employee turn over - This is probably a sign of poor management, I used to always see the same friendly faces as I would go several times a week. 8. Shows how much they care about their employees: It took them 6 + MONTHS to fix SOME of the covered area for their employees to interior clean and dry cars after the car wash (purchased separately). 9. Final Straw - Unlimited wash sticker - You are forced (at one point they could run your license plate but Sebastian who I doubt knew what he was talking about said I REQUIRED a sticker on my vehicle) to place this which is bright white, sticks out like a sore thumb, damaged my tint, and free advertisement to them. After I ran though the wash today he stopped me and forced me to remove my sticker (was temporarily taped on as i remove after wash). I never once had an issue for the prior year. I completely understand the logic behind this, but other options need to be offered. The sticker looks TERRIBLE on an all-black car, or any other high end vehicle to a person that cares about the looks of their vehicle. Needless today after being a member for over a year and coming to this wash for several years prior to becoming "Mister" I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to any Mister car wash. Not sure if they are franchised or not but I do NOT recommend this location any more. End rant, but this is a long time coming for a LONG TIME CUSTOMER even prior to Mister car wash that they made 0 effort to retain. read more

I am amazed at what a $23.54 car wash doesn't get you these days at Mister car wash. I was amazed when they stopped offering FULL service and held their pricing. This trip I only saw two employees, one trying to sell a membership and the other directing me in. No one appling solution or doing bug removal. The front of my vehicle still had bug splatter, the air dryer did little if anything to dry the excess. The tire application only covered half of the wheels on the driver side and the passenger side was hit and miss. Best part of the payment process is where they ask up front if you would like to apply a tip. I bet the "salesman" and "director" who do absolutely nothing on the vehicle never see a dime of that. They probably wiped down the arm rests and vacuumed the center of the floor mats but they didn't make a dent on the edges of the floor boards, center console, or in the seat crevasses. This is not a bad place to receive a car wash. I've had far better experiences, but I've also had far worse. Mister Car Wash settles somewhere in the upper half of the middle. Let me explain: 1. Their car wash prices are competitive. I received the elite wash for around $18. That's right in line with what other places charge. However, I noticed that my car wasn't totally clean. 90% of my vehicle looked great, but there were some spots and stains left from before that did not get picked up in the wash. That was disappointing. To further complicate matters, there was no employee doing spot checks or last-minute clean up some spots not adequately cleaned by the machine. Many other car washes have this feature but not Mister Car Wash. Strange. 2. Another unfortunate gripe is that Mister Car Wash advertises unlimited car washes for nearly $40 a month. The price point is an anomaly since other car washes charge closer to $30. The employee who offered it to me was also a tad bit pushy for my tastes. Anyway, I swiftly rejected the eye roll-worthy amount. I probably will never consider it unless they drop the price by close to $15. 3. The thing I do truly like about this car wash is they advertise free vacuum use. Other car washes I've been to charge paying customers to use subpar vacuums, which is absurd. Not only does Mister Car Wash not charge, but their vacuums are free to all without the caveat of having to have used their car wash service first. This is a welcome feature for customers who merely want a quick, self-serve vacuum service, but it's also a sneaky way for Mister Car Wash to get on customers' good graces and further advertise their service.
