This location (and apparently the regional manager is involved with poor business decisions) will continue washing cars after hydraulic fluid gets on the brushes without warning drivers or inspecting how they are coming out. This effectively smears the vehicle and particularly windows and mirrors with an oily film (think Vaseline) then sends drivers out into traffic at night unable to see clearly. Full of low energy employees that have to be told what to do. Like "please pre-spray the bugs with bug/tar remover." And "please pick up the high pressure spray that is 6" from his hand." Next, you pay $2 for a DRY rag. I wanted to wash the dash and inside of my windows. So I asked for some spray. Nope! I went through Mister Car Wash and it ripped my side mirror off completely. They reviewed footage and said it "looked loose" compared to the other side. What??? So no help, just a $60 gift card. That doesn't fix my mirror. Why would I go back? This is the second time they've damaged my car. The only good part? The Assistant manager on-site was kind and tried to help. The company itself? Took my car for a winter wash, I used to go to this car wash a lot because they would prewash with a brush and my car would be clean including wheels. Now it's much costlier (22 from 18) for the top wash but I paid. No one prewashed just a girl jammin to some tunes guided me in and that was it. I exited to the dryer area and saw dirt that was missed everywhere, especially the back they didn't brush. Even the windshield still had dirt on it. I went to the kid who took my money and asked, how does that work but now now it's more expensive and the car is not even clean? So he gave me an excuse that they're working on some things in the tunnel and one of the dryers isn't working right. So yeah, that made me feel great because he was happy to take my money and didn't even offer for me to go through again after I showed him the dirt, I am done forever with this wash and I suggest you save your money. read more

I strongly recommend joining the unlimited car wash club because it's really the best value! I used to have a similar membership at a car wash in Seattle, and the washes were never as thorough. An employee treats the car with a hose and/or brush before you go through the wash, which loosens bugs or other caked on issues. My car always comes out super clean. I also had problems with other drive through car washes scratching my car, but I've never had any issues with this location. Also, free vacuums! In all of the states and cities I've lived in, I have never seen free vacuums as an option! It is wonderful to be able to vacuum my car out and then run it through the wash, leaving with a clean car inside and out. Finally, the staff is always really nice, and they are quick to check if a member by running your plate, so you don't even need to roll your window down. read more

Went through car wash March 26th and truck looked good until further inspection. I had scratches down the entire side of my truck. I stopped by and the site manager Joseph Rouse took my info and took pictures and told me the General manager Jesse Geag would contact me. He did 3 days later after I had called and left him a message. I scheduled a time to meet him and he ended up double scheduling with some one and tried to blow me off. He finally came out and told me that the scratches were not from his car wash and I must have drove up against something. I know he is trying to cover it up and not take responsibility. So if anyone else brought their car through that day check for scratches on the passenger side., but don't expect them to care about it! read more

Took my truck in today to get all that nasty pollen off of it. Was going to get the Platinum car wash and the attendant suggested the month package. Since it is cheaper than buying two car washes, I said sure. She also offered to push my mirrors in but I had been there before so I knew they would fit ok and left them the way they were :) As I said, we have used the one on Sullivan and the one on Pines. They both did a great job and left our truck sparkling clean. The employees are always nice and our cars are always clean. Well worth the money. read more

I purchased my Hummer H3 in 2016 and drove it for a few months before taking it to Mister Car Wash after a friends recommendation. You know how you newly acquired ride is, you go over it and check it all out, you go in the garage and admire it because you always wanted one and you found one that was well taken care of and it great. I noticed after my first car wash that there were some scratches and chips I did not remember. The was a big one on my fender. I just supposed it was from a touch up done by the car dealership to make it more saleable. Well I have only been thru the car wash a few times with questionable scratches and chips appearing. This last trip was the worst; it has been about 6 months since the last trip and man this was horrid. I know what my Hummer's paint job looks like and man this time was horrid. I have scratches in all sorts of directions, I have chips down to the metal that are dotted all over the hood, fenders and hell it's everywhere. I was in the garage and was going to do some touchup on some chips I saw months ago and finally had time to fix, but wow there was so much more than I saw just a week ago. I paid $800 for a special clear coating called Cilajet that seals and treats the paint to make it last longer. Got it because red tends to fade quicker. Was beautiful until Mister Car Wash decimated it. Those cleaning strips must pick up crap and grit from dirty cars and just become abrasive belts beating the paint to death. Wonder if they ever inspect them. Wonder if there is any process at all. If you work your ass off to own a nice car, do yourself a favor and invest in a bucket and sponge and enjoy doing it yourself. Your the only one who gives a damn. BTW I only put 7,000 miles on the car since I bought it, so not a whole lot of road exposure. I'll maybe post photos later when I'm not so pissed off. read more

Well I just signed up for the monthly membership but I can't say I'm impressed. The was a lot of dirt and smearing left after the wash. Upon closer inspection I noticed lots of pitting and scratches on the front subaru emblem. These weren't here before because I just hand washed that area two days before and inspected it closely. Car War Plaza charged my Visa card twice for a $14 car wash on May 10, 2021. My bank alerted me as to the duplicative charge. I drove there to get a VISA credit but there was no employee onsite contrary to their website assertion that they have an employee on site. I just called the company at 509-496-5439 and an employee was snotty and hung up on me without correcting the company's unauthorized duplicative charge. read more

I've used Mister for years. Their staff seems to be professional. Probably my biggest complaint is that they get so busy sometimes that there are no vacuums available and lines can be long. read more

I don't have huge expectations for a car wash.. Just the the dirt off my car right? I went through this car wash spent over $18 dollars for the best quality wash and my car still had dirt and smears all over it once the wash was supposedly complete. Next time I'll just find a puddle to drive through or wash it myself. read more

Will never go to this carwash again. A few months ago I took my truck through the car wash and one of their pieces of equipment was leaking some sort of oil which covered my vehicle. It took a lot of washes and scrubbing to get it off over several weeks. I couldn't even see out of my windows afterwards. My wife happened to go through around the same time and her SUV was also coated in oil. The compensation for this issue was a couple of free car washes. We weren't thrilled with this but accepted it and continued to use their service. Now more recently I went through the wash and a piece of their equipment struck my truck hard enough to rock the vehicle and broke my passenger side mirror. The attendant came running and picked pieces of mirror of the ground. The GM came out and was instantly rude and immediately started to say there was previous damage to the vehicle. My truck had no damage to it before this incident and I was amazed at how rude the GM was being. There was a loud bang when it happened and my truck was rocked back and forth. It was obviously an equipment malfunction of some sort and they wouldn't take any accountability. I am now dealing with their corporate entity and have yet to get any resolution. I suggest getting your car washed somewhere else as I will be doing now. read more
