My family and I went there one evening, the entire restaurant seem pretty fine beside the quiet and pretty empty ambience. One thing I do have a complaint about about, there is a limited amount of food to pick from, while I would advise to add some more choices for upcoming visitors one of these days. The service is good! Both the owner and the waiter are very sweet, polite, and funny. They tried to sell us these labobos they had in the restaurant, which turned into a funny memory to tell! I took the family for lunch on a Sunday. The food was hot and constantly coming out of the kitchen. The crab and shrimp were pretty good and my kids loved trying to crack the crab legs. The service was great, especially because our family of twelve all wanted the buffet. The drinks were always topped off and the servers were waiting for us to finish our plates and they would come over and take them for us right away. The ambience of the restaurant was a little weird, they had soda bottles in random spots and a table in front of the register with Knick Knacks for sale, I suppose, but no sign and no prices. Mister Lu, you have some work to do. I ordered take out this evening. Also, new to the area, so I'm trying various places and next time I have a Chinese craving I will probably try the next spot in town. We ordered the Dragon meets Phoenix (General Tsos & Shrimp w/ mixed veggies) and another order of General Tso's. Both came with white rice and were ready within 15 minutes. The shrimp was pretty fishy tasting and the chicken was just ok. Flavorful, but didn't have the crispiness or spiciness I am used to. I have a feeling they just pulled these items off their buffet. They did give us plenty of food for under $20, so that was probably the best thing of today's experience. Overall, edible but I probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

I am in no way trying to angry shame this business... but this is a major safety hazard and you should take a second look before you take a bite. Great family restaurant for Chinese buffet. We were here for #NLBRA rodeo finals at the #LazyE and broke away for dinner. We called ahead and they set aside tables for our group of 12. Was not impressed. Mediocre food at best and not cheap. Egg drop soup tasted weird-almost a plastic taste. I hate to give a bad review but I call it like I taste it! overcharged us... was a $55.75 ticket for 3 people. The sign at the front says that lunch is $10.99 per person, but they said that Sunday lunch does not apply to that rate (what?) and that there is an additional 3.99 charge per person because of the crab legs they supposedly offer now, but this was not disclosed beforehand. drinks were also $3/person. overall, terrible service. we felt uncomfortable the entire time we were eating there and like we were being watched and stared at by the staff. Whenever I politely asked why we were being charged a different price than what was displayed at the front, she said that their Sunday buffet prices were more (again, why are they charging more on Sunday for the same selection of food?) Nevertheless, I will not be returning to this establishment again, and am still confused as to why they display prices that are different than what they actually charge per person. They also need to disclose that they are charging an additional cost for the crab offered in the buffet because this was a hidden cost that was definitely NOT worth it (crab legs were tiny and only 3 legs came out the entire time we were there). By far the worst experience I've had with any restaurant. I had put in an online order, upon paying for my order and getting to my car I check my To-go box. It wasn't the item I had ordered. I went back inside to let them know that I received the wrong order or there was some kind of mistake. Mr.Lu and who I'm assuming was his wife began to get very aggressive telling me that it was my fault and they could do nothing for me because the food was already cooked. I wanted the food I ordered but after seeing how aggressive they were I just requested a refund, they started saying how they already made the food so they wouldn't do a refund (it was one dinner that was a total of $10). After them saying the same stuff over and over again about how it was my fault and that they couldn't do a refund, they finally processed my refund and told me (you no come back) most unprofessional experience I've ever had from a business owner. read more

My favorite Chinese "all you can eat" buffet. I like the sweet and sour chicken, pork ribs, spring rolls with hot mustard and sushi. I swore I'd never eat sushi but I love it here. I also like the cucumber and tomatoes salad, broccoli and carrots salad, and cantaloupe on their salad/desert bar. We always finish up with a bowl of soft serve ice cream. read more

This is a small buffet in a small town that hasn't changed their food choices in years (I asked). There are few vegetables on the line and what is there is drowning in heavy, sugary sauces. Even the sushi is disappointing. There are two Asian buffets in Guthrie and the best thing about this one is the steamed rice, the wasabi, and the service. I have eaten here many times and the food is typically always fresh and flavorful. The staff leaves a little to be desired but not a big deal as this is a buffet anyway. Normally I am not a fan of the buffet style restaurant but with Chinese I will make the exception. I live close to Guthrie which is the main reason I would eat here. Yes, it's typical Chinese, but good and friendly. Hipsters and so-called gourmets go elsewhere. Great for groups and kids. Great Hot & Sour soup, lots of tofu. Spring rolls are great as are won ton and ribs. Sounds weird, but try the green beans on top of some lo mein. Delish! read more

Food is usually good & reasonably priced. however for take out very limited amount of food you can take and they charge extra for dessert if you dining in, dessert included, all the same price. (Well, that's just very fair.) Last time take out was not good. We've been eating there since it opened, both dine-in and take out. If you catch them when the food is freshly cooked, it's ok.
