Mister Lee's Noodles

This is a nice ramen place in the Easton Public Market. We came here while visiting some friends in January and we got one bowl of the regular ramen (Mister Lee's Noodles) and one bowl of the fried chicken ramen. Both weren't the bet ramen we've ever had, but they were pretty tasty overall and made for a good dinner.

Bad hot n spicy ramen.

Not very good. Never heard of book choy in the sausage and couldn't even find any. Noodles were hard. Added extra pork and got very little. On top of that it was $24 dollars . Last time coming here.‍

Yum yum love the food. Worth every penny. Coming here for my lunch breaks all the time.

Had Mister Lee's noodle bowl, which was good. I'd give it an 8 out 10. Gentleman who took my order was friendly and appreciative. Worth giving a try if you are in Easton area.

The ramen is not bad but if you are hoping for traditional Japanese ramen, you would be a little bit disappointed. This is a farm to table ramen non-traditional ramen place. Mister Lee's ramen is the only one that has the pork (chasiu). I personally prefer the flavor of traditional ramen but this is a nice spin from traditional ramen. The broth has a heavy mushroom flavor. Everything is fresh and flavorful, not much to complain about.

Date night with my guy, I searched Yelp for a new place to try. By chance, I found Mr. Lee's noodles. They did not disappoint! First, it's a small menu, just a few offering but something for most. In addition to ramen, there is also fried chicken available. Sparking water, plain as well as flavored available. We began by placing our order with the cashier, getting a number, and deciding where to sit. The cashier is friendly and helpful. The chef was also very nice as well. There is a lot of seating available and it's a nice casual atmosphere. Now to the food. I ordered Mr. Lee's Noodles. It has a 60-minute egg, 3 types of onion(pickled, crunchy, and green) cha Sui pork and mushrooms. Although the broth is a little more salty for my taste, it was flavorful and delicious. The noodles cooked al dente perfectly, the cha Sui pork had the right blend of savory and sweet. I ate til my belly ached with fullness. A very satisfying and delicious dinner. My boyfriend doesn't like a lit of fanfare, so all he wanted was broth, noodles, and the tempura bacon. The smokiness of the bacon could be tasted in the broth. The tempura outside Gabe the smoked bacon a nice crispy crunch. All in all, he devoured his bowl with nothing but a few sips of soup left. We will definitely stop in again.

John's Crunch (like noodle version of funnel cake), Veggie Ramen and Fried Chicken Ramen - delicious!

We got: 1. John's Crunch - like noodle version of funnel cake 2. Veggie Ramen - had a squash soup base and came with a runny egg, which was very good, crispy sweet potato chips, tiny salad, tiny coleslaw type salad, radish and two pieces of tofu. Felt like American toppings on top of an Asian noodle soup. Quite strange but not bad. I wouldn't get this again, but if you like different components in your food, then this might be for you! Soup was a teeny bit spicy. 3. Fried Chicken Ramen - my bf liked this. The fried chicken was lightly fried. Overall pretty good, food came out very fast too:)

Noodles: 5/5 Chasiu: 3/5 underwhelming. Not crazy flavorful and thick cut and not very soft. Just tasted like very mediocre tough meat Broth: 4/5 not a lot of it. Wish there was more. Toppings 4/5: nothing crazy but decent mushroom, local greens, half boiled? (Supposedly 60 minute) egg $15 for a bowl of ramen. A little on the pricier end especially for decent not amazing ramen. For the price and quality I think it's a little overpriced.

I believe this is where I fell in love with the evolving popular ramen 'phenomenon'. Located inside the Easton Public Market, a quaint square of "mom and pop" style eateries, Mister Lee's Noodles stands out as the creme de la creme for deliciousness!!! We ordered our food to go and sat at the picnic table outside to indulge. There is a bit of long wait for the food, but it's worth it because you know everything is being made fresh to order. Also, it's easy to browse the rest of the market options while you wait or even go outside and browse the 'downtown' Easton shops and other eatery options. I had fried chicken ramen and it was *chef's kiss* delightful. The chicken was flavorful and tender, the ramen noodles were delicious, the pickled onions, soft-boiled egg, chicken broth, everything blended well together for a scrumptious bite after bite. I put those chopsticks to work!!! Lol I enjoyed it so much we went back the next day. A repeat visit for me is a definite winner! Also, good service! I had a few questions before I finally decided what to order and the employee was kind and patient answering every question. 5 stars well deserved!

Mister lee's noodles (better than the chicken one imo), quite salty, flavor's good

Stopped by this place before heading over crayola experience, it's close by and convenient. This was inside Easton Public Market and was probably the most popular shop with extra seating by their area and more customers. I tried 2 different kinds of ramen from here, Mister lee's noodles were decent, better than the fried chicken ramen which was a bit sweeter imo (couldn't really tell the flavoring there), the broth for mr lee was quite salty though... the soup base flavor was good, overall a bit pricey for the portion. I recommend sharing to try different flavors. You can find seating in the back and they'll bring the noodles to your table!

Veggie Bowl

I did not come in with high expectations, but Mr. Lee's came through. The veggie bowl was good. The fried cauliflower wings with the dipping sauce were on point. I would definitely come back for the fried cauliflower.

What exactly is the gluten free noodles, or what is it made from?

Soba noodles. They're made from buckwheat (which is not actually wheat at all). Buckwheat is a gluten free seed.

My dad loved the steak & tripe pho. I enjoyed the shrimp pho. The side of vegetables to be added to the soup included lime, jalapeño, bean sprouts. There was no basil today. But it was all good! We started the meal with shrimp summer rolls as our appetizer, but ate them too quickly to get a photo taken of them. The peanut dipping sauce was yummy. We parked on the street at a parking meter. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around either before or after your meal. Right next to the theater. We took a peek in the grocery store next-door (owned by the same family) and found bok choy, dragon fruit, lychee, coconut for drinking, and lots of ingredients you would want for doing your own Vietnamese cooking. The restaurant is busy on a Monday night at dinner time. Good sign!

Nothing fancy, but modern and clean. We were in a bit of a time crunch so I didn't spend too much time looking at the menu. We ordered dumplings, chicken pho, and shrimp pho. Service was quick; we were in and out. Dumplings are fried, I didn't see if there was a steamed option. I prefer them steamed, but not their fault. Filling was flavorsome. My daughter liked the chicken pho, she liked it, but said the place we go to at home was better. The shrimp pho was good, broth was well developed. They give a nice portion of shrimp, which was nice. Some places can be a little skimpy. Great place to pop in for a quick bite.

Felt a little rushed. First we ordered some Edamame to start. They came warm with some spices on them. Tasted pretty good. Then had the spicy egg drop soup. It was a little more spicy than I would have liked but still good. Then I ordered a Tuna/Avocado roll and a Tempura shrimp roll. Both were a nice size and very tasty. I definitely plan to return.

The restaurant decorated with some Japanese-style art and busy for a Saturday Night. While Takumi has a wide variety of sushi, they also offer habachi dishes. I tried the habachi vegetables, and they were good. I also enjoyed an ice cream sundae for dessert. The portions I thought were fair for the prices of the product. The only thing that could have been better was the seating. If you don't get a booth, it can be hard to have a conversation, especially in a busy restaurant. The acoustics made it difficult to hear my and friend and I talk to each other. For a group, a table would have been ideal, but we weren't in a hurry, so asking for a booth or table might have been helpful. Overall, it's a great restaurant, and the food was enjoyable. I recommend it!
