The bomb ass food that was demolished And my shorts

Food was amazing and the customer service was immaculate. They always came and helped when you needed it and they explained all the rules on how to cook a pot. Atmosphere is great. The music was booming and but I do recommend that you bring at least six friends with you and it makes it the best experience you all can cook a bunch of food and have fun with each other

This place is alright. Service needs improvement. Theres one server for the whole floor. Received our broth and then our drinks 15 minutes later after we asked for them again. Server was friendly but not attentive and it wasn't busy at all. Theres a variety of items to choose from but somewhat feels like poor quality items? There's a few thin meat options that were the best. Place is kind of dirty, doesn't feel too clean. Seafood doesn't look properly washed in my opinion. I'd probably wouldn't return and would try a different place.

We came here for lunch many times. Only one server as usual, they are pretty busy. The food selection is always great, but the seafood like blue crab is not fresh this time, maybe not the season. I still recommend this place if you just need a fast hotpot gathering. Ambience: 8/10 Food: 8/10 Price: 10/10 Service: 7/10

You walk in and you're greeted very nicely. The atmosphere is clean. This is kinda like a buffet you get up and get what you want then go back to your table to cook it . The broth variety is good i believe I got the 3 spicy. But they had more broth options. Overall good experience wish I took more pics it was mostly of our damage we did lol cause the food was good. I tried a frog leg and it was good wouldn't do it again. It is like 34 per person we went at dinner though . But good food good experience great service. Belly, welly, jelly:)

Lemongrass Hot Pot is one of a few all you can eat hot pots. For those unfamiliar, hot pot is a flavorful broth served inside a metal pot and left simmering for the duration of the meal. Raw ingredients such as sliced meat, vegetables, mushrooms, vermicelli, potatoes, bean products, dumplings, tofu, and seafood are cooked in the broth. The self cooked products are then dipped into dipping sauce before being consumed. At Lemongrass Hot Pot, the broth is not too flavorful, but the house special dipping sauce is amazing when extra sugar is added. Another awesome feature of Lemongrass Hot Pot is the sheer volume of raw ingredients from meats to vegetables. The inclusion of Asian vegetables is so great for this restaurant, making it one of the best. I tend to overeat when I go to Lemongrass Hot Pot every single time. As a result, my stomach usually gets sick afterward. I can't help it since it is all you can eat and it's too delicious to resist overeating.

Kept hearing about this new location on Northwest Expressway that opened up earlier today year. We are used to going to Hot pot heroes in Asian district. This location is perfect because it's an all you can eat buffet. The only issue I found is only one entry into the location to park. The price was fair and the selection was vast. I tried out new broths and really enjoyed it. The lemongrass coconut milk #7 Tom Kha was good but needed some spices to give it a kick. The #3 Taiwanese hot pot was pretty good. We really enjoyed everything and would be back soon.

Absolutely delicious! Me and my family went for my birthday, and we had an absolute blast! The waitress was super nice and helpful, and she even said happy birthday to me personally It was so fun cooking our own food, and the music and decorations were so pretty and welcoming.

Pro: big parking lot, clean interior. Con: self serve, limited food, limited food tongs, low staff, slow service. Let me start by saying that I didn't have high expectations of this place after looking at the reviews but somehow this place still manage to disappoint me. The parking lot is big so no issue there. Upon entering there was no one at the front counter to seat us and it took about 2-3 minutes until a staff member came out from the back. I can see why other reviews state there is a lack of staff and need to hire more. The interior is clean with some nice background music playing. Very limited soup base to choose from but I would recommend people get some spicy soup base. I find it a bit sad that this establishment has very limited food choices and is self serve compare to other hotpot with a tablet to order food. No appetizer is offer here. Lastly, the ice cream area have containers that you can scope some but atleast 3 of the 6 container were near empty and not replace. All in all, a very subpar experience and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone and won't be back in the future.

Usually I love hot pot so naturally I was glad to see one near my hotel. I stopped by for dinner tonight. It was 6pm and I thought the place was closed as the parking lot and dining room was empty. There was one waitress who struggled to get her face out of her phone. No explanation of broths and for a mild broth--it's so spicy my mouth was on fire. Options are minimal...for those saying they have a lot, you've never been to a great hot pot place. And let's mention their TV options...NO ONE WANTS TO SEE A CHICKEN BEING BOILED!!!

Tried hot pot for the first time here. When we entered we were greeted by a friendly host, and I explained to her as well as a few other staff that this would be my first experience having hot pot and had no idea how it worked. They instructed me to pick a broth then go to the buffet like section to select whatever I wanted and put it in the broth and eat it. I wish there was better instructions, especially for a first time customer, because I was definitely confused and put everything in at once. I was pretty disappointed in the food until I asked a nice mother/daughter table nearby on how to partake in this style of eating. They advised me to put things in one at a time and eat as I cook it. Everything has a different cook time so needs to be monitored accordingly instead of putting it all in at once. The meats especially are very good to be cooked in the broth then dipped in the sauce. **the sauce makes a huge difference in how the food tastes!! There's written instructions for various blends of the sauces above it.

One comment was that you cook yourself ? If that's the case why don't I stay home and buy the items by myself?🤔

Do you have a hotpot and the proper broth?

We were finally seated at our 2nd table away from the one directly by the entrance (it was very cold outside and the table felt the draft whenever the door was opened). Long story short: 1. There was total chaos in the seating. 2. They had THREE cooks show up for work 3. They had five waiters show up along with two bus boys 4. They had accepted a large group of about 50 from another restaurant that couldn't accommodate them. 5. There didn't appear to be anyone in charge 6. Tables were getting one plate delivered at a time 7. As unbelievable as it seemed, they were still doing takeout orders After almost three hours, we finished what was brought to us (the few wait staff that did show up were outstanding) and left. Someone in charge, once seeing that they had accepted a large group plus 195 reservations, should have stopped all takeout orders and turned away the walk-ins. In doing this a few people would be disappointed. In going the chaos route, everyone was disappointed. It's disappointing to see a good place shoot itself in the foot due to poor management and horrible judgement.

They've got the roast meats, a large Chinese dinner menu, an equally large Vietnamese dinner menu, catering for events, and my favorite: their dimsum menu. For their regular menu, my family and I will frequently order to go and occasionally dine in. We often order off the Chinese menu when we're going family style (flat noodles, salt & pepper squid, egg noodle lo mein, and scallion chicken are some of our favorites), and we will order from the Viet menu for individual portions (we love their egg noodle soups, pho, broken rice platters). One of my favorite dishes is their lotus root summer salad, and I've not found another place that beats that dish here! I've found their service with regular dining in to be hit or miss. Most of the time we get great service but a few times here and there we have a hard time finding our server. Moving on to my favorite part of Golden Phoenix- the dimsum. They serve dimsum primarily on the weekends from opening to 3pm (I think), and they have really brought up the OKC dimsum game with their large and delicious dimsum menu! Their dumplings like the hargow and shiumai are large, filling, and delicious! I particularly love the fried shrimp and chives dumpling and their shrimp egg rolls. The service during dimsum is fantastic because they've got people pushing around carts and carrying plates of food out to you. Once you're ready for dessert, make sure you grab some egg tarts for the table!
