When I brought my car to get it cleaned, I specifically showed the man I paid that there was some olive juice spilled on the rubber mat in the backseat. When I went to get my car, I looked in the backseat and it was not clean at all, so a man came over and sprayed it and wiped it some more, but it still was not clean. I have been coming here for a decade now. they use to be really good, you always got a clean vehicle back and it smelled great. Then the soap started to stink like perfume and then it was like they didn't use soap. Now they have adjusted the brushes so they do not even wash, the front of my vehicle. Admittedly, I have not purchased a membership from here since COVID happened, but my goodness. Horrendous. A month ago I got my typical membership for almost $100 and it is absolutely not the same anymore. They have taken away all of the fanfare and left you with just a regular car wash. I am so angry I could spit nails. Literally no more armoral, no more shine, no more anything. And to be frank, it's like they have hired the most lazy people ever. These people are so lackadaisical and aloof it's atrocious. There used to be some amazingly great quality people who were cleaning the cars and super meticulous and detailed.. Not now. They'll leave your carpets unvacuumed, your seats with debris in the crevices...like what is going on here? The fact that we already have to deal with our leather not being beautiful with armoral, we have to deal with gente perezosa too?? What a waste. I will not be renewing my membership and I'm so thankful that it took me 4 years to do it. Never again. I will just have to find another quality car wash or just hit up the express. Shame. read more

Never take your vehicle to the Mister Car Wash @ 2530 Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. I pay monthly for the Unlimited Wash Club Service, which included Armoral + I usually pay the $15.00 to clean the inside as well. They do not vacuum, they use a blower, the windows are streaked, and the interior is not wiped down at all. To say that they clean the outside is a joke. They did not do my tires, they did not clean my tail gate of my truck and when I told the girl the truck was not ready all I got was " It's Ok Momma" Ask for a manager and that is even a bigger joke. I've been going to Mister Car Wash for years, but no more. They find ways to hike up prices and reduce services. This time they've gone too far. I paid $10 for a Base car wash. I essentially got half my car washed. Only the sides were washed with the brushes. No brushes used on the top of my car, nor were the drying rags used on the top of my car. For $50, all you get is your car ran through the machine, your car vacuumed, and only the dash wiped down. They don't wipe your doors or cup holders. If you have a 3rd row they will not clean your windows on the inside, and when you get it back it won't even smell clean. The "service" is trash. They didn't even clean the rearview mirror. And although I asked prior to paying if these things were included they said yes but afterwards said they do not offer "detailing". The inside of the front window is still dirty as well. I feel cheated out of my money honestly, and I never plan to return. read more

Fort Bend ISD uses this location for cleaning their fleet of company vehicles. I took my vehicle in for a wash during my lunch break, since it was just a few blocks from me at the Adminstration Building. The system has changed a lot. They no longer have signs above the lanes that show you the list of washes and their cost. Now, you're summoned to a person who is holding a tablet and he/she rattles off your options, along with their (much higher) prices. You also have to pre-pay, before your vehicle even gets a look. An app is also available for pre-pay, but it is lacking in features. On this particular day, I chose to pay for a full service wash (I forget which one I chose), instead of doing the usual quick wash, where you stay in your car and only the exterior is cleaned. I wanted to get the car detailed, since it was my last week on the job. I watched the car go through the wash and then out to where it gets the final detailing, by a host of towel wielding men and women, who seemed like they wish it was five o'clock. I'm not sure if there is any indication of what the tip amount is on the ticket, but the guy who was detailing the inside of my car looked at that ticket and then proceeded to do his least best. He was in and out the car in a few minutes. The car was still dusty! The dashboard and the door arm rests were still dusty! Check out the photos and judge for yourself. As far as customer service, they did a great job at making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The facility is clean and really nice. I did wish they had more seating in the waiting area but that's neither here nor there. As far as the cleaning, I'm underwhelmed. Typically I just go through the convenient store drive thru wash and find free vacuuming and do it myself but I recently had surgery and I couldn't bend over as needed to really clean everything well. That would cost me around $10 and a bit of sweat and pain versus the $36 it cost for me to be handed back a car with bird crap still on the hood and window and dirt still on the seats. I'm just not sure it's worth the value but what I will say is it was quick. If it took to much of my time I'd definitely be disappointed with the turnout but it came out within maybe 15 minutes. read more

I came here on a random Tuesday and the business was not busy at all. This was easily the worst car wash I've received. I'd rather clean my own car down the street where I know I can do a much better job instead of paying over $30 for such an inadequate "cleaning". I'll be taking my car to Top Soap next time down the street where it's much cheaper and I can do self service for the inside of my car with their unlimited already provided towels and sprays. read more

So really 1 star for exterior cleaning. But that's it. I was better off doing the interior myself. It was my first time coming here and it was hella confusing. The interior vacuum was subpar, they barely vacuumed my driver seat. See attached pictures. I wasnt expecting a phenomenal job but there was a lot left. They didn't vacuum my trunk but vacuumed other peoples. So disappointed. I was really better off going to a competitor with self vacuum. The only thing good was the ac facility waiting for your car. He did a very poor job cleaning my rims. I've been to this location several times and I've always had to request to go back through the car wash for different reasons. Bas They always try to get full service purchased The staff are kind and generally oblige, but this is not a short/quick process and ample time is wasted. The wash generally breaks down/pauses while inside which affects cleanliness of car. One time I had some type of fluid left on my car and they were afraid it would damage the paint. This is my go to carwash in the land of sugar. They're fast, efficient and friendly. For $15, you get a normal wash for the exterior. Once your car comes out of the monster car washing machine, multiple skilled employees wipe your car down dry with clean towels and rags. You also get your windows inside wiped clean and your interior dusted! Not bad! Not to mention, you get your mats pulled out, sprayed down with water, cleaned, and the floor under the mats vacuumed. You can watch them wipe your interior in great detail. They even open up the trunk of my suv and wiped the interior of the windows. When I picked up my vehicle, there were a few water spots left on the car but come on, you can't expect perfection for $15. The price has gone up from $13 last year to $15 now. Not a bad price for all that you get, assuming you're car is super dirty and needs a nice spring cleaning! read more

I got the highest level car wash membership a couple years ago. However every single time I got my car washed they would not clean the cup holders. I would then have to request that they clean them. Takes literally 1-2 minutes. I finally downgraded my membership to exterior only to avoid the frustration. Today is a beautiful day and I took a chance on getting the platinum wash. When they are done the windshield is still dirty. I proceed to try to clean it myself. A manager suggests that I just send it through again. I do so and request that since it's going through again to please clean my cup holders and wipe down the seats. Of course after a second go the cup holders have not been touched. I initially pull away because you know this is frustrating. But I immediately return to say this is why I downgraded my membership. This is ridiculous! So finally after three times my windshield is clean and my cup holders are clean. Way too much hassle. I'm including a pic after the 2nd time, before the cup holder finally got cleaned. The manager was nice and apologized. He kept saying I should just let them know if something needs to be fixed. I told him but this should be part of cleaning the car. A given. I'm not expecting a detail. I should not have to ask them to clean my cup holders every single time. It doesn't make sense. They said that they updated my profile re the cup holders but someone said they did that months and months ago and nothing ever changed, hence why I downgraded my membership. I agree with most of the 2 to 3 star reviews on yelp about the Mister Carwash on Hwy 6 and Lexington Blvd. in Sugar Land, TX. At best, they do a mediocre job of cleaning your automobile. It seems everyone, but the person that sells you on what service to purchase, does a half-a$$ job on vacuuming, wiping down the exterior after the wash, and dusting/wiping down the dash and console areas of the interior. Yet, they continue to raise prices and blame it on inflation. read more
