We needed a place for lunch after visiting the Crayola experience and was guided to 3rd and Ferry Fish Market. I ordered the fish tacos and my child ordered the chicken tenders with green beans. I loved the flavor of my fish tacos! Fish was fresh and the sauce on top of the taco was delicious! The chicken tenders were a bit bland but the green beans were great! Amazing service and really beautiful restaurant!

I went here for a birthday lunch with some girlfriends. I had the lobster roll and market fries. I enjoyed the dish-I wish the lobster itself had more butter and seasoning. The market fries were great. There also seemed to be some disconnect with the bar. It took a long time to get a glass of wine. Our server, Shandaai was great. She gets 5 stars! She was very attentive and handled multiple checks wonderfully!

Even good restaurants have off days, but this experience felt less like a one-off and more like a sign that something has gone wrong here. Two of us dined for lunch and neither enjoyed our meals. I started with a cup of New England clam chowder--$8 for a bowl containing just three small clams, an overload of chopped potatoes, and an unpleasant gritty sandiness that shouldn't exist in any chowder, let alone one at that price. My fish tacos were completely bland and forgettable, paired with sad fragments of French fries that looked like the bottom of the fryer basket. Frankly, this dish should never have left the kitchen. My friend ordered the crab cake sliders, which came with the same unimpressive fries. The "crab" cakes tasted overwhelmingly like filler and breading, with little evidence of actual crab. Service was slow and inattentive throughout, adding to the overall frustration. To make matters worse, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable--something other reviewers have already pointed out. This visit was disappointing from start to finish. Until significant improvements are made, it's time to take a break from this restaurant.

We love Sunday brunch at the bar! The best espresso martinis and lobster rolls & the best bartenders Kayla & Abby!

The food is amazing loved everything we tried. My boyfriend took me there for Mother's day. He had the fish and crab fries, I had the paella with a lobster tail. We started off with the sirloin tips app, OMG so good, so much flavor and the meat was so tender. We had to save some for the kids and it was hard to do. Warm potato rolls fresh baked ...soft and pillowy. I had a cocktail...strawberry infused gin with strawberry puree...dangerously good. Didn't taste like it had alcohol so I felt like I could drink several glasses but I didn't. Lol. His fish and crab fries were plentiful, large haddock filled perfectly fried to a golden crisp and the crab fries were not just seasoned fried but topped with lump crab meat! The paella was so aromatic from the saffron. The portion was huge but it was so full of flavor and seafood I ate half (had to save room for dessert) without realizing it. Paid extra for the lobster tail but it had tiny scallops, med sized shrimp, mussels , clams and chorizo atop the saffron rice and swimming in this delicious broth that had a little kick to it. For dessert I had creme brulee, standard fare...crisp sugar top with the creamy custard goodness. Everyone of the staff was friendly even though super busy, our server was great, attentive while maintaining multiple tables and friendly. All in all definitely worth the trip and hopefully many returns, there are more things I'd like to try on their menu.

Food was excellent. Service was great. Place was jumping for our 445 reservation. Great ambiance as we had seating in the upper level corner. When it's busy it's for a good reason which I like. I'd say yes if you're a seafood lover.

Been wanting to eat here for a while but hadn't gotten around to it. Service was great and so was the food. I got soup to start but I can't remember if it was chowder or bisque. Was very good, flavorful and not just a creamy broth. We shared some oysters, picked by our server, they were fresh and we enjoyed them. I got the branzino which I loved, it was lightly breaded and crispy and the butternut squash and grits went perfectly. My boyfriend got the Paella. We would definitely come back and try other dishes.

I just love this place too. Make sure you rsvp for a table since it gets super busy. The Bloody Mary with the crab sandwich and shrimps are always so good. I got the paella for dinner this time and it's super tasty. Save room for dessert! I got the key lime pie and ate the whole thing.

What a great surprise for my birthday... We enjoy the food and the service. All different types of food for the whole family. Harry did a great job as our waiter....

Clams Casino wrapped in bacon & oysters. The best oysters that I have ever had. Clams were good also.

Food was good. Was hoping to eat the clams but they were not on the menu. Such a great place. I'll always come back for the oysters.

I'd heard nothing but glowing reviews about this place, so I was more than a little excited to experience it for myself. For appetizers, I had the chicken spring rolls, fried calamari, and lobster bisque. The spring rolls had a crisp bite with a perfect mix of napa cabbage, carrot, hoisin, and sriracha aioli. The calamari was tender, lightly breaded, and served with a zesty jalapeño aioli and marinara. The lobster bisque was rich and creamy, topped with savory lobster meat. All three were excellent! I went with the lobster papparedelle for dinner, and it was just as amazing as the appetizers! The noodles were perfectly cooked, the sherry cream sauce was flavorful, and the lobster was incredibly succulent. Couldn't have asked for a better meal. My friends tried the guinness braised short ribs and the penne alla vodka. The shorts ribs were a hit, but the penne alla vodka didn't stand out, it was just average. With so many other great options on the menu, I wouldn't recommend it. Service was great. We were seated right away, even without a reservation, and our server, Maria, was friendly and showed superb timeliness throughout our meal.

We are loyal patrons who have frequented this establishment for years and even chose this location to host our rehearsal dinner. Because of that history, what occurred during our recent visit was not only disappointing -- it was unacceptable. We visited to celebrate Valentine's Day. After being seated, I ordered a passion fruit mojito, a drink I have previously enjoyed at your restaurant. When it arrived, it was immediately clear that it had not been prepared properly. There was no muddled mint, virtually no mint flavor, minimal passion fruit taste, and an overwhelmingly sour profile dominated by lemon and lime. A single mint leaf floating against the glass does not constitute a properly prepared mojito. I informed our server that I did not like the drink and requested a different cocktail. I did not ask for a refund. I simply asked for a replacement. The manager approached our table and stated that refunds on drinks are not given. Again, I clarified that I was not seeking a refund -- only a different drink. What followed was a prolonged and unnecessary debate. The manager questioned whether anything was actually wrong with the drink, pointed to its color as proof that passion fruit was present, and suggested that if I did not like it, I could have a beer or soda instead. When I requested a margarita instead, I was told it would "taste the same," despite the clear and obvious difference between a rum-based cocktail and a tequila-based cocktail. The conversation became argumentative over a $10 drink -- something that should have been resolved in moments with a simple replacement. My husband, who owns a restaurant himself, attempted to explain that we had recently visited and I had received an excellent mojito made by a male bartender. The manager responded dismissively that there was no male bartender on staff. That was beside the point. The point was that the drink had previously been made correctly and this one was not. By the time the manager agreed to have another cocktail prepared, the experience had already been soured. We chose to leave rather than continue what should never have become a confrontation. In doing so, the restaurant lost the revenue from two full meals -- all over an issue that could have been resolved in seconds. When my husband, who owns a restaurant himself, explained that disputing a minor matter was costing the business far more than the drink itself, the manager stated he was "just doing what the owner told him to do." If this reflects ownership policy, it is a policy that prioritizes rigidity over hospitality and ultimately harms the business. A rigid, defensive approach over minor issues does not protect revenue -- it drives loyal customers away. Additionally, the tone and resistance we encountered left us uncomfortable and questioning whether assumptions were being made about us as customers. Whether intentional or not, I would also be remiss if I did not address how the interaction felt. The tone and resistance we encountered left us uncomfortable and questioning whether assumptions were being made about us as customers. Whether intentional or not, that perception alone is troubling and warrants serious reflection. We did not expect special treatment. We expected reasonable customer service. Instead, we were met with defensiveness, inflexibility, and dismissiveness. We have supported Flaming Crab for years. After this experience, we are reconsidering whether we will return. I trust this matter will be reviewed thoughtfully and that corrective steps will be taken to ensure future guests are treated with professionalism and respect. Patricia W
